Sign says they open at 11am but multiple customers were standing outside waiting for the restaurant to open. Good food, decent customer service and the restaurant looks clean. Here is why I knocked down two stars. After placing your order, the cashier asks, "would you like to leave a tip??" Then you have to verbally tell her the amount of the tip you'd like to give. If you thought tipping on the iPad screens was awkward, this makes the tipping process even more awkward. I have no problem tipping, but this experience of asking for tips is just strange. Maybe hand me my receipt first and let me discreetly write the amount I'd like to tip.

Men's room wall. This bathroom seems barely used so obviously not a lot of guys eat here.

Good place for lunch with male humor sprinkled throughout - especially in the bathrooms - regarding men eating here. I opted for the trio as a first timer to try different items. I ordered a croissant with egg salad, a scoop of pimento cheese, and a scoop of the traditional chicken salad. The egg salad was good but I should have asked for the croissant to be lightly toasted - just a personal preference. The chicken salad was smooth as was the pimento cheese. My eyes were definitely bigger than my stomach as a 3rd scoop of anything became a tough challenge to handle. As we were on a road trip, it would not have been a good idea to take anything to go. The decor is definitely quaint so not a place you'd see a full table of typical burly guys during the lunch hour. Decent food with reasonable prices.

In town on Business got hungry for lunch and was sick and tired of the same old hamburger and french fries game decide to look on yelp. This is one of the first places that came up and boy was I glad I chose it. As I walked into the place I noticed it was very clean and tidy staff is very very friendly the food was delicious and the price you cannot beat. I went with three scoops classic Carol chicken salad jalapeño Holly and spicy pimento it did not disappoint everything fresh very good tasting can't speak well enough about the place thanks for the great lunch. Ps. It also came with a little Butter Cream cookie.

I heard about this new restaurant on Thomasville that mainly sold chicken salad from some coworkers and decided to try our Chicken Salad Chick with a friend. The restaurant is extremely bright and floral, I feel like if anyone is having a bad day they should walk in and almost immediately they will feel better. We got to front desk and our server told us how everything worked and what people usually like. Basically you order a base chicken salad and can have different things put into them. After you can get them in a one scoop, a bowl, or a sandwich. There are always other ways you can order but I decided on getting the Buffalo chicken salad sandwich on a croissant bun and for my sides I got the pasta salad and a cookie and the cookie was so soft and chewy lol and the salad was great as well. Definitely will be coming back again!

I'm not a huge fan of chicken salad normally, but so many people recommended their variety of flavors so I decided to give Chicken Salad Chick a try. I went to the Market St location, and found it clean and cute. The employees were friendly and had no trouble answering my questions. I ordered the Lauryn's Lemon Basil chicken salad sandwich with a side of the loaded baked potato soup. I was very pleased with both, and look forward to returning in the future!

They also offer a 5% discount if you pay in cash, which is a nice bonus. I got "The Hummer," which has turkey, feta, black olives, tomato, onion, and lettuce on rye-pumpernickel with mayonnaise and house dressing. It was so good. The bread was SUPER YUMMY and looked beautiful too (if you care about aesthetics). All the flavors blended together really well without anything overpowering, and it had this refreshing quality to it that made it stand out. I would definitely order it again. My partner got "The Sauté," which is turkey with Parmesan, Cheddar, Swiss, and a mix of sautéed onions, peppers, and mushrooms on a warm poppy seed roll, plus lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise, and house dressing. The roll was good and it was very flavorful but is was the combination of the veggies, turkey, and melted cheeses gave it a lot of depth. Everything tasted fresh. I got a combo with Mrs. Vickie's salt and vinegar chips, which is always a good sign. And the sweet tea--wow. It wasn't overly sweet, but what really stood out was the flavor. You could actually taste the tea, with slightly minty, earthy notes that made it feel really well done. That's rare. Overall, for what this place is, it deserves all stars. The staff was kind and helpful, the food came out quickly, and everything we had was genuinely good. P.S. There is no photos because I forgot due to it being so da** good!

We chose to dine on their colorful outdoor terrace, and when I tell you that we were transported to another country.... I mean, it literally took us out of Tally and dropped us in a tropical paradise. As the sun went down, the lights began to glow. The ambiance was surreal. I repeatedly told my husband I felt thousands of miles away from home. Was it the cafe lights or the Sangria? I can't be sure. The live music began and it was a whole vibe. Heads turned, ears perked up, and an entire terrace just exhaled. The sultry atmosphere was only overshadowed by the savory food. Dear Lord we ate far too much. What is that saying? Ask forgiveness not permission. Sounds about right. We started with cocktails and Fried Yucca. The Jamaican Margarita was a perfect blend with a sweet sugared rim. The Sangria was a full party in the glass with fresh fruit. The Yucca portion was hefty, but we ate it ALL. In hindsight, we should have saved more room for our actual meal. We ordered Lomo Saltado Beef that was so tender and rich, and it was accompanied by another hefty portion of indulgent carbs. See? That's where moderation in our starter would have been wise. Ahh lessons learned. If we had saved half of the Yucca for leftovers it would have reheated in an air fryer beautifully. We also ordered the Escabeche which was a beautifully fried , snapper filet served with sweet potato and rice. The sauce was simple and elegant with that classic tart vinegar bite. We looked at the dessert menu. I repeat, looked. We simply had no more room. We'll be back soon and promise to make it to the dessert menu and coffee.

I'd never had an Egg Coffee & the young lady who took my order said it tastes like a crème brûlée wasn't lying!! Not overly sweet but thick & lucious! Since I wasn't sure what I was walking into when I entered let me tell you I'm excited to stay & dine there next time! Service wait is moderate. I was told I might wait upwards of 20 min for my food - my drinks came out first (in an inventive plastic bag made for 2 drinks), then a few min later I was brought the sandwich, and maybe 5+ min later I was handed my phô - all in all I'd say it was around 15 min or less. They're closed on Tuesdays (this Yelp page of theirs doesn't have hours of operation so I wasn't sure they were open on Sundays when I stopped by) so pick any other day & patronize them - you'll be glad you did!!

Given that it was graduation weekend, we tried to give them some grace--but by the time we left, we were still hungry and pretty frustrated. After being seated, it took over 15 minutes for our server to take our drink order. She did mention she needed a few minutes, but 15+ felt excessive. Our appetizers even came out before my parents' wine arrived. We ordered the lamb meatballs and deviled eggs--both were just okay, but overall lacked flavor. Our apps arrived around 7:45 PM, and we placed our entrées shortly after. During the long gap between apps and dinner, we witnessed a few tense interactions between the host who seated us and our server. The host came across as very abrupt and rude, and honestly, we felt for our server in that moment. Our entrées didn't arrive until around 9 PM. While our server stopped by a few times to apologize and say the food would be out soon, we noticed multiple tables who were seated after us receiving their meals first--which was frustrating, especially as we were getting really hungry. We were close to leaving when our food finally arrived. The French onion soup had virtually no flavor--it was so disappointing I didn't eat it. I mentioned it to the server, and while she apologized, it wasn't removed from the bill despite clearly being untouched. The risotto was fine but again lacked flavor. The only somewhat enjoyable dish was my brother's chicken pesto, but even that came out room temperature. Overall, it was a disappointing experience--especially for what was supposed to be a celebratory dinner.
