Food is as good as most Chick-fil-A's but where this place really sucks at is the service. The past five times I have gone I have never had a good experience, whether it be sauces missing, fries under served, or a whole sandwich missing. Not to mention walking in and seeing people in the front standing around talking while others work like banshees. Every time I have gone to this Chick-fil-A I have been disappointed whereas I go to any another Chick-fil-A and everything is perfect. Not sure what needs to happen but do better. read more

Lady wouldn't sell me ice cream in a cup! Very rude. Made me pay for two of the kid size things and didn't even fill them up! Chicken keeps getting smaller which I would still go because usually they have good service. Guess that's gone too :( read more

Its the Lords Chicken! So it is always good! Every location has the same great food. This location was no different. I ordered on the mobile app as usual. We got here for a late lunch. But the place was still packed! Parking lot full and a line at the drive thru. But despite this it I had my food very quickly. I received everything as ordered. All was hot and fresh. Early breakfast at this Chick-fil-A was a pleasant experience. The restaurant was clean (the floors were still even still on the wet side), and the dining room was quiet though the drive-thru was getting traffic. The employees were ultra polite and cheerful. Food was brought out to the booth. My chicken biscuit, hash browns, and coffee were fresh, hot, and satisfying. Just wish the sandwich were a little bigger! read more

We placed a mobile order while heading down 85. By the time we went in and used the restroom our order was ready. The place is pretty new and shiny. The restrooms were clean. There is tons of parking. Our food was hot and the order was correct. The food tasted great. We just can't post a picture of it because we scarfed it down. ‍ We are happy people. read more

There was amazing worker names Michelle, before i sat down she cleaned my table and was working so hard around the restaurant, cleaning tables, making sure everyone was doing okay. She made my friend a drink I get every time and this was the best one ever (she made it.) read more

This chickfila is brand spanking new. Nice dining room, over staffed at this point so there are contantly people running around getting drinks, cleaning, etc. I have been here several times now and the food is always super fresh coming out. Comes out fast but is definitely prepared to order. Given time hopefully this keeps it's 'just opened' service and food status quo. read more

I'm just trilled to have a brand new shiny Chick-Fil-A within 20 miles of my home. It's no surprise to find that the folks here are super nice, super efficient, super fast... when I pulled in the other night they were having benefit with a large portion of profits (I think 100%) going to a little girl with cancer. There had to be a hundred people there. Many dressed in super hero outfits, and every person on the staff was dressed up too. With two lines of traffic headed into the drive through, a normal restaurant would have taken 20 minutes. It was close to just 4 min. to get me my food. I left a $20 tip for my sandwich... they said it would all go to the girl of the night. read more

Came through to grab the kids lunch while we are on a trip out of town. The line was short & the person taking our order was kind & nice, bathrooms in great clean condition. Love my chick-a-lay as my granddaughter calls it. Food was fabulous as always. And they were cleaning the bathroom when we went. Yay! Always nice to know the bathrooms are being cleaned regularly. Loved the coke bottle vases on the tables. Keep up the good job. You are my fave fast food! read more

Great Food, Excellent Service, I generally use drive thru. Always consistent and orders are always correct.

They have downsized their portions and raised their prices. This was a milkshake, but looked like a sample. The menu shows a much taller size. The expensive cool wrap had been made smaller. The size of the salad and the container has been cut in half, but the price almost $10. The chicken pieces on the sandwich are small and hard like on the biscuits. Outrageous. Won't be back. And no wonder the restaurant and drive-thru were empty. If Toccoa follows suit, then they will close soon after opening. read more

Just went to Chick Fil A in Lavonia and the chicken strips are bigger. Thank you! It is about time. Those puny ones that made up the $9 meal were a little frustrating, and sometimes they were more breading than chicken. I like the way the line moves fast, but I do not like that there is no menu to look at when you are ordering from the line servers. Place a menu board at the end or towards the end on both sides. The people are usually very pleasant. Food is good. Sugar free lemonade is good. read more

Chick-fil-A remains a shining beacon of hope in the bleak landscape of fast food service. Their food is always fresh and prepared in a timely fashion. The staff is friendly too. I do wish the "healthier" options were not so expensive though. Not really an issue with this location, but more with Chick-fil-A corporate. I love their wrap and market salad, but the prices seem a little steep on those items. Other than that, I always enjoy going to Chick-fil-A! read more

If you need condiments make sure you tell them exactly the number you need because when you say a lot that means 3 to them. They don't listen fully to the customer ordering, they cut you off in mid sentence. Love chick fil a but would rather go to the location in commerce. read more

Portion at breakfast are small. In comparison to other locations Lavonia has consistently served smaller portions on breakfast menu. The last chicken bowl I ordered didn't even cover the bottom of the container, with very few hash browns???? The chickrn on the biscuit was tiny. I'm gonna stop going to this location. read more

We ate there yesterday and were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable it was. Parking is easy. Staff were more than helpful and made you feel like you were dining somewhere special. Food was as it should be at a Chick-Fil-A. No complaints. We will eat there again. read more
