Everyone must love Chik-fil-a because whenever i go the parking lot is alway loaded. Lol. I mean dang... There will be a wait but the staff is friendly. I went through the drive thru and ordered. I got a deluxe chicken sandwich combo with lemonade and a brownie.. The sandwich was good. The lemonade was very refreshing and it tasted fresh squeezed... Mmmm. The brownie was my fav. I recommend microwaving it and getting a cold glass of milk... All in all it was a good visit and my food was good!!! 4 stars!!

I mean, it's chick-fil-a.. how can I not give them a 5-star review. This location specifically provides AMAZING customer service. No matter how long the line may be, don't let it discourage you - they move quick and efficiently. This location is very organized and provides two lanes to order at. Staff is outside and providing service to make it truly a quick trip. Our order is always accurate and never missing a thing - not even a sauce packet. Not only are the staff members quick and efficient they are also very friendly and follow all safety measures. I definitely recommend visiting this location if you are in the area.

Wow, first time at this location. Used the app to order, which was very easy to use. I decided to pick up from their dining room. The app allows you to make that change even after finalizing the order. The dining room was spotless. I was barely three steps inside when I was greeted by several employees. The best one by far was Ms. Beethoven (her real last name!). Ms. Beethoven was warm and genuine in her greetings to everyone. She would check on mobile orders, keep tabs on dine in drink refills, throw trash away for guests heading that way. It was quite an experience even for me who already loves Chik fila!

Impressive enough for an update. A brand new 5,000 foot building with expanded parking lot and enhanced drive-thru experience. It's now open and busy! Look for them at the Salem Crossing Shopping Center across from Home Depot. My rainy visit this morning around 8 AM on a Saturday found them very busy! They just reopened this week after being closed for almost five months. It was nice to see the expanded parking and ability to exit the lot easily. The lot will need to have permanent black top put in later, they were in a bit of a hurry to open since they were behind schedule. The drive-thru is covered as is the trend I've been seeing. This allows employees to work outside taking orders on hand held machines. Ordering is in two lanes and funnels into one. The lot could not accommodate two lanes around the building. From large windows facing the cars waiting for their orders I saw staff actually running to cars to deliver. Amazing and something you would never see at another fast food. But those that love Chick Fil A know it cannot be put in the same category as a McDonalds, or Taco Bell. I wanted to see the interior and dined in. Not too busy in the dining room as most guest opted to drive-thru on a rainy morning. Everything was clean, tables cleared and new trash cans activated by motion installed. Love that they now have a large communal table for groups. I immediately saw long time employee Reynaldo in the dining room sweeping. He is this locations Mr. Clean and keeps the interior and exterior grounds looking spic and span. My order at the counter was very friendly as staff are excited to welcome back regulars like myself. I asked about the layout and how it compared to the new VB Blvd store and found out they are basically the same. An oversized kitchen allows lots of room to work and expands ability to offer more catering. My order a #1 Chick Fil A biscuit with hash browns and vanilla iced coffee. My transaction was processed through the app which I highly recommend. Breakfast was brought to my table in around 10 minutes or so which is a bit tardy based on other experiences. However, they are new and drive-thru slammed. My drink order was not completed and noticed by staff. A minute later I had my iced coffee. Everything hit that was suppose to be hot and cold that was suppose to be cold. I sat at the table with finished breakfast and everything neatly on the tray for over 30 minutes. When staff saw my tray with trash they grabbed it. Bravo! The continued issue with this location is the center itself. My experience was good with someone directing traffic specifically out of their lot, that's unusual. Most often the staff directs at the entrance. The annoying problem is exiting with back up, then watching oncoming cars entering. Be careful! Pull up to the all new Salem Crossing location to see the sparkly new building. I think you will be as impressed as I was.

No matter what time you go to any Chick Fil A; the lines will be long but totally worth it! Chick Fil A is the only fast food spot that I don't mind waiting. I visited this location for the first time since the renovation. It is much bigger. They also have a different set up for the drive thru. Kudos to those employees who have to stand out there in the heat and rain and take orders. I chose to go in this time. The line was long but it went quickly. The cashier who took my order was very pleasant. Food came out quickly. Always delicious. Will definitely be back!

