They sell the premixed al pastor by the pound (along with other meats). We bought a few pounds yesterday for taco night (on a Monday). It was excellent. The selection of tacos, burritos, etc. is really good (including guts and tongue; there's a photo of the menu here on Yelp). No fish, vegetarian, or vegan, though. The store has exactly the kinds of things you'd hope for. The last bonus? The service is friendly and efficient. I go there every Sunday.
