We came to Hochatown on a family vacation and ended up eating here two days in a row because it was that good. Every one of us ordered something different, and every single sandwich was delicious. Everything we tried was cooked perfectly, packed with flavor, and definitely lived up to the hype. The service was friendly, the wait wasn't long, and the whole experience was great. Pros: The location is very cute outside of the of the market there and with the picnic tables. Cons: Our interaction with the server was a bit odd. We were two women visiting solo and he kept trying to ask us if we had plans to party or get drunk. I think it was his way of making small talk, but it was very odd. The sandwiches were small and overpriced for what you received. I was expecting a gourmet sandwich and they are just your run of the mill what appears to be grocery store and jarred ingredients. I ordered the grilled cheese and my friend ordered the caprese. We both left wishing we had just gotten ingredients at the grocery store and made sandwiches where we were staying instead of going to this food truck. read more

Yum! we grabbed this as a final stop on our way out of town. It's right next to the small grocery store in town located in an outdoor area with plenty of picnic tables and space. The person working was really kind and the service was quick even with a bit of a line. the sandwiches weee delicious. I highly recommend stopping here. These were solid sandwiches we got the Caprese and hot damn. I added smoked turkey to my caprese and it was yummy.

Went on a Friday night and it was busy but the worker was kind and got through everyone quick with still making fantastic food! I got the hot damn which is chicken cheese and buffalo sauce and it was AWESOME! Will definitely be back! It is in the same area as local 259 with games, turf, and a patio so that is great for families! read more

The food was so good. We were visiting from Dallas and it's such a shame that this place isn't closer to us. But I think that's what makes it special, it's not a chain, it's local, and you can tell that the put a lot of effort into the food from the amazing quality of the ingredients. read more

Try this place!! It is a must in Hochatown/ Beaver's Ben. It is grilled cheese, but you can add protein. It is delicious!! I had the Mad Caprese and my wife had the Fluffer Nutter. I recommend the smoked chicken on the Mad Caprese. The owner is very laid back and nice to talk to. The food was hot and quick. It is a food truck, so if you get a line there might be a wait. It was my family's first time in Broken Bow and we woke up on Day 1 not knowing what we wanted to eat. It being Spring Break we woke up too late to eat breakfast so I asked the family to decide what they wanted to eat and I would find the place with that on the menu. My youngest, who is our pickiest eater but always knows what she wants, said she would like to have grilled cheese. A quick Google search and I found this food truck. I wasn't sure what to expect - mind you, I am NOT a fan of grilled cheese - but I figured they would have something I could eat and they definitely satisfied the whole family. The little one ordered the "Mini" Meltdown. Believe it or not, she can even be picky about grilled cheese but she absolutely loved it! I had the Mad Caprese which was mad delicious. The sun dried tomatoes and balsamic vinaigrette were perfect together. My husband had The Big Smooth and by the time I asked him if he liked it it was already gone...lol. And finally my oldest, who is also picky but often undecided, had The Rigby which she also enjoyed. I loved the spot because while we waited there are some other fun shops you can enjoy, like a candy and ice cream store called Hey Sugar, and there is turf that the girls were able to do cartwheels and just run around on. Because you're outside, you can bring your dog which was also a nice touch and everyone was very friendly. Anything can be made without cheese so if you're not a fan of melted cheese, like me, still stop by and enjoy an amazing sandwich. They have chips and drink to round out the menu which, in my opinion, provides a little something for everyone. read more

Went to check out the new grocery store Local 259 Market north of Hochatown and decided to have a sandwich from the food truck located in front of the store. I had the Big Smooth a smoke brisket and sharp cheddar cheese panini, my wife got the Mad Caprese an all veggie with mozzarella cheese. We both loved are selections.
