The worst chicken I've EVER had! Dripping grease, soggy coating, overcooked, inedible!

I decided to come swing by and grab me and my mother a soda after work. The lady explained when I got there that it would be just one second before she could take my order.... 5 minutes go by and I checked in by saying hello? And 10 seconds later I hear,"wait one second" another 5 minutes go by and I said the same thing... "hello" she goes "wait one second". 5 more minutes go by and at this point I start looking around. There is two people in the lobby and I'm the only one in the drive through. I finally get a response but this time it's a man, I guess since he thought he was tough or something that he could take my order instead and mind you the only words out my mouth at this point had been hello and my order . I receive my drinks after him trying to get me to pay 9$ more for my order when I'm the only one in the drive through? How can you be that fucking stupid?the worst part about all of this is I received my drinks and they were filled up halfway. Great job dumbass you now earned yourself another 1 star review!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE I went through the drive thru on 12/12/2024, at about 4:15pm, because I was sick and had been exposed to covid. I was trying to be responsible and not expose anyone. I felt like crap and just wanted to go home. I wanted some quick dinner for my grandsons. I was told, "just a minute." Fifteen minutes later, no one had taken my order, so I parked and went in. I told the guy taking my order that I need it quickly, I may have covid and I sat at the drive thru speaker 15 minutes. His response was, "that's ok, I never get sick." There were no other customers inside. Well, the family meal that I wanted to order, which was at the top of the drive thru menu was no longer available. So, I ordered another one (a 12 piece, original recipe). BTW, conveniently for KFC, receipts were not printing. Then I was told that they were out of wings and asked if it was ok to sub drumsticks. OK, no problem. A few minutes go by and I ask about my order. I was told they were waiting on biscuits and it would be about 2-3 minutes. Another customer comes in after this, ordered a 16 piece meal, after a few minutes, she got her order and left. My order still had not been filled. I asked about my order. Then I was told they were out of original recipe would I take extra crispy. NO, if I wanted extra crispy, I would have ordered that. I want what I order or my money back. When I asked for a refund, a lady asked if I had my receipt. No, because they are not printing. I spent over an hour at the Seneca KFC. I was coughing, sneezing, had been exposed to covid, had a fever, and just wanted to go home. My grandkids love KFC, and we have picked up dinner here many times over the years. Was busy chainsawing trees in my yard due to the recent tornado and realized it was too late to cook dinner so we decided on KFC. Ordered 12 piece bucket extra crispy with a side of mashed potatoes and biscuits. The chicken was old, dry and the crust greasy and dark brown; apparently they must not have changed the cooking oil in forever. Regardless, there is no excuse for serving a customer old dry chicken. The potatoes were acceptable except the gravy was very watery. We have had the gravy before and it was thicker and more favorable, it almost appears to have been watered down. $29.86 for a terrible meal. The very understanding manager came back and was giving my refund. The Artificial Red Head was continuously being rude and running her mouth. This KFC in Seneca was remodeled a few months ago. Nice facelift, but It is, however, going down hill fast. If you are sitting inside and look at the drive through window, you can't even see through it. Grease. There is a general lack of cleanliness. There always seems to be soda spilled on the counter and there is never any unsweetened tea on the buffet. You have to walk back to the main order area and ask for it. The large trash can situated in the side room generally has spilled food underneath it. They must just sweep around it. There are booths at the front of the restaurant with framed photographs. There seems to be either food or greasy finger prints on them as well as the windows. There is dust all over the wooden trim in the photograph area. But what beats all is that last week we went in at around 11:15 to beat the lunch crowd and there was not even one item on the buffet food bar and no one behind the counter. There were several employees in the back who seemed to be in a tizzy. There were six to eight people in line and after about five minutes we just turned around and left. read more

We decided to try the Nashville hot chicken that they are advertising. We got the three piece strips with the hot sauce. It looks like a hot vegetables oil with red pepper was applied on the cooked chicken strips. The strips were good and the sauce did make them hot.
