I explained that I wasn't going to spend another hour on the road for their mistake and simply asked for a refund. I told her I don't come to Mount Pleasant often and would not be able to come back tomorrow. She then offered to extend the remake for a week, and later even said she could ask her district manager to extend it for two weeks. None of this fixes the fact that I paid for two meals I did not receive. This is absolutely unacceptable. Refusing to refund customers when an order is incomplete is stealing. I paid for food and did not get it. Whataburger should do better.
