I ate there on Thursday, July 30th. I had the sausage, egg & cheese biscuit combo with BoRounds. It was delicious. The only issue I have with Bojangles biscuits is that they fall apart while you're eating them. The BoRounds are always delicious. I have stopped at this location several ti9mes on the way to South and North Carolina. I'll probably stop by there again tomorrow on my way home. This location never has any chicken ready, even at the dinner hour. We've had this issue happen at least 3 or 4 times , place the order then pull up to the window and wait forever. The last time we just didn't pay and left. They need new management here. read more

I ordered through drive through, I was told my order would be right up. Uh,Uh. Waited 20 minutes at the pick up window. I finally said if I had known it was going to be this long I wouldn't have waited. The attendant got upset with me, angrily asking if I wanted a refund. I said no, I've waited this long. I know a man Bojangles, and he sang for you! Ok, I won't regale you with the whole song, just know that I love that song and I love the chicken at Bojangles. Don't let anyone tell you that Popeye's is better. It is not. They have not tried Bojangles because it is not as widespread. And don't even consider comparing it to any other chain chicken place. There is no comparison at all. On a recent road trip, I was starting to get hungry, and I needed to get up for a break, so I parked and came in. The service was a bit on the slow side, but I expect that was because I came in between meal times and they probably were not fully staffed. Inside was neat and clean. The staff that was there was friendly. I was in and out within 5 minutes. Seriously. All of my food was hot. I did not eat inside, as I could just as easily sit in my car and drive as sit in there and waste time. It was very easy to get off I-85, come in then get back on the road again. read more

I've been eating at Bojangles since the first one opened in Elberton back in 1979. over the years I've eaten at many different locations. the past 7 or 8 years I've mostly eaten at the Lavonia Bojangles. Up unto COVID happened this was a good Bojangles. For the most part it was still pretty good even if I couldn't go in. Then the last few months it's been off. I normally eat there twice a week. once at breakfast and once at lunch or dinner. Three times during the last 10 or so trips there I've gotten a biscuit that from the outside appeared to be done but in the middle there was a raw strip of dough. A little over two weeks ago I went in at lunch, 12:07 according to my watch. They were out of chicken and said it would be 15 more minutes as they had two large orders and ran out. Unfortunately I didn't have time that day to wait around so I switched up to chicken tenders. Everything looked good. However, when I bit into my biscuit it was completely raw in the middle. I split it open and it was wet raw in the middle . Since I was inside I took t biscuit back and showed the nice lady. She got me a replacement. I remarked that this had happened a couple times before and that maybe the oven needed recalibrating. She then went to show someone in back and I heard him say that he most certainly knew what he was doing and that I didn't have a clue. Wel I used to love this place! But have been 5 times in the last y months and they never have any chicken ready. The guy at the drive thru told me they didn't have any chicken ready I had 2 big orders ahead of me. I made the comment that "its ok they never have any chicken ready anyway" and he told me to leave the drive through line he was not going to serve me with my attitude. And that's when my attitude came out. I was once told "well it's a chicken place." No kidding it's a FAST FOOD chicken place and you would think they would keep chicken ready at their peak times! We just stopped here for lunch. We had a simple order of 2 chicken supreme combos. It was 12:42 (lunch hour) when we placed our order. Only 2 people in front of us. The woman taking our order said chicken is cooking. We waited 18 minutes for our meal. I wonder how the people working here can even function in this life. She said the cook didn't cook enough chicken. 4 plus 4 is tough to calculate I suppose. After our chicken finally came out, we had to wait on biscuits. This is not "fast" food. My family and I were having lunch at this particular location and I must say the customer service was phenomenal! Over and beyond. I had the worse luck the previous night and being on the road way behind schedule had my spirit down. We were on our way to see my kids father from deployment. He's been out to sea for awhile and of course on our way to see him we stop by Bojangles and couldn't be happier. I sure hope corporate see this review because I'm literally in a better mood all thanks to you guys. My family and I received a dessert as well. Unfortunately for Bojangles, I won't visit because of the low star rating and poor recent reviews. I wanted to stop her because of the tempting billboard on I-85 but decided not to after visiting yelp. I've read poor reviews about poor customer service there and this is the driving factor behind my decision. I'm from out of state and will settle for something else. read more

Stopped in for a quick snack of those heavenly cinnamon biscuits. Friendly cashier said nom we're ready at the moment but would be ready in just a few minutes! Why yes I will wait! Friendly staff chatted with me while biscuits finished. Served up quickly and we were on our way. Simply the best cinnamon biscuit I've ever had! Maybe in the top 5 sweet things I've ever had! Always out of something. Usually friendly but I've had to wait 10-15 minutes for my order every time. Previous reviewer was correct except the restaurant was clean. Just slow service and no attention to planning apparently. Food is fine. Either train or fire the Manager. You can do better than this. Wow! Last two visits have been so much better.
