1st visit. the staff forgot my milk shake drink. i have to go back in line and ask, so I showed my receipt. took about 10mins. they gave my coworkers discounts but not me =( and we're all in uniform. 2nd visit, I ordered 3 sandwiches to go for lunch, but got two instead but as a first responder, I didn't have time to return and had to respond to my duty. This was my first time coming in to try chick-fil-a and i can honestly say i was honestly very impressed how fast the service was and how good the cashier was with helping me navigate the menu. Stay away from the drive thru! This location in Spring Valley has the worst drive thru service. The management cannot figure out how to get the drive thru line to function! The staff consist of nice very young people who are doing their best but management has apparently not trained them properly. They should go study the La Mesa location. I went in and ordered the grilled nuggets meal. Pretty simple right? I guess not because I received the normal fried nuggets instead. I have an allergy and cannot eat the normal fried nuggets and asked for what I ordered. I was told to wait and they would bring me my correct order however they wanted to recharge my card for their mistake. This is after they made me wait 15 minutes and I was starving so I asked to be refunded. The white male manager named Joshua did not even give me a full refund, only giving me a refund for the nuggets portion of my meal. As a person with food allergies I just want to be able to eat what I ordered and not be discriminated against. I wish I could give this place ZERO stars but yelp is forcing me to give one. read more

This has to have been my worst Chick-fil-A experience. The drive thru was unbelievably slow. I was so convinced it would be quick that I started a timer on my phone to show my husband how quick it would be. Joke was on me, because it took over 24 minutes to get our food. There were only two cars in front of us on our side of line. There was no reason for it to have taken that long. I really wanted to cut the girl taking orders some slack because while she was kind of slow it seemed like she might have been new. But the we get to the window and that was just an insane wait. And then after those 24 minutes our food was wrong. The bag had the right label on it,.but the food inside was wrong. The worker didn't believe me when I said it was wrong because the bag label was right. Like no. Look inside the bag and read the label on the sandwich box. That box does not say chicken sandwich with no pickles. Management needs to crack down on that mess and train their employees. read more

This location is a joke. I've waited 3 months to review it, in hopes that it will improve. Mac and cheese is always burnt, other reviewers have the same complaint. This is a fast food eatery but please expect to wait average 20 minutes for your meal after you pay. Also, worst customer service at the drive thru. I ask for my receipt and the clerk says I'll get it at the window, I get to the window and everyone there is engaged in a personal conversation and act so confused when I ask for my receipt. Placed an order online gave myself a good 15 minutes for the food to be ready so when I arrive I'll just pick it up instead when I arrived the website asked me to say "I'm here" so I pressed the button and took another 15 minutes to 20 minutes for the food to come out.
