The cleanest fast food restaurant I've been in. Staff friendly, came in for a milkshake. Someone is on the job making a difference here.

Out of CFS steak patties to add to the biscuit and gravy. Hmm. I went basic to a country ham biscuit. Dry and stale. No condiments I had could help. This was again a total waste of time and $. Please do us all a favor and just close your doors for good. read more

Came in today for breakfast. I was met at the counter by a lovely young woman named Brittany. She was pleasant, helpful, and you could tell truly enjoyed her job and interacting with the public. The service at The drove through is very slow. Just go in. I'm sure they are trying to pace the orders for the kitchen but it is slow! Twelve minutes of just waiting to order. The employee was friendly though. On another time, I went inside to place my order and employees were standing around, on their phones and joking around. The floors were nasty and I saw into the cooler when they opened it to get onion rings. Again, nasty. I will say that the sausage biscuits with gravy are solid. They forgot to put apple pies in my bag and I didn't go back to get them. Warning - on the two for $5 you cannot up that to a meal. read more

No wonder no one comes here. Slow slow slow! Fries were old, soggy, and gross, no salt. My soda tastes wierd as fuck and no carbonation. Sadly, the hardies on Monroe St closed. I suppose due to lack of business and local support. Anyone complaining about prices should be here for the good food and excellent prices. A 3pc chix tender combo meal is $5!!! And it's freshly cooked and delicious. Wonderful special and regular prices on the menu. Decent variety, too. Hardies has been a staple since the 1960s. My son and I ate there on a Saturday afternoon about 2 pm. We walked in and found the staff standing in the dining area talking. Never a good sign. We placed our order and everyone sprung into action. There was an employee who was cleaning the soda station and tables. The dining area was very clean. Our food came out shortly and was delivered to our table. The burgers were good, the fries were fresh and hot. Everything was good. Overall experience was great especially after first impression. If you want good food priced correctly I would recommend this location. Can't speak for all Hardee's locations but this one did as expected. Very pleased with service, staff, and food. read more

I stopped at this location and ordered food thru the drive. The Employees headset wasn't working well, but finally got my order right with a second employee an after 5 minute of long responses between items. I then pulled forward and order came pretty slow, but didn't make a fuss. I parked to check my order and discovered the 2 orders of large French fries were in collapsed boxes with a child size amount in them. I drove back around and ask them to fix it. She grab them and walked out of view to get more with out a word. Not even an apology. She came back laughing. I guess they had to make fresh ones as we waited at the window for about 5-8 minutes till we got them. Second time, they added a insane amount of salt. I'm guessing this was what the laughter was about. We left and threw them away as they weren't fit for human consumption. I wouldn't recommend this store to my enemies. This employee should be fired. Had during visit: 1/3 Pound Bacon Thick burger combo w/ fries, apple turnover The Good: The food is pretty good. A step above the McDonald's & Burger King tier, I'd say they're in the same realm as Whataburger or Five Guys, but just short of being as good as either of them. Toppings on burger seemed very fresh. Burger itself had understated flavor, nothing amazing, but at least wasn't a dry flavorless puck. Fries have a puffy quality about them that make them crisp and light. They still scream frozen, but that should be no surprise. Apple turnover was...ok? At 2 for a buck they're a good deal at least. The bad: Service. They were friendly, but slow. For context, I went around 1:30pm on a Sunday. Including myself, there were no more than 3 tables occupied in lobby my whole visit. Saw a handful of cars come through drive-thru. I noticed somewhere between 4-5 people working but they struggled. Myself and most everyone who came in had long wait. Every car I saw come through had to pull forward to wait on order. I don't know if the issue was merely unexperienced staff or what but expect to be patient if you visit. read more

I'm not sure about every other time these other reviews were at. I got my food at 4:45 on a Thursday, my fries were super hot and fresh and my burger was straight off of the grill. Not very good. I ordered the garlic burger and the bread was soggy and not much garlic flavor. I also asked for no tomatoes and no Parmesan chips and you can clearly see it in my receipt. The fries were soggy and way too much oil. They are called French fries because they are suppose to be crispy. It also kinda smells inside the establishment. The workers are ok but seem just to be here lackadaisically. I understand maybe not their first choice in a job yet any job you have do it with a smile and to the best of your ability, people are watching. I would not recommend eating here the food is not very good I think Carl's Jr. is better. read more

Raw chicken! I stopped in Hardee's on capital circle northeast today and ordered 5 chicken tenders. The tenders came golden brown and crispy, however when I bit into one it was mushy and raw on the inside. I checked the other four and all were raw inside. read more

First time visitor. Hate McDonald's as my other reviews point out. This place was fast, friendly, clean, hot, and priced right. Staff was awesome, as well. My only hitch is the location. Very difficult to access the place, as well as very dangerous due to the horrible Tallahassee traffic. read more
