This place literally has me losing respect for the Chick-fil-A brand! I came here to treat my daughters to lunch. Went through the drive through and ordered them both the spicy chicken sandwich meals; one with a vanilla milkshake and the other with a lemonade. We get to our next destination and my daughter has drank halfway through her milkshake and there's MULTIPLE strands of hair throughout her shake. She was entirely disgusted, as was my husband and I. I tried calling, sending them a message on Instagram, and couldn't get an answer or response. I even sent an email to the "Care team" which has proved to be useless. Their food quality at this location is very consistent and almost always delicious, but if there's a rare occasion where it's not they will make up for it entirely. What's not to like about Chick-fil-A, other than the fact that they are BUSY? This Chick-fil-A has its act together though, and we were through the double line of about thirty cars with our food in about 15 minutes. Looks clean, although my table had a sticky film on it. The decor is garnet and gold with signed jerseys and lots of Seminole football photographs. This location has a double drive-thru and does not have a playground. They also do NOT have: loud religious themed music, smiling happy no-nonsense employees, working soap dispensers in the ladies room or wet wipes (that must be a playground feature). They do have a bunch of confused looking people working there and cleaning supplies sat on the window sill for easy access... FSU's "real" Chick-fil-A stays cool under pressure. Place is usually paced with students, but they manage it somehow. Staff are friendly, full menu, mobile ordering works well. I don't suggest trying the drive thru because it's a nightmare always, and I don't suggest going on peak hours [just check Google Maps for off-peak times]. Chow down on Chick-Fil-A! No matter where you come from Chick-Fil-A always delivers. For the location, it is always busy because FSU is very close and they are open until 3:00am Monday thru Friday. The hours are definitely convenient when you are hungry at those hours or you have to work during those hours. I love the fact that when I place my order it is rechecked and hot every single time, however, if they ever make a mistake with your order it is fixed with no questions asked. The "My pleasure" always make me feel special and acknowledged whenever I dine in or do take out. Most other fast food places make you feel like they don't care what kind of service they give you because the food prices are low, but from the moment a guest steps food into a establishment the entire experience is made. The entire restaurant is clean from the dinning room to the bathroom and this is very impressive given the guest volume. As soon as I stepped into Chick-fil-a, it was immediately clear how much nicer the place is when compared to other fast food restaurants. Not only was it clean, but it had a pleasant interior filled with Seminole football memorabilia. After a short wait in line, I was greeted at the register by a smiling employee. He took my order, a twelve-count nugget meal with waffle fries and a coke, and i made my way to a nearby table. After waiting for what seemed like only seconds, my food was ready. The service was beyond exceptional. Along with the great service, I had some great food too. Sure, Chick-fil-a is fast food. But the chicken is so tender, juicy, and well-seasoned that it almost made me forget it wasn't freshly prepared right in front of my face. The waffle fries were a perfect complement to my nuggets. To finish it off, I had access to an array of different sauces, each one with its own bold flavor. I probably come to this Chick-fil-A once a week! Everything is super affordable and always delicious. I can never go wrong with the kids four piece nugget and most of the time I trade in my toy for a dream cone, even though I'm nowhere close to being a child, the staff never judges me.
