    Southwest salad
    Amy W.

This is NOT fast food, expect to wait for it, even so this was One of the best meals we had on our entire vacation. This gem of a spot could easily hold its own in any major city with its tight but creative menu and polished execution. Everything was flavorful, and lovingly prepared. We split the Southwest salad and the Cuban sandwich, and both were knockouts. The salad was generously portioned and packed with flavor, especially thanks to the chipotle ranch dressing, which had just the right balance of heat and creaminess. The Cuban sandwich was perfection--succulent pulled pork, melty cheese, and a beautifully pressed, toasty bread that held everything together, be careful though, those pickles will burn your mouth!. I had my eye on the deviled eggs but had to admit defeat. It was already too much food. That said, I do wish they sold potato chips to go with the sammys. And this place looks ripe for selling a nice homestyle cookie, alas, they serve nothing sweet. We did, however, stroll next door for some ice cream at the place owned by the same folks...which was a near perfect ending. Cannot recommend this place enough. Thoughtful food, tasty flavors, and a standout on our trip. Oh and the bathrooms where chef's kiss! (modern and ultra clean!)

My chorizo y pollo flatbread. Spicy and delicious!

This is one of our favorite places to grab lunch in Broken Bow. The staff is very attentive and this restaurant has one of the best atmospheres in Broken Bow with a very beautiful patio area. I have had the chef salad, several of the flatbreads, the club wrap and the tomato basil soup. Everything here is delicious and that salad was a great value. I took most of it home and threw in a huge bowl and shared with my husband for dinner later. This was my mother's first visit to Brick & Bread and she was pleased with her flatbread pizza.

    Loaded Baked Potato Salad

Great service, and food was good. Highly recommend the margharita pizza. If you're a fan of mayo, then you would love the loaded baked potato salad.

Great food and great place. Kinda weird where you pick up the food. It's like where everyone walks by and can be like kinda on top of the food but taste great. Flat breads are great. Free refills. Nice little place.

The staff was very kind and the food was delicious and healthy. The covered patio is so cute and they even allow dogs!

All the food was great. Though it was super crowded and seating was hard, the service was still good and relatively quick.

    Kale Krunch Salad

Found this little gem on Yelp. Service was amazing and the food was fresh and delicious. My husband and son had the pulled pork sandwich and I had the Kale crunch salad and Hot Honey flatbread pizza.. Everything was fresh and and really good..

The food is so good and fresh. We had sandwiches / deviled eggs / cucumber salad. Top notch quality!!

The food was really good. I got the Turkey club sandwich.

The service was good, but they were really stressed. The food was amazing it just took a while to get it. The place was really crowded and loud.

finding vegan/plant-based food in broken bow is a bit tricky, but brick and bread was a great find! if you sub their pesto for another sauce (like balsamic glaze), their tree hugger sandwich is vegan! nice option if visiting, and service and ambiance were great as well

This is a beautiful restaurant in what looks like "downtown" broken bow. Cute area all around with lots of street parking. Grab a menu hanging by the door and make your selection, order at counter and you get a buzzer. I ordered the hummus and a turkey panini. I decided to sit on the patio since it's one of the most beautiful patio set ups I have ever seen. They did not skimp on the decor here - feels upscale and inviting. The hummus was delish! Like top 5 I have ever had. I was honestly a bit surprised but happy to enjoy. The panini was good, typical turkey with some great mix of mayo/dijon mustard that took it up a level. Both came in throw away containers so I tossed on the way out. I wish there had been a combo since it was too much food for lunch and a bit pricey but that's my one and only negative. Otherwise this was all around a great stop.

They stayed on top of the water refills and I appreciated the vat (I'm kidding) I mean the squeeze bottle of ranch dressing (yes, I am one of those people.) The fries had the peels on which I love and they were pretty tasty. I had the mushroom bacon swiss burger and my hubby had the classic burger without cheese. Both burgers were good. He ordered onion rings and those were a big hit. I would also note that the onions rings appeared beer battered and a bit more cakey with a smoother finish than ones with flour breading. That is a personal preference for some. They were very good. I love love love the atmosphere here. It has such a nice patio atmosphere and there were lots of families and couples dining al fresco. It was a VERY chilly but sunny day so the mulled wine sounded great to me. I only sampled the blueberry, and this one and decided it was perfect. I'm at home now and kind of regretting not getting a bottle. We ordered our glasses and had a seat in the next room that had all the seating. We were nearly done with our drinks when our food came out, and we nearly ordered more but we were trying to pack as much as we could into a Saturday and a ton of these places close super early so it was time to move along. The charcuterie board had some excellent selections and was more than enough for 4 of us, but I will say maybe preserves or mustard or honey might be nice. Some kinda sauce... The staff was so sweet and hospitable. I've been to Hochatown countless times and hadn't stopped in here before and would be happy to go back.

The atmosphere was strange... when we think winery, we're picturing a valley of grapes or a hillside retreat. However, the deck of this tasting location was in front of the literal highway. Maybe we had unrealistic expectations being out-of-towners, but we were disappointed. The wine is very lacking. We learned from a couple locals after this experience that majority of the local "wineries" use a grape concentrate, likely from California, to create their own wines. I definitely think this shows in quality and overall taste, but the prices are very reasonable. I wouldn't come back, and it wouldn't be on our next "to stop" list, but reading other reviews, it seems like a loved establishment. If you're looking for fresh snacks or light meals, it might be a good place to stop by.

The outdoor area was awesome for the kids to play, and being in a plaza with other shops makes it an easy family stop. Now for the food plot twist. I ordered the pulled pork, ribs, and chicken. The chicken showed up ready to represent the whole team--tender, smoky, and honestly the MVP of the tray. The pulled pork, however, tasted like it had been placed into the warming tray first thing that morning and was still serving overtime by the time I got there. The ribs looked like competition BBQ, but flavor-wise they mainly introduced me to black pepper and then left the conversation. Sides review: the twice baked potatoes were seasoned well and definitely pulled their weight. The mac and cheese was okay--nothing offensive, nothing life-changing, just there for moral support. Overall, this place has a lot going for it: great service, family-friendly setup, clean atmosphere, and some real potential. But the BBQ was more of a split decision than a knockout.
