Every single time we've ordered breakfast in the drive-thru, part of our order is wrong. It's a running joke in our family trying to guess which part it will be! Sugar in the Raw! What is so hard about asking for and getting Sugar in the Raw?! I've been given regular sugar, sweet-n-low, Splenda, liquid honey packets and the best one... the brown sugar packet from the breakfast oatmeal. I have yet to receive actual Sugar in the Raw packets when I ask for them at the drive-thru. Someday they'll get it right...someday. The customer service and food is amazing here. Everything is cooked with perfection every time I come here. The only thing that is a little worrisome is that the dining area is seldom clean. Not only is it challenging to find a clean table, there are several flies flying around, and on the window sills. I saw 14 flies... That, in any restaurant, is highly unacceptable. Don't be surprised if a fly attempts to land on your food. For the 30 minutes that I was there, I batted away 7 flies. I came here when there was very little traffic and several workers, so it should never look like that. Not to mention when they do clean it, they do a lackluster job. If they just bring up the importance of having a clean dining room, then this place would be perfect. Even though the customer service is amazing, they lack cleanliness. Therefore, a 2/5 is appropriate. Fortunately for them, Chick-fil-A has delicious food, so I will be returning to get that chicken! :-) read more

Great food for fast food in my opinion. I always get the Grilled Chicken Club put some Chick-fil-A Sauce on it and it's always been tasty. The staff is pretty good, there is one lady there who is pretty dry but I think thats honestly just her personality. Where on earth is all the Chick-fil-A love? This is absolutely my favorite fast food place! The service is incredibly friendly - I had conversations with the manager (who was my cashier) and with the cashier next to him. No grumpy, loser-y high school kids here. (And yes, they were still efficient.) I had trouble selecting a dessert and they were so funny and helpful. I am so impressed that fast food doesn't mean shitty service here. Also, my friend noted that everyone had a Southern accent, including an Asian guy... she was wondering if they train all their employees to have an accent. Ha! The chicken here is to die for - moist and well-seasoned. Hell, it's better than chicken I've had at some restaurants. I personally love the chicken nuggets - pure, unadulterated chicken - but I hear the sandwiches are great too. I really like the Polynesian and Chick-fil-A sauces! They've got like 6 to choose from, which is pretty awesome. Prices here are a bit steeper than McDonald's, but totally worth it for the quality and service... And yeah, the fact that it's closed on Sundays pisses me off a bit, but whatever, it's a company tradition and they can do whatever the hell they want. Oh Chick-fil-A how I love you so... I've ordered a lot off the menu here and my fave is their original chicken sandwich with the pickles! They are a little on the expensive side for fast food but the quality is what you are paying for. Centrally located by the mall so there are usually a lot of kids here and drive thru can get kind of crazy. It comes with a heavy heart that I'm giving a Chick-fil-A a less-than-stellar rating. Check out my other ones, if you have any doubt. This is the only fast food chain that's gotten 5 stars before. But, this particular Chick-fil-A is not worthy of a 5-star rating. To it's credit, it's the only Chick-fil-A within a mile of I-215/I-15 en route to San Diego from Riverside (there's one in Murrieta but it's before the junction). So when I'm driving to SD and have a hankering for some Chick-fil-A, this is the spot that I'm stopping at. Unfortunately, they have the worst parking situation of any Chick-fil-A I've been to. Don't get me wrong - it's not as bad as 99% of places in LA. But all the other Chick-fil-As are easy to maneuver through. The staff is also not as cheery or confident as at other locations. I usually sing praises to the Chick-fil-A staff, but the staff here was more reminiscent of a competent fast food employee than the typical C-f-A staff member. Nothing wrong, but my socks weren't knocked off. Finally - and this is where they lost their glowing review - the fries were WAY too salty. I love Chick-fil-A fries - yum-tastic. But these were like licking one of those rocks made of salt... or McDonald's fries. Overall, still a good place. Just not on par with their C-f-A peers. read more

