Southwest salad
Amy W.

This is NOT fast food, expect to wait for it, even so this was One of the best meals we had on our entire vacation. This gem of a spot could easily hold its own in any major city with its tight but creative menu and polished execution. Everything was flavorful, and lovingly prepared. We split the Southwest salad and the Cuban sandwich, and both were knockouts. The salad was generously portioned and packed with flavor, especially thanks to the chipotle ranch dressing, which had just the right balance of heat and creaminess. The Cuban sandwich was perfection--succulent pulled pork, melty cheese, and a beautifully pressed, toasty bread that held everything together, be careful though, those pickles will burn your mouth!. I had my eye on the deviled eggs but had to admit defeat. It was already too much food. That said, I do wish they sold potato chips to go with the sammys. And this place looks ripe for selling a nice homestyle cookie, alas, they serve nothing sweet. We did, however, stroll next door for some ice cream at the place owned by the same folks...which was a near perfect ending. Cannot recommend this place enough. Thoughtful food, tasty flavors, and a standout on our trip. Oh and the bathrooms where chef's kiss! (modern and ultra clean!)

The staff was very kind and the food was delicious and healthy. The covered patio is so cute and they even allow dogs!

Kale Krunch Salad

Found this little gem on Yelp. Service was amazing and the food was fresh and delicious. My husband and son had the pulled pork sandwich and I had the Kale crunch salad and Hot Honey flatbread pizza.. Everything was fresh and and really good..

The food is so good and fresh. We had sandwiches / deviled eggs / cucumber salad. Top notch quality!!

All the food was great. Though it was super crowded and seating was hard, the service was still good and relatively quick.

The food was really good. I got the Turkey club sandwich.

The service was good, but they were really stressed. The food was amazing it just took a while to get it. The place was really crowded and loud.

tree hugger

finding vegan/plant-based food in broken bow is a bit tricky, but brick and bread was a great find! if you sub their pesto for another sauce (like balsamic glaze), their tree hugger sandwich is vegan! nice option if visiting, and service and ambiance were great as well

This is a beautiful restaurant in what looks like "downtown" broken bow. Cute area all around with lots of street parking. Grab a menu hanging by the door and make your selection, order at counter and you get a buzzer. I ordered the hummus and a turkey panini. I decided to sit on the patio since it's one of the most beautiful patio set ups I have ever seen. They did not skimp on the decor here - feels upscale and inviting. The hummus was delish! Like top 5 I have ever had. I was honestly a bit surprised but happy to enjoy. The panini was good, typical turkey with some great mix of mayo/dijon mustard that took it up a level. Both came in throw away containers so I tossed on the way out. I wish there had been a combo since it was too much food for lunch and a bit pricey but that's my one and only negative. Otherwise this was all around a great stop.

Great food options for lunch and they were fairly quick to get it out. I had a turkey melt and it was plenty of food - could barely finish.

I saw a video on Tik Tok by a well known hair salon owner in Dallas recommending him - LEGIT! Our hand-selected menu: - Prime Grade 16 oz Ribeye - American Wagyu 20 oz - Caesar salad (requested no anchovies but he usually adds them) - Brussels and crispy pork belly - Mushroom risotto - Smoked Gouda Mac and cheese - Herbed fresh green beans - Chocolate whiskey cake He will take custom food orders as well (even fresh seafood!). I cannot explain how EVERY bite of every item had incredible flavor. Delicious is an understatement. Chef Phil cooked, cleaned (counter/stove tops, took out the trash, loaded and started dishwasher), and provided nice to-go containers for leftovers. He did everything within 2 hours of arrival for two of us. The leftovers the next day were just as flavorful as freshly served! Reserve your date WELL in advance as his schedule stays full. Is it affordable? YES! I paid Chef Phil the same amount as going to a 5 star steak restaurant in Tulsa or Dallas and that included his time/travel (he should charge more!). The food was 5 star quality as well; actually, better! Besides being an amazing cook, Chef Phil is a kind, personable guy. It was a pleasure having him in our cabin, and we will use him on all future cabin trips!

The atmosphere was strange... when we think winery, we're picturing a valley of grapes or a hillside retreat. However, the deck of this tasting location was in front of the literal highway. Maybe we had unrealistic expectations being out-of-towners, but we were disappointed. The wine is very lacking. We learned from a couple locals after this experience that majority of the local "wineries" use a grape concentrate, likely from California, to create their own wines. I definitely think this shows in quality and overall taste, but the prices are very reasonable. I wouldn't come back, and it wouldn't be on our next "to stop" list, but reading other reviews, it seems like a loved establishment. If you're looking for fresh snacks or light meals, it might be a good place to stop by.

It was a VERY chilly but sunny day so the mulled wine sounded great to me. I only sampled the blueberry, and this one and decided it was perfect. I'm at home now and kind of regretting not getting a bottle. We ordered our glasses and had a seat in the next room that had all the seating. We were nearly done with our drinks when our food came out, and we nearly ordered more but we were trying to pack as much as we could into a Saturday and a ton of these places close super early so it was time to move along. The charcuterie board had some excellent selections and was more than enough for 4 of us, but I will say maybe preserves or mustard or honey might be nice. Some kinda sauce... The staff was so sweet and hospitable. I've been to Hochatown countless times and hadn't stopped in here before and would be happy to go back.

That decor/atmosphere is diner in Oklahoma feels. Breakfast is not served all day from 7 AM to 10:30 AM so we ran quickly and got there at 10:20 to order our veggie omelette with biscuits and gravy and an order short stack, and a cup of Joe. They do serve lunch, which it quickly switched over at 10:30 only food I saw from then on out was lunch burgers and etc..
