I have only been here twice and each time it was not busy but it took about 15-20 minutes to get my hamburger. I've heard the staff remark it is made fresh so that is why it takes time, but we all know it does not take 15-20 minutes to cook a burger... Because the food is not "amazing," I'm not willing to wait that long for my food so I likely won't be back. Disappointing as I like to support Mom and Pop businesses.
