The delivery man was funny and called them goofy and told them off, as his livelihood depended on them providing swift and reliable customer service, but no and the delivery man although unfiltered said what others thought but were too polite due to social norms to unleash on these fools. The chicken sandwich itself was great not too salty and not too crunchy or friend hard with good sauces and the mac and cheese was not bad and milkshake nice and thick. I value customer service a bit too, so until that improves, this place won't get more than a mediocre reviews by me. I would recommend to order in advance to avoid the long wait times and unfriendly, lazy, unaccommodating staff. You will get fired on your lunch break coming in here not trying to order in advance. They need to step their game up with the customer service. I never give 4 to 5 stars to places that severely lack in one area or another.
