Decided to give it a try, as we love NY style pizza. Got the supreme and was very pleased. Will be returning.

First and last time here!…read more I was looking for a quick bite and found this place on Yelp. They had pretty good reviews, but I should have trusted the lower-rated ones. When I arrived, I was one of three people in the entire restaurant. Two people were dining in, and I was ordering my food to go. I wasn't greeted or anything, which was the first red flag. The cashier was about to take my order but then decided that I can just order on the kiosk; however, you can't pay on the kiosk, so that didn't make any sense to me. I decided to go with the soy garlic six-piece wings. They cook them to order, so there was a 15-minute wait. I sat at one of the six empty tables in the restaurant. A white woman walked in and wanted to dine in. Instead of her choosing another empty table, the cashier said that since I was ordering my food to go, I could sit somewhere else. This was extremely unnecessary and racist. My blood was boiling at this point, and I wished I could have canceled my order and gotten a refund. While the food came out hot, I did not enjoy the smell once I opened it. It had a weird odor, which made it hard for me to enjoy the meal. The chicken also lacked a lot of flavor. They rely heavily on the sauce, which isn't even balanced. I ordered soy garlic, and all I could taste was sugar. I couldn't even finish all of my food. Also, the wings are big, which I am not a fan of. Overall, this entire experience was awful, and for these reasons, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this place.

Amazing food and service! Love the authentic food and vibe of this place…read more Everything was perfectly season and tasted really good. Warning, the Dakbul is really spicy and the portion is for more than one person. Chicken feet are bone in and you're given a little bucket for the bones. Don't forget to ask for an apron and gloves as this can get messy. With the spicy and sweetness of the rich sauce I can see why this is paired with a nice cold drink. The rice balls were also really great to help cool you down. At the end of the meal you're also given a semi frozen yakult. Perfect way to end a great Korean meal.

I did the rice bowl with soy garlic sauce chicken and was really impressed. The servings are huge, also! Even the kids size chicken bites would have been fine for an adult. We ordered at the kiosk and had no problems with our order, and it was ready in about 10-15 minutes. There is not a lot of seating for large parties and a lot of time there was not an employee at the front counter, so we did see several people standing around waiting to order for a while. Not sure if that is a normal issue here or not, having only been here the one time, but we would definitely come back. It is kind of pricey, it was almost $70 for the 3.5 of us which seemed high but again, the food was good!

The cashier shared I could place my order at the kiosk or with him and I decided to place my order with him. I ordered the #1 chicken sandwich combo and it came with waffle fries and a fountain drink. It took about 10 mins for the food to come out and it was hot (heat and temperature wise). The sandwich is huge and the fries are amazing. The slaw and sauce is the perfect touch for a sweet and hot flavor. I loved it and will be back to try the wings.

In 2023, they closed their original location of Shore Drive and set sights on a new local which was expanded. They have finally reopened and we got a chance to stop in to see how they were doing. Let's check it out shall we? We were seated a minute after walking in. There were a few people dining inside on this cloudy day. The decor is nice resembling a type of restaurant you may see in New Orleans. Right when I was looking through the menu, I ran into Chef Moe who greeted me with a handshake. It has been years since we last saw each other but the vibes came right back since Sophia and I were long-standing customers. We couldn't talk long since he was busy, but it was great to run into him again smiling from ear to ear seeing me there. Great people indeed. How was the food you might ask? Pretty damn good. We both ordered their fried catfish meals with sides (mine came with fries and sweet cornbread and Sophia's with mashed potatoes and gravy and mac-and-cheese). The fish was seasoned perfectly and was huge. It was big enough to cover a football field (just kidding). The fries, as always, tasted great and the cornbread was delish. The both of us ended up taking home leftovers where the food didn't lose any taste from before. It was so refreshing to stop by after so many years. And it was wonderful seeing Chef Moe continue to bring good vibes to the Norfolk community through his cooking. You know we'll be back soon. Till next time :)
