The location is clean, comfortable, and easy to get to. The music was also a nice touch--not too loud. As for the food, my absolute favorite dish is the Spicy Lemon Garlic Chicken Kabob. The chicken is always tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. Overall, Chicken Maison is one of my go-to spots for great food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend! The gyro was good and stuffed with meat. They have the same menu as the other locations and food here tastes the same. The person that took my order was helpful and nice. Just discovered this location! I am a fan of their chicken. There is parking (9 spots) outside the location. When you walk in, there is a counter with 4 stools. You can order via cashier or self order kiosk. No cash accepted. It is small location. We ordered the 10.95 2 pc special (dark meat), rice', and salad. We also ordered 1/2 spicy garlic chicken, potato salad, baked potato. It comes with pita bread and garlic sauce. It is delicious. I will definitely return. read more

The food is ok. Knowing this chicken can be finger food I asked if I can wash my hands before eating at the sink right near the cashier. The manager said no. And they don't have a restroom to wash hands either. I think the health department should get involved Knowing that it's dangerous to serve food and not being able to wash your hands. I have officially found my favorite Mediterranean restaurant! My girlfriend referred me to this place and I've only heard good things. I'm a huge Greek food lover that it's my top favorites and healthy! Can't beat that! We ordered catering for my company and chicken Maison hit the high expectation mark for sure! Let me tell you... this combo was absolutely insane. The chicken was juicy, lemony, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. And for anyone wondering, the "spicy" isn't overpowering at all -- it's more of an added flavor kick than actual heat. The food was so good I literally came back the very next day and ordered the exact same thing again. First day I got the half chicken, but honestly it was a lot of food, so the second time I went with the quarter chicken and that was perfect. Comes with pita bread too, which sealed the deal for me. I still prefer Massis, no one can out-char their char. I ordered Madison's chicken kebab plate with a side of lentil soup. The chicken was cooked ok but no char flavor and it tasted boiled. Their tabouleh was good, served in bountiful offering. The lentil soup was nothing impressive, I was expecting something more finely blended and earthy. However, this is the second time I've experienced being overlooked due to staff appearing overwhelmed with online orders. During my most recent visit, I checked in for pickup after being asked, and was told, 'I'll be there in a moment.' While I waited, another customer walked in and had their order taken first, followed by another pickup customer who received their food before me--even though my order was already sitting at the counter. I understand things can get busy, but not being acknowledged or helped in the order of arrival is frustrating. I'd like to continue supporting this location because it's more convenient than the Manhattan Beach one, but these repeated experiences make it difficult read more

I remember the first time I had this place in March, I walked away blown away with the food quality and taste. I can't call myself a connoisseur of Mediterranean food but I can say the food here is tasteful. A few weeks ago I visited again and caught on to things that I also saw the first time around except a second time would establish a pattern. There seems to be this lively gentleman in the front who dresses fresh with nice chains and a great smile that offers a personal touch to every customer except me. At least that is what it feels like. The next 5 customers behind me received their orders before me and my single plate took about 25 minutes to come out each time. He answers the phone with enthusiasm but will walk away from the counter the times that I visit and then returns to his "place" after I pay. You would think after so many times of making eye contact he'd crack a smile, a wave, or even a check-in given I sit in their lobby for so long. Nada. If you can get on his good side, this is almost a hidden gem. For me, I'll have to try the neighboring locations at the expense of a further commute during my lunch. read more