If I could give them 0 stars I would every time we come they mess up our order this time they served raw chicken in my damn sandwich how are you a chicken spot yet can't even get that right below are photos of thankfully my sons fully cooked nuggets and then my sandwich right next to it which is still really damn pink

I asked for nutrition facts since the app was acting wonky and they were printed for me at the front counter!

Nothing and nowhere is perfect but when it comes to Yelp, I'll start at 5 stars and work my way back. Every big mishap or rude employee will cost them a star. The parking lot: clean, well lit and has enough room for its current clientele. The entryway: there are 2. The one that is labeled carry out is a bit small and is located by the bathroom. It is also where the to go customers and pick up from app customers wait for their food. It can get congested. The employees: sweet, professional and accommodating. They went out of their way to print my nutrition facts. Seating: the new design has a lot more seating than before. I have been here appx 30 mins and not once has an empty table gone un-cleaned for more than 1 min after a customer departed. Bathroom: stocked well, clean and in working order. The food: I ordered a grilled club without the bun on the app while sitting in the dining room. it came to me hot, melted cheese and crispy bacon. It was exactly how I ordered it and I was pleased. The automated opening of the trash cans are very delayed or I didn't place my hand in the correct area. Either way, it was a pain to get to open. Overall: A- I'm happy and will be back UPDATE: came in on 07Jan19 this take out trip was NOT perfect. Tbh I asked for I tomatoes due to and allergy and I got two big tomatoes. I had to go back and ask for the sandwich to be made over again and it was. The staff was apologetic and so sweet. I waited in the weird "take out" area near the door and I wasn't acknowledged right away because the area was so congested. I want to give this trip 5 stars though for not making me feel like I did something wrong by bringing the food back. Thank you for your great customer service.

I hadn't eaten there in over five years, so I was hoping the food was still as good as I remembered. My visit was on a Friday evening, around 6:00 or 6:30 PM. The dining room was relatively quiet, with only two other customers present, and I was immediately greeted upon walking in. I asked the cashier about the new menu item, the "Lamb Chops." He described them as pan-fried, noting that an order includes two to three nice-sized chops and comes with two sides. I decided to order the lamb chops to go, selecting the arroz chaufa (fried rice) which was a $1 upcharge and plantains as my sides. I was extremely disappointed when I opened my order and found that I had been served lamb shoulder for $18 and not the lamb chops I expected (typically rib or loin chops). To add to my disappointment the quality of the Lamb was very poor; it was tough, contained an excessive amount of connective tissue and fat, and was ultimately inedible. I ended up having to throw the entire portion away. The arroz chaufa also had inconsistent quality. While the flavor was good, the texture varied significantly, with parts being mushy and overcooked, and others remaining hard and undercooked. The Plantains were cut too thick and were also undercooked. Given the cost and the expectation associated with "Lamb Chops," I was extremely unhappy with my meal. I believe the cut of meat served was misrepresented, falsely advertised and the quality was unacceptable. I certainly cannot recommend this item to others and regret not ordering the chicken, which I know your restaurant prepares well.

I love Jollibee's mission and theme of togetherness. Recently, I went in for their Final Fantasy collab since I love that video game series. I loved how cute the packaging and merch were. Our meal box came with free FF x Jollibee stickers and they were so adorable! The design on the cups was super cute too. I usually do online pick up orders, which go smoothly. However, the day I went to sit down was super busy. I think it was the Sunday post-church rush. We waited a little over 30 minutes. I wasn't too upset because I see the staff working hard, and I assumed I just came in at the wrong time. Either way, I'll be back! Take advantage of their rewards system! There's always some promo going on. Plenty of free parking spots in the lot and you there are shops you can walk to.

