Locally owned and delicious. This is where we take out of town guests who are hungry for a good burger. The fries are top-notch---and plentiful! The drinks hit just right. (Poured over that good ice.) Loved by our community for years. Great customer service. Give them a try! read more

My first time here because of a recommendation. The joint wasn't too busy but the order took some time. I just got a bacon burger and fries. My coworker got a cheeseburger, hot dog and fries. He always gets his beef cooked to well done (it's a culinary travesty!). I said that the patty was dry and overcooked...and he agreed. The fries were large but unsalted. He took one bight of the dog said that it was cold. His milkshake was basically soft serve ice cream. There's got to be much better joints to eat in this town. read more

Service is rude and unfriendly .But food is good. Price is ok. Nobody has any good customer service skills

Quality food at a decent price. The service is always quick and friendly. I love they are still closed on Sunday. Hometown favorite spot for me. I always go thru the drive thru. It is quick and well accessible. Ambiance I'm sure is a wonderful. read more

I have heard good things, so I thought I would stop by while in town. I had an appetite, so the double was in order. I added bacon and grilled mushrooms. Review: Now the burger was hot, fresh and juicy. The tomatoes had a nice red color (not orange). The mushrooms bacon and mustard really created a nice tasting burger. The meat was not overly seasoned. The juice and fat took care of the flavor. I dinged a star because my french fries were not hot; not warm either. They were room temperature. They had a good flavor, but some freshness and heat would have enhanced that. Price/value: 19 dollars and change for a large drink, cup of fries and a large double meat. Before you think this is too much, i submit that one of these patties is equal to 2 or 3 of tour average fast food patties. Additionally, these are fresh patties cooked to order. In conclusion, the food value for the price was more than acceptable. I will return. read more

Can't say enough good things about this burger place. The burgers are flavorful and the service is quick. Love their fries as well. If you are in town, try this place. You will not be disappointed. Also, they have great staff as well which makes the whole eating experience great! read more

The food was excellent! Great fries and quick service. Will definitely be making this a regular stop.

It's ok, maybe I am permanently stuck on Mount Pleasant Burgers and fries. The chicken salad looked in appetizing. No taste to it. They do have SHAKES! That is a plus for any burger joints. read more

Randy's Burgers - Salad pretty plain- Chicken does taste good but probably only 1/3 of a breast. - Burgers Near Me - Mount Pleasant, Texas

My mother and I ate lunch there today. We each got a single patty burger and shared a small fries. Even though the amount of food is worth the price, my burger was overcooked (very dry) and had little flavor. Additionally, our fries were just room temp. Not sure what has happened...this used to be our local go-to burger joint. I'll have to try MP Burgers and Fries again. read more

We were passing through town and decided to stop. We love eating locally and skipping chains. These burgers are expensive but we understood why when we got our meals. The burgers are thick! A single patty is like a double. Flavor was good but the meat was a little dry. The chicken salad was just the right size and was delicious. I added bacon which made it even better. We would probably eat there again if in the area but just get the single burger instead of a double. Nice atmosphere. Friendly people. Clean establishment. read more

One of the "home town" favorites!! Great food and even better people!! If i had to mention one thing i dont like about this establishment, it would be the fact that they are not 24hrs read more

Great burgers! As a hamburger guy, I will be back. Will try some of the other items on menu.

I haven't eaten in Randy's in a few years but wanted to bring my husband for a great burger and French fries but unfortunately what arrived at our table was cold fries and a barely warm hamburger. It tasted like everything had been made the day before and thrown in a microwave! Uck! read more

Just like old times. I don't visit home much but when I do I make it a point to always visit Randy's Burgers. Happy to see the quality, taste, and customer service haven't changed. read more

Randy's Burgers is basically the competition of Mount Pleasant Burgers and Fries. Randy's does feature a greasier burger, so if you like that kind of thing, Randy's is for you! I do know that they have amazing cheese fries and cheese tots. One huge bonus is that Randy's customer service is top notch. They are always super friendly. I like that. I like people who are just as happy to serve my food as I am to eat it. Randy's is a classic, home made tasting burger joint. Much better than Mickey D's, and Burger King, and Whataburger. Eat here so you can sink your teeth into a classic burger that won't disappoint. (Unless you're me and don't like grease. Then go to Mount Pleasant Burgers and Fries for their burger salad) read more

Wife spent the better part of an hour looking for sushi closer then 2 hours away. Eventually we decided on something local and found randy's. Outstanding burgers and the chili is gonna be great on my eggs for breakfast. The servings were too big to finish so we took the milkshakes to go. Tye service was also on point. Too bad it's an hour away. read more

Got the Philly cheese steak sandwich. it was on a hamburger bun. it was one the best ones I have ever eaten. Will definitely return.

The absolute best hamburger that I have ever had the pleasure of eating!! Wish we had a Randy's Burgers in our state.

