I've seen this location in passing and an ad was received in the mail with promotional offers; so I decided to give them a try. Some Friday nights I'm uninspired to cook so I opted to order pizza and pick it up. You can place your order by phone for delivery or pick up. Orders can be placed via their app or online as well. Note to self, if you qualify for a military discount mention it before paying to have it applied. Order was ready fairly quickly and the store was doing curbside pickup for orders. You park, call and they bring your items to you. The young man assisting me gave me the wrong pizza but quickly had them make the correct item and brought it out. The deluxe and sausage were my top choices from my order that night. The old world (pepperoni) was just okay to me. The pizza reheated well and it was plenty for the intended audience. I give Marco's Pizza 5 stars for their amazing pizza. The 1st time I ordered online on Yelp an all meat medium, I thought it would be just another pizza pie. Boy, was I wrong. First look at it when I took it home showed me this was no ordinary pizza. Then I tasted it and much to my surprise it was full of flavor. I gave a slice to my wife and she was much pleased with the crust, the toppings, and flavor that she told me to order 2 more mediums of the same pie. I downloaded the app, created an account, received a coupon for ordering thru the app and ordered for carryout and we were not disappointed. The folks at the restaurant were very friendly, pizzas were ready at the appointed time and we ate till we were full. Great job. Those commercials were spot on. Less than 18 hours ago, my husband and I mutually agreed to order some pizza from Marcos Pizza (the Norfolk Virginia location on hampton blvd).  We have eaten here previously before and this time around we both agreed to try the Marcos white cheezy pizza (comes with bacon tomatoes sliced onion garlic sauce feta cheese etc and we still have leftovers from the large size that we ordered).  One of the additional pros is that the pizza toppings were generously portioned for what we ordered and the free parmesan cheese and red pepper seasoning packets that come with the pizza. read more

We love their pizza and their subs! Our favorite pizza to Order is a Parmesan crust, white sauce, extra cheese, chicken, red onions and tomatoes. The white sauce is so good! My honest complaint is the abomination of a salad they gave me. They were out of croutons (no biggie at all) but the lettuce, , just straight trash. Called to place a delivery order and utilize my 10 dollar military family discount as advertised. I was encountered with the absolute worst service I've experienced in a while. The little dude taking my order sounded like he was under the influence and had absolutely no idea about any question I asked, even the simple question if they had ricotta cheese lol. I found about this pizza joint about a month ago when I went to pick up a pizza from Domino's next to them. What you will get here is a great pizza with a delicious sauce. I've ordered the thin crust all meat pizza and the thin crust the works pizza. Make sure you try the roma and parmesan over the pizzas. Absolutely delicious. I will mention that the cheezy bread was total trash. Dry and no matter what I dipped it in tasted like crap. But that's ok. I won't order that item anymore. Just get the pizzas here and you will be more than satisfied. This lobby is clean and the bathrooms are clean. I like how you can look into the cooking area as your food is being prepared. Big disappointment. Someone in my party wanted to go to Domino's and I have always had awful pizza at Domino's so I suggested we try elsewhere. The reviews for Marco's sounded good and I love a great thin crust pizza. I should have figured by the price, cheap, that it wasn't going to be good. The crust was dense, not crispy and flavorless along with the toppings. Sorry Marco but something just ain't right. In the end I wished I had gone to Domino's. Maybe they really have improved as they claim to have. Update: I got a reply from management and whenever I see this I up them a star. At least they are paying attention. They need to find a better thin crust for their thin crust pizza. IMO the crust is what makes a pizza. Get that right and you are more than half way there. read more

I look inside and find a Marco's Pizza calendar, and the best part--it's a MAGNET! The magnet calendar has been on the fridge for a few days now, and my husband suggests we order out for dinner. Ok, so we go directly to the Hot Deals. $25 for 2 1-topping pizzas, bread, and a 2 liter. Hmmm I can get that for $12 at Little Caesar's (but they don't deliver). We don't even know if the pizza is good? Whatever let's order anyway. Cool, they track your order. An hour?! Yeah, that's not too bad actually. Some football and a few games on my Wheel of Fortune app, and there's a knock on the door. PIZZA! First we have to heard all the dogs to the couch. The delivery guy was totes nice, and thanked me for the tip. What a cool dude! (Dogs got out and instantly sniff the guy. Sorry.). WoW! This is what pizza should be. I was very impressed from the moment we walked in, the gentleman working the register was so polite and respectful, it was very refreshing.