Chick fil a is delicious and employees are friendly. That's a given. But this location seems really disorganized. I recently spent about 25 minutes stuck in the drive thru getting breakfast, which made me late to a meeting. I asked to talk to the manager while the cashier gathered my stuff. Knowing they were slammed with a line behind me, I took just a couple of seconds to politely point out how long I waited and suggest they move the line by sending out an expediter to take orders in the line and hand out the sauces, so the window could focus on delivering orders. The manager said sorry but didn't listen to anything I said and made excuses that they were busy for blah blah blah reason. The cashier hadn't asked if I wanted any sauces, refused to pour coffee into my to go cup, and didn't even put the coffee fixings I asked for into the coffee, which was a good thing I guess because I said no sugar and she put 8 sugars in the bag. Another time I was here, I asked for a chicken egg and cheese bagel with grilled chicken instead of fried. Simple, right? The teenager fumbled at taking the order and I ended up getting three little boxes with a piece of chicken, egg white, and bagel in each one respectively. Okay, but I wanted it normal, with cheese and not a white egg, and as, you know, the sandwich I had ordered. Mattie noticed my predicament and took care of me. She is awesome. So like, normal day at Chick-fil-A. I got to the drive-through, it wasn't busy, thankfully, but you know how like some Chick-fil-A's when like your order is not ready yet will make you like pull forward into the parking spot and you have to wait for your order? well that's what I did and after like 20 minutes no one's come to give me my order so I got the workers attention that was delivering the order next to me and I said "excuse me I've been waiting like 20 minutes for my order" and she was like "OK hon, I'll go check on it, one sec" and then another 25 minutes goes by. it's been 45 minutes at this point. so I go inside and politely bring to their attention that I've been waiting for 45 minutes for my meal and they straight up told me that they forgot to make my order. they just forgot about me. Then when my my order finally came I rolled down my window to grab my drink and something flew into my vehicle. I didn't know what it was, I couldn't find it so I went to go set my drink in the cupholder and what do you know there's a bee sitting in my cupholder. I don't like to kill bees, my husband knows this. It looked dead so I scooped him out and tossed him out the window but I was mistaken. It was alive. It died on impact on the concrete. I felt so bad. So not only did I wait 55 minutes for my One chicken sandwich meal, I almost got stung by a freaking bee, as well as accidentally kill one. I am not going to any Chick-fil-A ever again. read more

Their waffle fries are scrumptious, their chicken nuggets are blissfully delicious and their lemonade and ice tea are perfect to wash down all the chicken you eat! Definitely eat more chicken if you have a Chick-fil-A in your area. I reside in NV and there's not one in the state, so where ever we travel to and there's a Chick-fil-A, we find it and get our fill of "eat more chicken"! You always get a nice "Welcome to Chick-fil-a" when you enter any Chick-fil-a with a nice smiling face. Food may take a little longer to cook but that is because it is fresh people. I'm sorely disappointed with the Chick-fil-A in Temecula. Keeping in mind that COVID has changed how we do business I still except to receive the whole order if I'm paying for it. Today I ordered 4 kid meals, a salad and one meal with drinks. Specifically asking for the condiments. I waited patiently for the order even though people behind me were getting their orders before me. I had to pull aside and continue to wait. When I finally got my order I specifically asked about the condiments which the lady said were all in there. When I got to the park to meet up with the hungry kids there were no condiments, no napkins, no fork or salad dressing for the salad. We essentially had to throw away the salad and the kids were very disappointed. $40.00 and I can't even get a simple corder completed. I'm not happy at all! The chicken nuggets are made from Chicken Breast, not parts is parts are very good. They have quite a few dipping sauces be sure to try the different ones to try which one you like. I have found a new place to eat, cannot wait to try more things on their menu. This Chick-Fil-A is Amazing! I've been here a few times and was always happy with the service and cleanliness. Well today I went in with my 3 year old daughter and with a broken foot on crutches. I went up to the counter to take my order, before I was done paying the order was already ready. One of the employees offered to help me carry my food and drink as my daughter started to throw a fit that we couldn't play on the playground. I told him I was going back out to my car and he said it was no problem. Another employee asked me if it was okay to hold my daughters hand as we crossed the street.
