Ditch the ranch and go with actual sour cream. Ranch is fine and all, but sour cream would have been the better move. I'm a sucker for a beef sandwich with a dipping sauce, so I couldn't resist. But, fair warning -- the meat was still kinda dry and chewy even with the dipping sauce. A little disappointing. Now, where this place really redeemed itself wasn't the namesake cheesecake -- but the cookies! We grabbed two to go, and wow -- the dark chocolate one with sea salt was the true highlight.
