Very rude cashier going through drive-thru. All staff pretty rude actually not personable at all. Food was cold.

The service is terrible, I was waited on by 3 people. Each one was rude for absolutely no reason. They don't have regular bone in hot wings on the menu like every other chicken express in east Texas, so I order the "hot bites" That no that is not available. Then charged extra for ranch, after eating at chicken express for probably 50 times at different locations have never been charged for ranch. I will never be eating this location again. 10252025 @1445- ordered number four with tea. I received my order and did not notice any leaking from the bottom of the Styrofoam container. I Arrived to my garage approximately 10 minutes later and picked up my container of tea without looking. The Styrofoam container obviously had a leak in the bottom because my cup holder was half full. It leaked all over my interior and my expensive trousers even though I quickly was able to walk to the trash bin and toss it in. I have WeatherTech in my GMC and will remove them to get the sticky tea cleaned off. I'll send you the bill for my cleaning my trousers. I'm done with Mount Pleasant location. read more

Service was deplorable. Would never give this business my money ever again. Didn't offer any sauce to dip the chicken in and when it was requested upon receiving my food I got a rude response of ".84 cents!". I wasn't aware that you had to pay for a dipping sauce when buying chicken tenders. read more

The pictures on the menu are very deceiving. On the menu it shows 4 cheese sticks but when you order them you only get 2 MISERABLE cheese sticks. And there was hair in the food. Service was slow. read more

Very disappointed. Management was rude and more concerned with socializing with staff than taking care of customers. If you like being Nickel and dimed this is the place for you. This is my recent experience at this place!! I called in my order of the 40 chicken tenders meal, plus a catfish dinner!! I arrived at the place from Pittsburg in 15 minutes and went through the drive through window and the cashier took my card to pay the $73.89 dollar order and I asked since my order wAs so large if I could have 1 gallon of sweet tea! He asked the manager and She SAID No I didn't order the 25 chicken tenders so I don't get one ! I still hadn't received my order after 10 more minutes and went inside! I asked for manager and asked her to look at how much I spent and how I couldn't believe she wouldn't give me 1 gallon of sweet tea. She asked who took my order and I said that's irrelevant and I told her I'll never be back!! Chicken Express YOU ARE GREEDY N THANKLESS TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!! Even though approximately $200 in food ordered for our family after pictures at the park last Thursday night, the manager and staff were extremely rude, refused to supply enough plates and forks when requested, lied about closing early to get us to leave, as well as the manager hovering over us with impatient stares to hurry us- as if a large group of customers was a BAD THING. Bought a family meal here got home had two boxes of bread and no chicken so I called asked for manager she (young white girl) claimed to be manager says she knew I got chicken because she put it in bag so I told her I would be back shortly to answer called a liar - me and wife get to rest.