So if you're going, be prepared to stand in line for a bit. And listen... they actually handed me a buzzer to let me know when my food was ready! I've never gotten a buzzer at a fast-food restaurant before. The wait wasn't terrible, but it was definitely longer than I expected. I ordered the 6-piece chicken bucket with two sides, fries, mashed potatoes with gravy, a peach mango pie, and two drinks for $21. Not a bad deal at all! We got a mix of mild and spicy chicken. I'm definitely a white-meat chicken girl, so I was a little disappointed when my spicy piece was dark meat. It wasn't really my preference, but I will give Jollibee this: THE CRUNCH ON THAT CHICKEN WAS AMAZING! Now let's talk sides... Fries: Cold. Absolutely not. Mashed potatoes: Very little flavor and tasted like boxed potatoes to me. Gravy: NOW THIS had flavor! Definitely the MVP of the sides and perfect for dipping. Peach Mango Pie: Way too sweet for my taste. I couldn't get into it. Overall, Jollibee definitely deserves a try! The chicken crunch alone is worth experiencing, and next time I'd definitely switch up my sides and go with white rice and gravy. I'll also be skipping the dessert. Would I go back? Yes. Am I rushing back? Absolutely not. MY RATING: 5/10 The chicken has potential, the price was reasonable, and I'd try it again--but there's definitely room for improvement with those sides!

When we arrived, the restaurant was not busy, yet no one greeted or seated us inspite of the board saying " Please wait to be Seated" . We eventually walked to the counter to place our order. The staff member serving us was cold, unfriendly. Since it was our first visit, we expected at least a warm welcome or some guidance on the menu, but none was offered. We simply ordered what looked appealing. We weren't offered water, after I asked Instead of handing me a glass which she did for everyone, she simply pointed and said, "The water is over there." That interaction made me feel unwelcome. The wait for our food was unreasonably long. I noticed that our meals had already been prepared but were left sitting on the counter instead of being brought to our table. Many other customers appeared frustrated by the delays, especially families with young children who were visibly struggling with the long wait. Throughout most of our visit, we could only see the kitchen staff. There seemed to be no one attending to the dining area or checking on guests. When our food finally arrived, it wasn't even hot. We ordered the half chicken with peri-peri fries and the chicken breast with Brussels sprouts. I could not see any sauce on my food, I ordered Medium sauce, you can see in the picture I posted. My chicken breast was burnt, dry, and had a bitter taste. The sauces were good, especially the Saka sauce, but unfortunately it wasn't enough to make up for the rest of the experience. What disappointed me most was the complete lack of customer service. I later decided to order another item, but there was no one at the counter. After waiting for several minutes without anyone returning, I gave up. To make matters worse, the payment process still prompted for a tip despite the absence of service, which the staff mentioned. Tipping should reflect good hospitality, and unfortunately there was very little service provided during our visit. It was disappointing that my birthday dinner ended this way. I chose this restaurant because of its beautiful atmosphere, but attractive décor alone cannot make up for poor service, long wait times, and food that arrives cold and overcooked. Judging by the reactions of the other diners, we were not the only customers who left disappointed. Sadly, I cannot recommend this restaurant based on my experience.

Oh and If you're dining in on a hot day, make sure you grab a seat near the fan -- it can get very warm inside. It's a no-frills spot that delivers on flavor and heart.

The soup wasn't hot but on the cooler side, wish it was warmer but had the same miso flavor you get every where else. The hibachi shrimp was good. The size of the shrimp was a nice size. The vegetables weren't overcooked. I had a good meal here and I will definitely be back!!

I ordered gyoza dumplings as an appetizer and shrimp fried rice as my entrée. I like the fact that the food took a little longer than expected because that let me know that it was made fresh! The appetizer and entrée came all at once. I first tried the dumplings, and they were delicious. They were fried and filled with chicken. The fried rice was also tasty. It came with 8 large sized shrimp, peas, carrots, and eggs. Tasted authentic--not like your typical Chinese food from the corner. You can definitely taste the freshness. Seasoning wasn't overwhelming. It was perfect. The establishment was clean including the bathroom. The only thing is that the older lady that served us never smiled. Not once.
