So glad I finally stopped by before leaving town because I would have been in trouble having Wingstop so close to my home!! After much debating, I finally ordered online and the wait time is true to time. Greeted when I walked in and told my order was almost done and was given my cup. I ordered the hot honey rub and lemon garlic pepper. Both were sooooooooo good and if you don't know, wingstop ranch is the ranch of all ranches. I ordered extra ranch so I made sure to check before I left, and everything was there. Their fires are more of a wide cut so they're good when freshly out vs anytime after that ten minute window. read more

Ordered the 8 PC boneless Parmesan and garlic wings, with Parmesan fries and veggie sticks. When it arrived the fries were in an open paper fry tray and freezing cold. The boneless wings, which were like little nuggets about the size of a quarter were mostly nuggets of batter- not chicken. The carrot sticks were soft and flimsy which was gross to even wonder why. The veggies were sopping wet and dropped of water causing the paper tray to be soggy on the bottom. I ordered a 32 Oz sweet tea, and instead they gave me two 12 Oz lemon brisk can drinks. Ordered through Door dash and went to pick up my food. Waited in the parking lot until it said my food was ready. When I walked in the guy didn't even know there was an online order and then started making my food after I had been waiting outside for 10 minutes. Then when I finally got home I opened up my food just to find out it was wrong. I ordered bone in wings which cost more and got boneless. It's ridiculous that this establishment can't handle reading basic orders. I was the only one there. So we just ordered the new Chicken Sandwich Combo from Wingstop on Holland Rd Va Beach and the bun was pretty crispy. But it got worse - the chicken was RAW! We took it back to show them in order to obtain an incident report in case of later issues because it takes a few days before raw chicken symptoms start in most cases. They told me that they don't do incident reports! Really... Well they had no problem offering a refund so I can't complain there. Just hoping we don't get sick. This place would get 0 stars if it was an option. I'm generally not one to leave a bad review but this locations horrible service blew me away. We called in an order and were told a 10-15 minute wait. Understandable. After about 12 my husband when to go inside and on three different occasions over another period of 10 minutes tried to ask the people that work there if our food was ready. Each time a person would walk to the back and look at the rack and then never come back for an update for him or anything. I finally went inside after sitting in the car and waited another 5 minutes as the girl at the front took a call for an order. After she hung up she proceeded to take out her cell phone and start texting someone instead of even acknowledging I was there. Finally got a moment to talk to her and she starts talking to the other employees, who half of which didn't have their hair pulled back or anything and were not wearing kitchen appropriate clothing, and then finally looked on the rack again and the food was apparently there the whole time. The girl claimed she didn't even know we were waiting. Even though my husband talked to three different people asking about his order. We got home and half of our order was missing. Tried to call and got no answer. Went back to the location and stood at the counter while six different people in the back looked at me but didn't even acknowledge me at all again. Finally after a few minutes the girl came up and apparently they didn't even put the full order in when we called. Over 18.00 for five chicken strips, some fries, 2 extra sides of ranch and a drink. I paid almost $10 for 6 baby wings, a drink and celery/carrots!!! When I picked it up I said "wow this feels really light!" When I got in the car I wanted to steal some fries from the bag for the ride. There was NO FRIES!!!! So I immediately called and the associate answered went over my order and said my order was correct and indeed I did pay $10 for 6 wings, a fountain drink and some celery! I will never go back!! I will tell everyone I know that this place is overpriced and unwilling to accommodate me by switching out the veggies for fries. I don't believe that fries and celery are ever priced the same!! Called them to let them know, and was hung up on twice, and then put on a long hold. Was told to "drive over with the food and show proof, we were missing 10 wings" and they would remake the order. There really should be a zero star rating...Honestly, I'm not sure how this place is still in business. Back when I lived in Hawaii, I would eat Wingstop almost every week. The food was delicious, always cooked correctly and the fries were to die for! I've NEVER had a bad experience with that store and I ate there for 3+ years on a consistent basis...Fast forward to Virginia, more specifically this location, and I decide to have Wingstop for the first time since living here for about 11 months (the store is the closest to my home, but it's still a far drive). EVERYTHING about my meal was pathetic. Wings were literally swimming in oil, the sauced ones were GLOBBED in sauce to the point you couldn't see the brown on the breading, the fries were soggy and cold and honestly the texture of a few that I ate felt like it's possible someone had chewed them and spit them back into my plate. If you think I'm exaggerating, I'm not. Seriously, this meal tasted like somebody had a resentment against me and took it out on my food. I threw everything away before I could take pictures, but that's how bad it was that I couldn't wait to throw it away before I even thought of writing a review. Again, not sure how this place is still in business. I'm writing this long review in the hopes that I can save anyone who is thinking about getting food here the utter disappointment and anger that my family and I experienced. I usually have a good experience at Wingstop BUT not today. My family and I decided to try the new chicken sandwiches. The sandwiches were fine however the fries were cold and unseasoned, the corn was cold and overseasoned. The drink machine was mostly empty; the machine is supposed to have 100 flavors....this one had maybe 10. We got 2 of 3 dips and the wrong flavors. I attempted to call the store multiple times but they never bothered to answer the phone. I'm extremely disappointed in the food and service I received at this location, I don't think I will return. Where to begin. I called and was told my order would be ready in 10-15 minutes. Walked in, said I was there to pick up an order under my name. The young lady at the register went to look for my order and when it wasn't on the shelf, she just walked back into the back and proceeds to help, without coming back to the register to tell me the status of my order. I don't think much of it but after about 30 minutes of waiting inside the store, I get aggravated and walk out. So my wife goes in and waits a good five minutes before she's even noticed at the register. Finally, they say our order was already ready, they just didn't know I was there waiting. So I was forgotten about because the girl at the register was negligent. When we get home, half of my order is missing. My daughters 4 piece chicken strips were not in the bag. My wife goes back only for them to say I didn't order that, although, they told me my order was $27 and some change over the phone. My wife heard me place this order and confirmed with me I did indeed order it.
