Pandemic is over Mikey. Time to update this review and just in time to report that this Chick-Fil-A will be closing for a complete tear down and rebuild on 6/27/24. They bought the Lindy's site next door awhile back so I suspect they will be growing the site while also trying to improve the flow of their drive through traffic. Post pandemic these folks have continued to be the standard against which customer service is measured. Nobody does it better. We continue to enjoy not getting in the long drive through line by partaking of curbside pickup. The curbside pickup parking spaces are on the other side of the building so just drive around past all those cars in the drive through lane. The app makes it easy to order and we build rewards and occasional freebies. The wait for our curbside order once we arrive is short and the wife loves her plain chicken sandwich so it's all good. We have not dined in for a long time but the inside looks like it's same comfortable self. Service after the sale inside was always great when we dined in. read more

No matter where you go Chick fil a is always my goto fast food choice and this location is no different. The service is quick and friendly .I love how when you ask for something they always say " my pleasure ". Somehow they always have the most courteous young people to work here. Its been six years since I last ate ate at this location and the fries were always salty as hell. Well I'm here to say that nothing has changed a bit. Fries are still salty as hell. They were hot though so I'll give them that. I didn't mind waiting in the drive thru for hot food. The brownie I ordered seems to have been placed in faulty packaging. When I pulled it out of the bag, brownie crumbs fell all over my lap and car. It was hard and stale due to air getting to it. I had to get out of my car and go inside to get a new brownie. read more

This is my favorite Chick-fil-A in all the town. It's close to my place of residence, their shake machine is always working (I must have a chocolate shake every week), and even though the drive-thru can back up pretty far, it's not nearly as busy as the capital circle location. Plus, the staff at this location moves the cars through pretty fast! The employees are always so friendly and courteous - not to mention, they've been working non-stop throughout this pandemic. Worst quality control ever at any CFA. Cold chicken and cold fries. First order a #1 combo with fruit and received fries. Receipt has it correct so no quality control apparently at this location. That is a sign of poor management. This was at 4:30 in the afternoon on a Wednesday so not a peak time. Second order a #1 with extra extra pickles and apparently they could only spare 2 additional slivers which were the thinnest I've ever gotten from a CFA. Asked for mayo on the side and received honey mustard. After driving thru, had to park, get out to get some pickles and mayo. This location needs work. I've been to other locations at prime time noon and have ALWAYS had my orders done correctly. read more

This Chick-fil-A provides excellent service. My order was taken promptly despite a super long drive through line at 9 o'clock at night. My sandwich was fried to perfection and my fries were hot and crispy. No complaints here. They also have tons of condiments, mints and sanitizing wipes for your taking pleasure. read more

If you are cornered about COVID-19 DO NOT eat here. Employees don't wear their masks properly (or at all while talking) while preparing your food). The girl who looked like a "team lead" had her mask completely pulled down while putting food in the bags and was even talking into the food while HER MASK WAS NOT COVERING HER MOUTH OR NOSE. One lady had her mask pulled down by the drinks at the drive through, but she at least pulled it up right away wasn't talking over people's drinks. I later called the store to let the manager know. Not only did he not really seem to care, but What he told me was even more upsetting. He tried to make me feel better by saying that he could GUARANTEE that she definitely does not have coronavirus (and yes he did say exactly guarantee). I very much wanted to ask how he would know for certain but I didn't. This is more upsetting because I would think anyone that could definitely not have COVID-19 would probably have taken a coronavirus test recently and tested negative, or she already had it. I expected better service not just from chick fila, but from any food service. If want still want Chick-fil-A and feel safe the Chick-fil-A on capital circle is the best in Tallahassee. after 4 yrs of going every day your open. I am very disappointed the service has been on the decline for a while. Never keep people at the drive thru very long. they get it wrong a lot the orders . tell them coffee black and one asked me did I want cream and sugar with that. but this morning I ordered was first in line and could hardly understand the person taking order. I told them exactly what I wanted as plan as I could the speaker was turned down or the person talked so low could hardly understand them...then when I pulled up to window the girl asked me what I wanted she was brand new. told her told her keep the pennies which she didn't... somehow so many of your employees just don't pay attention to what you say and just do what they think. after waiting for 5 or 10 min. they asked me to pull forward and they would bring my order out. I told then no if I have to do that i was leaving last week I waited almost 15 min one morning as before they had some big carry out orders to fill and after being first in line they want me to wait. something is not right about this. I understand i was in business 35 yrs. but you need a new , or better mgr in this store.. I'm not going back and we also went there often during noon or evening meals. after over 40 yrs of going to chic fil a I am so disappointed we started when you opened in the Tallahassee mall many years ago as I owned the shell station across from the mall. sorry to be like this but i have had enough of am part anyway...so many time the pylons or a mess to get through to the drive up. the menu board often had day instead of breakfast display. sorry to complain but I've had it ...you always had the best food and best service but this store no longer true. thank you Gene Howell read more

Very fast clean and friendly place. Just like every other chick-fil-a they are super busy at lunch, but I got my food quickly and the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience and very clean bathrooms which is key for me. Lots of kids running around but that's to be expected when they have a play area. read more

Walked in on free chicken day. No customers- strange....it is because they are turning people away because they don't think they are cow enough. Never on free day have I experienced this. Our store in Tampa makes it so fun! Normally it is a fun day that is like a party all day. Not here. Employees are cold. This store is in the chicken business. Not the people business. This has always been a favorite day of ours. So sad that the owner of this store doesn't understand what this day is about. We have had many issues with orders and previous visits ONLY at the N Monroe CFA. First issue was the kid working the drive thru with a huge hickey visible on our first visit, he was super rude and messed up our order completely. We just visited and got skipped from ordering in line, while the young kid ran scatter brained around the parking lot. they did not (and never seem to) have their ducks in a row. One of only two fast food restaurants that get a five star review from me (the other is Whataburger). Naturally, this rating is in relation to other fast food places. Best, friendliest service of any fast food restaurant I've ever been to. The food is always great tasting and as long as you like chicken, the variety of choices is good. No other chicken sandwich can compare to the orignal Chick-Fil-A sandwich (despite what the restaurant next door wants you to believe). The salads are always fresh and yummy as well. My favorite is the Southwest Chargrilled Salad. Be advised, tho, the spicy dressing IS spicy, so if you're not into spicy, pick a different dressing. Sometimes it makes me sad when i crave a Chick-Fil-A sandwich on a Sunday and can't have one, but I fully respect the company for not caving and opening on Sundays. read more

I have been going to this location for some time now, and this is the first time that I was beyond disappointed. I have submitted a picture of huge black hairs baked into the biscuit. I called and was told that they are required to wear a hat, but obviously someone did not wear their hat or played with their hair while making the biscuits. I am beyond disappointed and it really ruined my breakfast. I would expect this from McDonald's, but not from Chick-fil-A. Just very disappointed and disgusted and will not be going back to that location. I also expected more from the manager, such as assurance that he will look into who baked the biscuits and make sure that they are following procedure so that this does not happen again. read more
