Stopped in on a chilly night for a first time visit to dine in. It was actually colder inside than it was outside and everyone was freezing except the staff. Customer service was good. The place was dirty, we had to ask to have our table cleaned off before we sat down at it. Food was fast food and nothing to brag about or even want to make a return visit for. The table was so wobbly I thought that it was going to walk out the door on its own power. read more

They don't have Hot Garlic Parmesan flavor like where I used to live. Yet, I will live... lol. It was very crowded and there was a wait but I have found that this is typical at other Wing-Stops as well. The space isn't good for people with a handicap and use walkers or wheelchairs. This was my experience. They were polite and I enjoyed my food. read more

Service is always ok. They over cook everything. I and a friend would eat here every Friday night. But unfortunately I won't be back. They over cook the fries every time. They are so hard it's unpleasant to eat. There is no consistency in the chicken. One time over cooked next undercooked. The sauce will be too heavy or not even close to being what you should expect. I love Wingstop but this location needs to get on the program. Seems like cooks need to be trained. More people hired something to help with consistency read more

So first of all, my food didnt start cooking until about 30 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. They told me the order never got to the cooking system in the back . So I'm already getting upset that my food is not ready on time . 30 min later I get my food and I leave. I get home and my order was wrong, like I waited approximately an hour and 30 min and still had a messed up order. This wingstop need to do better. read more

Been to many different wing stops, but pass on this one. My order was not right and the French fry's were a joke, must have been the bottom of the bag, more like hash browns. The tables and chairs were dirty and we had to clean our table before we sat down! The price is outrageous for what I got.....probably the Last time I go to any Wingstop! read more

Many people walked in were immediately told they couldn't be served since they were closing. Recommendations: Put a big sign on the door if you are closing early. Wait staff should politely inform your guests & still assist them with a smile, not frustration We have been here many times before & never treated this poorly. We weren't the only ones she upset.

WingStop is absolutely my go-to restaurant to get the nicest and juciest wings. Mild is personally my favorite out of the many other choices, and the way it is made there is just amazing! The taste is flawless as I expected it to be. The staff is extremely nice and hard-working. It is definitely the place you would want to bring your friends with so you can chat while your food is being prepared. The prices are fairly decent when compared to the amount of wings you are getting. Overall, I really enjoy eating at WingStop with my friends, and I would recommend everyone to enjoy wings there as well. read more

It is one of the cleanest Wingstop locations i have been to. I was there recently and contrary to what others have written here, their service was fast considering it was a Saturday night and the line was long. We got our food within ten minutes. They must have tweaked their cooking system. Of course, you can never get wrong with a Wingstop chicken. Their flavor choices are varied and to me, they are always a few notches better than their competition, flavor-wise. I used to go to the Longview branches of Wingstop but now, I don't have to!
