Someone remind me please of the following things: It's ok to eat indoors at a lobby after 8pm still in America. If you offer something and it's out, let a patron know that upon ordering it thru the drive thru interface. Pretty basic if you ask me. How is this a chain? On top, the Cinnabon was dry and just not good but thanks for at least trying to remedy the fact you were out of stuff. Thus the one star. read more

Surprisingly they have a pretty good lunch menu, I have only gone to one a couple times and that was for the cinnamon rolls. I ordered the Turkey and Avocado Cobb salad (without the avocados). Very tasty and fulfilling, I even ordered with out dressing and still had plenty of flavor. I saw a few sandwiches I would like to try as well. read more

The same person who took our order also prepared it after handling money. He overchargEd our meal and we had to make him correct it. the heater was obviously not working as the dining hall was the same temperature as outside, 49 degrees. And when notified by two different customers that the women's restroom was locked he replied he had no keys and to just use the men's. Terrible experience. read more

Last night me and 3 other friends had dinner at Schlotzsky's and it was the best experience we've each personally experienced there! We were served by Remi and jerry who both served so kind and willingly. Despite it being 60 degrees inside, Remi and Jerry both were very accommodating and went out of there way to make sure we were satisfied with our experience at Schlotzsky's! Have ordered here many times. The last 2 have been a terrible experience. I ordered a DELUXE med original. Got home and my sandwich was just a regular original. But definitely got charged for the deluxe. So we went 2 yesterday and got a med original, and a DELUXE original combo and a child's cheese pizza (bc I split it between 2 kids) paid $27 and change for this order. I even told them when ordering that the last time we ordered a deluxe that they did NOT make it a deluxe. Got the order and got home. The pizza was in a small rectangular box. I opened it and there were 3 tiny pieces of pizza in it. I was like wtf? Then again the deluxe sandwich was made as a regular!! I called about the pizza before I saw the sandwich and was told they are out of child sized dough so they use a large and split it in half and it's the equivalent of a child size pizza. I put the 3 pieces together and told them there's no way that's the same size. The pieces in there were tiny. The manager didn't seem concerned at all. They make good sandwiches, but the prices are going up faster than a helium balloon in a high wind. $20 for 2 small sandwiches and 2 drinks. We can almost eat at a real restaurant for that. They're friendly and fast, and the crew knows me and what we want, so it's almost like personal service. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because it's just so expensive (not the crew's fault, I know). Maybe if they dropped prices a little more people would come in. The food we received was good but we didn't get everything. We had to ask for one of the drinks, at that point I should have known to double check the food. We didn't get dressing for the salad and apples for my daughter, so I had a screaming toddler and I had a very dry salad. read more

Outstanding Customer Service and friendly as well as welcoming atmosphere. Food was prepared and served exactly as ordered and in a timely fashion. It could be due to the management and handling of open communication regarding (every establishment having difficulty finding willing employees). I will be back. Every time I stop at this place and ask for senior discount I never get it and they have to redo my ticket

My husband and I used to love the Schlotzsky's in Mt. Pleasant, TX. But, when we went there 8/29/2021, we almost walked out. We had placed our order and then turned to go to a table. I would say 90% of the tables were either still dirty or looked like they had been wiped with a dirty rag. Also, the floor was horrible. There was only one other table in use at the time. So, when they left, we were the only customers in the building. Not one time did any of the employees come out to clean tables or sweep the floor. A couple of the employees kept going outside for something - not sure. Anyway, unless they clean up, we will not be going back. Very disappointed because Schlotzsky sandwiches are my very favorite. read more

The staff and management are super friendly,and try to achieve the best customer service. The business went through a rough spell of bad management at one point, but I think they are back on point. The food is typically fresh and hot. I love the variety of sandwich,soup,or salad. The orchard salad is well worth the try along with the turkey bacon avocado sandwich. The soups are so hot and delicious when the weather calls for it outside. No matter what the weather outside they have an item to choose from. It a family friendly atmosphere as well. read more
