It seems like that they have a lot more dining space too. I don't know if we really ever been charged extra for any condiments, I know that when we asked for extra butter or something like that we have received plenty of it. When I had a food choice dilemma, the server usually would give me both if it was a small order of something at no extra cost. They always go the extra mile to satisfy us. Today we even paid for an elderly couple's bill, and slid out the door without them knowing about their bill being take care of by us. Hopefully it made their day. We can't afford to do that often, but if we see a Veteran or an elderly couple, just our way of thanking them without them knowing who did it. I immediately called the location and spoke to the manager. She told me I could drive back to have them remade. I explained that I wasn't going to spend another hour on the road for their mistake and simply asked for a refund. She replied that it was "not company policy" to issue refunds and instead offered for me to come back tomorrow to get the missing food. I told her I don't come to Mount Pleasant often and would not be able to come back tomorrow. She then offered to extend the remake for a week, and later even said she could ask her district manager to extend it for two weeks. None of this fixes the fact that I paid for two meals I did not receive. This is absolutely unacceptable. Refusing to refund customers when an order is incomplete is stealing. I paid for food and did not get it. Whataburger should do better.
