Wow I should have take look at the reviews before I ate here. What a bad choice, the minute, I saw the prep table full of meats and food all over, the back ball of the grill splatter with a dark matter and the cook showing the food in his mouth just wearing gloves, I should take my family and I to another place. I ate the lamb and I been throwing up and in the toilet for an hour, not to say the chills and pain in my stomach. My mother in law got steak and ate some of the lamb as well and she got sick as well. Must be the lamb. Clearly cross contamination, poor hygiene and bad habits. For sure we got food poison. The service I experienced in this location was unacceptable. We had two mobile orders that had both been ordered over 30 minutes prior to our arrival. When we arrived, we went by the register and were waiting to be acknowledged. There were about four workers behind the line, but yet not one acknowledged us for at least 10 minutes. The workers were having side conversations and looking at the food they had ordered at another restaurant for themselves. When they finally approached us, our orders had already been ready and were just sitting there. Although, one of our orders was not even ready upon arrival, they had not even started to make it. In addition to this, the workers acted annoyed that they actually had to do their job when handing out their orders. I enjoy Cava, but this experience will definitely be deterring me in the future. read more

Had a delivery of chicken shawarma. It was quite tasty, albeit overwhelmingly full of sauces which made a hand held a messy one! I will have to eat at restaurant or order-in again to get a better idea of their food, service and ambiance. read more

This place is clean, new and modern. They build your pita while you wait. The service was quick and the food was delicious. I ordered the Harissa Avocado bowl with honey chicken. It was spicy I opted for the yogurt dill dressing to cool the taste of the spices. I look forward to eating here again. read more

First time trying the new cava, and now I know to stick to the other Tallahassee location. The staff seemed pretty behind and disorganized, causing a wait that was about 20 minutes for the bowl, which is longer than I've ever experienced at a cava. The portions were extremely skimpy, with my bowl being maybe 2/3 of the size of a bowl from the other location. The sauce they gave me was simply a dash on top of the bowl, and I regret not asking for it on the side as I feel as though I got basically nothing. The man who finished my order was honestly a little rude and seemed annoyed at how many toppings I wanted, and when I paid he left my bowl BEHIND the register and walked off. After realizing he wasn't coming back I had to reach around and grab it. Upon eating my bowl, I discovered that the lentils were undercooked, making them hard and inedible (and they're tiny so they're impossible to pick out of the bowl). Typically I wouldn't be someone to complain, but this just sucked. read more
