And it is becoming all too common for the staff to snap and yell about how busy they are (in an empty restaurant) when a customer dares to ask, "about how much longer?" They just yelled at me for this after I'd been there for 15 minutes, and at another in-store customer who was already waiting when I arrived. There are plenty of good chicken places in town with excellent service. I recommend you try one of those! (And if you DoorDash from here, don't worry.
