My fiancé gave this a 5 star. I would say 4.5. He said this way by far the best food we have had in broken how / hochatown!!! The three pigs & hummus were amazing. I would say the chicken Cesar wrap could do some work. I would say it was pretty average and didn't even have croutons inside. I wish that we would have gotten another option. Another item that was so good was the salt and vinegar chips. They had such good strong flavor. The inside was so cute and clean. This is one of our favorite places to grab lunch in Broken Bow. The staff is very attentive and this restaurant has one of the best atmospheres in Broken Bow with a very beautiful patio area. I have had the chef salad, several of the flatbreads, the club wrap and the tomato basil soup. Everything here is delicious and that salad was a great value. I took most of it home and threw in a huge bowl and shared with my husband for dinner later. This was my mother's first visit to Brick & Bread and she was pleased with her flatbread pizza. read more

This is NOT fast food, expect to wait for it, even so this was One of the best meals we had on our entire vacation. This gem of a spot could easily hold its own in any major city with its tight but creative menu and polished execution. Everything was flavorful, and lovingly prepared. We split the Southwest salad and the Cuban sandwich, and both were knockouts. The salad was generously portioned and packed with flavor, especially thanks to the chipotle ranch dressing, which had just the right balance of heat and creaminess. The Cuban sandwich was perfection--succulent pulled pork, melty cheese, and a beautifully pressed, toasty bread that held everything together, be careful though, those pickles will burn your mouth!. I had my eye on the deviled eggs but had to admit defeat. It was already too much food. That said, I do wish they sold potato chips to go with the sammys. And this place looks ripe for selling a nice homestyle cookie, alas, they serve nothing sweet. We did, however, stroll next door for some ice cream at the place owned by the same folks...which was a near perfect ending. Cannot recommend this place enough. Don't go there early, they won't have half of their items. Got a cucumber edamame side, with literally no edamame (along with other ingredients that were supposed to be in there). Running back and forth to the counter made it feel more "fast food" than brunch spot. If they would have runners bring the food to the table, it would let guests visit and relax a little more and match the ambiance. We would stop in again knowing what to expect. read more

This is a beautiful restaurant in what looks like "downtown" broken bow. Cute area all around with lots of street parking. Grab a menu hanging by the door and make your selection, order at counter and you get a buzzer. I ordered the hummus and a turkey panini. I decided to sit on the patio since it's one of the most beautiful patio set ups I have ever seen. They did not skimp on the decor here - feels upscale and inviting. The hummus was delish! Like top 5 I have ever had. I was honestly a bit surprised but happy to enjoy. The panini was good, typical turkey with some great mix of mayo/dijon mustard that took it up a level. Both came in throw away containers so I tossed on the way out. I wish there had been a combo since it was too much food for lunch and a bit pricey but that's my one and only negative. This was our first time here and it was a great experience. The only negative was the wait time- but we came at 1 during Spring Break, and had crackers to snack on. Also we were warned before ordering! The service was very helpful and patient, and the atmosphere was very laid back and family-friendly. I had the raspberry walnut dressing and had to buy a bottle because it was that good, I need it back in Texas!! Really bad experience today here. We were told that it was going to be 10-15 minutes to get the pulled pork warmed up and it was 32 minutes to get my sandwich. To make matters worse the order was wrong, we ordered the three little pigs and they gave us the Cuban. It ruined our mood for the afternoon.
