The chicken here is not appetizing at all. In fact, it wasn't cooked well. It was dry. They have other offerings, so those may be better

I got the catfish and grits and we got a pepperoni pizza. The food was delicious. They also offer a brunch buffet that has lots of options including a waffle station but I wasn't in the mood for that so maybe I'll check that out next time. The restaurant itself is nice, and spacious, the ambiance is a cool little vibe for a date or to bring your friends. My only reason for not giving them 5 stars is because of the bartender. We sat at the bar and he just wasn't a friendly as I would have liked. Other than that the service was great, and the food came out quickly.

I've been to other locations, so I decided to try this one as I've never been to this location before. Food- 3 Drink-4 Waitress-2 Ambience-5 Overall -3 Let's start with the food. At first I was disappointed when I saw they took off my favorite appetizer, so I ordered the Cripsy Calamari Appetizer instead. So as I am waiting my waitress had stopped by twice to ask me if I was ready to put in my entree and every-time I had to tell her no as I haven't even gotten my appetizer yet. This rubbed me the wrong, I felt like I was being rushed and that didn't make sense as this was on a Thursday at 1 pm and the restaurant was practically empty. Now the patio seating was lovely and I truly enjoyed basking in the sun while sipping on my Sauvignon Blanc, I have so many memories from DTS and it was nice to be in the area again. Anyways my Appetizer came and it was sooo good. I loved the fried jalapeños in the mix it really gave a nice kick to my Calamari. I decided to order the Shrimp Tempura Roll which is a new addition to the menu but whew this is where it went left. It was NOT good, drenched in sauce and fish eggs ... and the presentation of the roll looked sloppy and rushed especially considering one roll didn't even have Shrimp in it. There was barely any cucumber inside ... on top of all that they still gave me side dippings too... I ate 1 roll and it was nasty and too much. When I told my waitress I didn't like it and explained why she just said ok and walked away. It was very clear to me she did not care and so it's very clear to me that I won't be going there ever again.

The vibe was for a sit down, but it looked like a really cool place to get a seat at the bar for a Friday night drink! We got fried green tomatoes and calamari to share. Both were seasoned well and fried crispy! There was no sogginess at all. We also shared a lamb bolognese amongst the four of us! It was so good and the pasta tasted al dente. For my main, I got the Ribeye that was cooked well. I got medium well, but should have gotten just a medium. For desert, we got a crème brule and a dish that was like a brownie with ice cream? Great presentation and taste. 5/5 and is a great addition to the area. I believe it is run by the same people who own Frank's Burgers? They are both connected to each other. SUPPORT LOCAL!!!!

The kids ordered the Bistro burger and chicken tenders, and both were big hits. My husband and I started with the mussels, and they were so good we had to order extra bread just to soak up the sauce--definitely a must-order. For entrees, I had the lamb bolognese, which was rich and flavorful, and my husband ordered the ribeye steak, which he enjoyed. We also each had a glass of wine, which paired perfectly with the meal. What really stood out, though, was the service. Our waiter was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire experience feel easy and enjoyable. We'll definitely be back--such a great find in Wheaton!

Grace went and got the manager and he came to our table and said just because my daughter wanted this meal he would ask the kitchen to prep the food this one time. We were so grateful! My daughter had Just Egg Scramble, a vegan dish. I had lamb chops. My wife had shrimp tacos. Before the meal I enjoyed an Atlas Brew Works' Silent Neighbor, a great local stout. For dessert we all shared a lemon tartlet topped with beautiful large blackberries. My daughter absolutely loved the Just Egg Scramble (vegan) and the vegan cold brew milkshake. My lamb chops were super tasty, pink in the middle and seared outside. Marvelous! My wife was not so pleased with her taco dish, didn't like the cream sauce it came with. She's not a fan of anything creamy. Ordinarily I would deduct a star for a mediocre food experience, but I was so impressed with the manager and his willingness to ask the kitchen to prep just for my daughter that I added one back in. The stout was fresh, dark, creamy, and magnificent. The dessert, the lemon tartlet, was super tart! And we all loved it with the fresh blackberries on top. Thank you, Silver.

The décor leans more classic and strait-laced, but in a warm, comfortable. Service is typically solid, and when they have a live jazz band performing? That's an added bonus that elevates the whole experience. And with their frequent diner program, you can rack up points on your visits and redeem them later for dollars off your bill, which makes an already good meal feel even better. My Go-To's: Spinach & Artichoke Dip One of the best around. It's always cooked just right, never underdone, never burnt. Great flavor and perfectly creamy. And yes, I'm the one mixing it up with salsa and sour cream for an extra flavor kick. Fiesta Eggrolls A flavorful favorite. Rotisserie Chicken Salad Think Tex-Mex salad loaded with all the good stuff. I love, mixing the BBQ sauce with the chipotle blue cheese dressing, it's the perfect sweet-smoky combo. It used to come with cornbread croutons (which were such a nice sweet touch), so now I just order a slice of their delicious cornbread on the side. Chicken Pot Pie Comfort food done right. Rattlesnake Pasta It almost gives Rasta Pasta vibes, but without the heat. Creamy, flavorful, and filling. Barbecue Ribs Tender, saucy, and satisfying. Key Lime Pie One of the best. And the fact that they sell it whole? Dangerous! Pineapple Upside Down Cake My new favorite. Nice and moist and comes à la mode. Don't just take my word for it. Check out "Copper Canyon Grill" and experience it for yourself! Mmmm... Bon Appetit! Cheers! Enjoy!

The ambiance is great - the interior decor is kind of upscale restaurant mixed with a rustic-Italian vibe, while somehow still feeling casual. The outdoor seating is great too with space heaters and ample seating. Service was kind of spotty, but it was also very busy at the time. The entrees and drinks were where it shined for me. Everything was really tasty with a unique blend of flavors. Dishes tended to be in the upper $20+ range, so I wouldn't classify things as cheap, but it felt worth the price for what I was getting. They also have a Happy Hour menu and special menus that seem to rotate (there was a 3-course tasting menu at the time I was there). Very cool spot and will likely be back again.
