I went to Culver's for the first time several months ago and was impressed by my experience. It gives me upper scale Chick-Fil-A vibes. There are also felt like more menu options. The young lady who took my order was very kind and patient as I figured out what I wanted since it was my first time there. The chicken tenders seemed to have a kick to them, but we're overall tasty. For this visit we tried the chili and the Cod sandwich. First the chili. It was good but like soup. Publix has better chili at their hot bar any day. The Cod sandwich (which was ridiculously overpriced IMO). The emphasis was on the sandwich and not the Cod. Cut in half lengthwise and fried in a crisper batter; I would gladly purchase 8-10 pieces and serve with my homemade coleslaw and tartar sauce. 1/28/25, 4pm. I went to this Culver's because I love the food here, and I was not disappointed. The staff were friendly and the food came out quick and hot. Amazing service by the team. The atmosphere was nice, the tables were clean. One of the best restaurants that I've been to in Tallahassee so far. I also love how every day, there is a new flavor of custard. Being able to go any day and try an ice cream I haven't gotten before is always fun to do. I will definitely come to this location again. I wish I lived closer XD read more

Today I placed an order thru DoorDash to pickup an order from Culver's on Apalachee Parkway. The app messaged me that my order was ready. When i got to the window I was handed the bag and one drink. I told the server that there should be 2 drinks. She wanted me to show her my order. smh. She ended up giving me the drink. That should've been a sign to prompt me to check the bag before leaving, but alas I did not. When I arrived home it was found that the onion rings were missing from one of the orders. This is the first Culver's I've been too, and I really liked it. It's located in front of the old mall. I stopped in after a trip to Barnes & Noble. They were super busy with drive-through and in-store customers, but the ordering process was fast and I had my food and was on my way in a few minutes. The interior is more spacious than the average fast food place and is set up to provide more privacy and comfort than the typical chain. They also have quite a bit of covered outdoor seating. I ordered after setting up an account online which got me a BOGO meal deal. I was going to order curb side pick up through the website, but the coupon can't be applied online. We ordered a double butter burger meal with cheese curds and a chicken sandwich meal with fries. We also got a cookie dough shake. The burger was juicy and flavorful. The cheese curds were good though nothing to write home about. The chicken sandwich was ok. The shake was above average as were the fries. I will definitely be back to try the fish sandwich and another shake or maybe the frozen custard, but I have a feeling the butter burger will be my go-to at Culver's. read more

Finally got around to visiting this restaurant, albeit via the drive-thru in that I needed to take my items to go. Though it was during lunchtime, and there was a line, it moved quickly. These folks reminded me a bit of Chick-Fila in terms of how they run their drive-thru (quickly, no hassle). I ordered the kids' meal as I usually do at fast foods (unless I am getting salad). In any case, I ordered the chicken fingers. The kid's meal also included "custard" - very creamy ice cream. Once the order is paid for, there is a number assigned. I didn't even realize a number had been placed on my driver's side mirror until I pulled up to wait! :o). There were cars waiting on both sides, but I suppose this is good because they seemingly do the cook-to-order thing - which is great! At first glance, I thought the chicken tenders were fish; they were a bit bigger than I imagined. All in all, everything was fresh and tasty. I plan to make another visit and possibly dine in next time as I try other menu items (such as soups/salads). read more

I have been to this place with my friends and family before. First off, DO NOT EAT THERE CORN DOGS. The outer bread is wet and slimy, the hot dog in the middle looks just like a finger and it has no flavor. There vegetables are super burnt. There burgers have wet bread and the burger part is also burnt with NO flavor. One food I did like there was there ice cream concretes. It is super creamy and that is worth trying. There service is slow and the workers do not like engaging. There is always people there though. The Culvers environment is okay though. Over all. We love Culver's! It's my kids favorite spot in town. They love the Butterburgers, and delicious Custard. They are always really quick with service and everything is served hot and fresh. It's hard to believe they are considered a "fast food" restaurant, because it tastes and looks like a sit-down place....but they do serve it FAST! Best burgers in Tally!! The champ is HERE. Before I even got my food I was blown away by the customer service. They were slammed during lunch rush when I came in, and they still were friendly, kind, and efficient. They really have that family feel. Also, they brought us a high chair for our baby - and we didn't even ask!! They just noticed. Now to the food...I've never had a butter burger before, and now I never want to go back. I got the Culver bacon deluxe and it still has me in quivers. My wife and I got cheese curds and pretzel bites for sides. Both were absolute bangers!!! I'm not one to eat fried food often but I had the fish sandwich (cod) with onions (very crunchy) coleslaw that I liked. The staff were really friendly and even took a picture for us. Definitely one of the best burgers you'll ever eat. Everything is prepared to order and the fries are always hot and crispy. I've never tried the drive thru, only ordering at the inside counter. The only thing Culver's could improve upon, although I don't know how, is the ordering process. If you order a butter burger, you have to communicate the options and toppings to the cashier. Sometimes, because it's busy and noisy, this is a bit of a challenge. Otherwise, it's some of the best fast food anywhere and the restaurant is clean and comfortable. read more

Very tasty! However, be warned, this is not the fastest fast food restaurant. It took about 10 minutes for us to get our food (1 Culver Deluxe meal and 1 classic Butterburger with a shake). Food is supposed to be made to order. I went there day 2 and after paying my food was brought out - before I even got in the wait line - burger lukewarm and veggies on it were soggy as if it was sitting waiting for someone. Cheese curds - same lukewarm, not hot and freshly made. Not a good representation. I'm from Wisconsin, have had many Culver's and thought it was a good thing they are here but not going back. Couldn't get through on phone to even let someone know - and I picked it up on break from work so couldn't go run back there. So went back Saturday with my husband - They have a bad issue with how they are running the drive through traffic. I almost got hit twice by people driving in and trying to cut into the long line of cars from around the other side of the restaurant. When I said something to the young person at the window the person who claimed to be a "manager" (she was in a blue top so not a manager) got nasty with me about it. At first she told me that the 'kids' working there are too young to direct traffic, I suggested they hire security or have a manager go out there (but Chick-fil-A has their staff outside directing)...She then told me 'why don't you pay for security'. Wow never again. So when a real manager (in a grey top) came to the window she apologized and said she'd have a talk with the girl who claimed to work for them over 20 years. Thing is, they don't realize it's a liability on them the way they are neglecting the issues in their parking lot (not the street) - if one of their customers walking out of the restaurant gets hit because it's chaotic there it's on them. As for the food that second time - I got a refund. I'm not going to be disrespected by some idiots working a drive thru who have no clue about what good customer service is. They opened this in an area that is questionable at best and the attitude of those brought in from other stores has no clue what type of people they are dealing with in Tallahassee. read more

My goodness! I have wanted to come check this place out, but I'm never on this side out town. Today I had a craving for a burger and decided to make the trek over to Culver's. I'm so glad I did! I got bacon deluxe burger with mushrooms added, a small butter pecan custard and pretzel bites. That burger was delicious!! The best tasting fast food burger I've had in a long time. And it was hearty with all of the veggies. Then. the butter pecan custard. Oh wow that was good! It was so rich. By the time I finished it I was too full to try the pretzel bites.
