A few weeks ago I drive through ordered sandwich got to window and paid. The guy dreads with glasses tell me pull up about twenty mins later he comes out to ask what side I wanted. I was already late. Then tonight I order family 12 piece meal same guy. As soon as it's ready he has me pull off . Then someone brings my order. Turns out I was shorted 4 pieces of chicken and one side. Him and the lady both ask 12 piece meal and I said yes. Apparently he has a probably with me wearing a red shirt. And I didn't get a receipt. The food is good... if you can get to it. While their sign says Lobby is open until 9pm, that is not necessarily true. A more accurate sign would read lobby open when we feel like it. Going to the drive-thru is also risky. Be sure you have plenty of time during breakfast and lunch peak hours. It could take a while. read more

I got the chance to meet the new GM Andria and she was a ray of sunshine. My food was good, hot fresh and my tea was delicious! she might be the best thing to happen to that resturant. Please get your act together! Ordered a big dinner tonight and get all the way home and found out you forgot the desert (4 bo-berry biscuits) and there was no Bo sauce as we had ordered. This location will soon close,but a new cleaner restaurant will open not half a mile down the toad. Ham biscuit was excellent, lean and tasty with a generous portion size. Flagship chicken biscuit was delicious. Service was agreeable. All in all it was a quick rewarding breakfast stop. read more

This new Bojangles is horrible. This is twice in two week period never have sweet potato pies,the tea taste like water. Then the steak sandwich literally has so much Mayo on it that it is a sloppy mess. I thought first time it was because it was busier. But today no other cars and still got messy food water down tea and said they are sold out on sweet potato pies. Wish they would have left our old Bojangles and not put this new one in. read more
