I honestly can't believe how poorly this was handled. I placed my order, waited, and then found out it had simply been canceled because the store wanted to close. No phone call, no text, no warning; nothing. They were perfectly happy to take my order, but not willing to let me know they weren't going to make it. It's incredibly disrespectful to customers' time. If you're closing, stop accepting orders or at least have the courtesy to call and explain the situation. I had an online to be paid in the store. to make a long story short I walked in and two people were in there one was working in the distance with the products. One was on the phone. It was a heavy-set white guy. He never put the phone down, until I asked the guy working with products in the distance about the parm/cheese packet and while still on the phone he answered me even though I was talking to the other guy. He said "we no longer give them for free you have to buy them and the chili Pepper shakers too. I said okay, he, put the phone down went and got the pepper shaker and said it was $1.49 and I said OK and he proceeded to pick the phone back up and start talking on the phone and I just waited patiently for a little bit and then I said to him can you check me out because the other guy said he just started there two days ago and he can't do it so then the heavyset guy said no when I get off the phone I will check you out and I said well, you could take me out now because I'm ready to go and he said I was on the phone when you came in and so you have to wait and I said well I'm standing in front of you so that takes precedence over someone on the phone. Mind you he put the phone down to go get that little pepper shaker to sell to me, but he couldn't put it down to just swipe my card and ring me up so I can leave. I felt like he just wanted to make me wait for no reason and maybe because he's racist and I'm black. The food looks very presentable and has a great aroma that made me want to get home to eat it. The hours of operation are good because they stay open till 11pm. Not sure what happened to this location. They used to be so good and convenient not they are such a waste to go to even though they are right next to me. The customer service is lacking so much. The staff is extremely rude to customers. Right in front of my eyes I've witness horrible interactions from employees to customers. This is not acceptable anywhere! I would not recommend coming to this location. Location is not well kept. I gave this place so many chances. So, many! But they are one of the worse establishments I've ever had to deal with. The order is ALWAYS wrong and they almost NEVER make it right. The pizza is ALWAYS late and cold. This last time was the last straw. I ordered a large thin crust pizza. They call me a half hour later and say they are out of large thin crust pizzas. I don't know how that's even possible but it also shows that a half hour after I ordered they STILL had not made my pizza. They offer to make it any other crust, including pan. I tell them to make it a pan pizza. So after another hour and 15 minutes it finally gets here. Guess what, it's cold and it's a hand tossed (not a pan pizza). They managed to mess up the order twice. Just unacceptable. I have no idea of the incompetence it takes to be this bad of an establishment but I no longer care to ponder about it. I'm done with this place and everyone else should be too. I called them back at 1225pm to inquire tine since store closes at 1am. Said delivery driver left store and it would be 2 hours from order time because they were busy. Then I get a message - phone doesn't ring - at 114am that the order was cancelled because the delivery driver came to the house and no one was home. Total lie because I've been waiting for 2 hours and no one showed. Now I can't even order any other pizza place due to this crap. Total crap service. This location has been riddled with issues for years. This is the second time in two months we've ordered for pick up, and the tracker claims it as ready in 15 mins, but when we show up, we've had to wait nearly an hour more. The website would not allow us to order delivery, probably due to lack of drivers, which is understandable. They are creating a lot of bad feelings and distrust with people waiting around without proper communication. The problem lies with the lack of honesty when ordering. We wouldn't have minded picking up later if we were told up front, but when we arrived they claimed it was in the oven when it hadn't even been made yet. Why lie? read more

Called the store and spoke to the manager and she was very rude and thought it impossible that the driver went to the wrong address. This place completely lacks customer service skills, from their unwillingness to accommodate my delivery needs to the way they seem inconvenienced when I pull up to get my takeout order and it cuts their cigarette break short. My advice would be to pick another location, or to pick a local competitor who will treat you as if they actually value your business. This location is super convenient as I live down the street from them. Nice employees, and the pizza always tastes great. The only annoying incident is that one caller who took my order, never input it into the system so I found myself picking up nothing and having to re-order in person. Also avoid the call center. I order from this pizza hut on occasion, online. When you order online it gives you a count down for when your order should be at your doorstep, usually between 30-45 mins. On many occasions the delivery man bets the clock! I placed an order online yesterday and when I got my pizza it was undercooked. I didn't end up calling them about it because I was hangry and ended up eating oatmeal for dinner. I was very apprehensive to call them the next day and I even contemplated bringing the pizza into them so I could prove it was undercooked. I ended up calling and the manager, Stephanie, answered my call. I explained I ordered a pizza the night before and it was under cooked. She was very apologetic and never questioned me. She comped my next order (same value as my last). I was very satisfied with the customer service and the solution provided to me. I will continue to order from them in the future. read more

Just about every weekend we enjoy a different place and this pizza hut has won hands down from all od the other places we order from.