Food was good, for the little while that it was hot!!!. Ordered a double meat and fries and drink for a whopping $12 and change.....but any way. Server was ok, but not respectful to the customer that I'm used too....there was alot of "yeah" and "un-huh". But the burger was massive and the fries plentiful, but three bites in and I was done. Fries were ice cold and burger was cooling off. They should really consider the A/c and the vent locations in the sitting area. Made the whole experience not as enjoyable. But again food was good. I suggest bring a microwave with you are sit outside I'm the sun. read more

Always good food and customer service, it's a well managed restaurant with clean dining room & restrooms. be sure to show them some foodie love when your in East Texas area ! read more

Homemade. Unhealthy. Delicious. It is hard to make 4 star burgers and fries, but these guys are the best in town. A value meal will run you about $7.50-$8.50, so this place isn't cheap. It looks like an RV Overhang garage that was painted with left over Tan and Hunter Green paint, so it won't impress with some cool 60's architecture. But the staff here is friendly even by East Texas standards, and the fries are serendipitous. If you like Sonic Burgers, then you will love this place. The burger is Sonic Style...white bread bun, thin patty, mustard/mayo, lettuce and tomato. Randy's Burgers also has a drive thru and outdoor seating, so it is very kid friendly. The menu also has Frito pies, sausage, hot dogs, sausage sandwiches, and a few more options. Just don't go on Sundays or you will be disappointed by the sign that reads "On God's Day we are closed." read more

Great burgers. Fantastic fries. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the manager was wonderful. We were traveling with a group of 19, and everyone loved Randy's. read more

The food was great but the woman working the register is not friendly at all and brings the place down. She made the experience less than pleasant read more

Stopped at Randy's Burgers as we were traveling from Missouri back home to Texas. Excellent burgers, fries, and sweet tea! Great service!

Randy's burgers needs to hire more people to accommodate the amount of orders being placed and the tables outside need to be cleaned and the roofs also need to be dusted and the spiderwebs need to be cleaned up above my head tables had bird Feces on them and was disgusting because that is where the costumers eat. The food is really good and the people seem to be nice only one person I've had a problem with but otherwise the food is very delicious 5 star for the food and cleanness inside, but for the outside it would have to be a 3. read more

Awesome burger joint with reasonable prices. The philly cheese steak was incredible! My son also loved the burger and fries. Great place to stop for lunch or dinner! read more

The burgers here use to be delicious and old fashion, along with there cheese fries, but something is different about it now. Staff is still super friendly, but the burgers just don't quite taste the same. The burger are still better than a fast food franchise. The fries are still delicious and especially when you add nacho cheese and jalapenos. Family friendly environment. read more

We receive great service and great food every time we visit Randy's. Their burgers, hot dogs, etc. are always freshly made and delicious. Their chili cheese fries are fantastic. read more

Place is nicely decorated for a local joint. Burger was great and huge. Fries were fresh and perfectly cooked. Share an order they are also huge. They only miss was the Philly Cheese Steak. Apart from staying the obvious, you probably shouldn't order one in Texas, it was super greasy. Although my husband said it tasted good. Lunch for two was 20 bucks. read more

This place was AMAZING!!! I loved the cheeseburger and my son had the chili cheese fries. There was so much food. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends! read more

Not on the main drag but such a hidden gem! The best burgers in town in my opinion. I love the cheese burgers and fries. So worth the few minutes you will have to wait while they cook your burger TO ORDER and we usually call our order in on the way. So good. Nothing more to add. read more

Great Big Burgers.....Watch out on the Fries....they are soggy....fresh cut and soggy....they serve a bunch of them.....but they charge a bunch for them. Cheese burger, fries, medium drink.....$11.50. I don't think I'll be back. read more

Some people say the "other" place has the best burgers, but I disagree. The best burgers are at "Randy's Burgers"! We moved here 9 years ago and have yet to have a bad experience at Randy's. The burgers are the absolute best and so are those French fries! We consider it a treat to go there. read more

I have eaten burgers all over Texas. Even in Irving, Tx. Randy's burgers are not greasy , nor are there fries. Juicy burgers in Longview, Tx are pretty good. I think they both rank 4 stars. So, the size or lack there of of a small or large city, has nothing to do with the goodness you will get from a Randy's burger & fries. read more

I'm from out of town but I work in Mt. Pleasant a lot. And I ways make it a point to go get a burger at Randy's while I'm in town. To my disappointed, I tried to go there today and it was closed because it caught on fire. What a bummer, I hope no one was hurt, and hope they rebuild soon! read more

Not a place you would find just passing through. Thank you Yelp for another hidden jewel. In a town best known for Chicken, Randy's burgers are fantastic. Terrific fries and the "National" drink of Texas, Diet Dr. Pepper. read more

This place rules as far as a burger joint goes!! I got the Double meat cheeseburger, tator tots and a drink. there is so much food it's well worth the money. If you go to Whataburger you will pay just as much or more and you get more for your money at Randy's. When i'm in that area again I will surely go back!!! The only negative thing is they need to put the drink machine out front where customers can get their own drinks. I waited like 15 minutes and they still hadn't brang my drink and they were filling other customers drinks that came in behind me. I had to go to the girl and tell her I still haven't got my drinks. 2 thumbs up for this place. read more
