Got short changes $11.00. Even tho my receipt said I gave the cashier a 20 for a $4.96 meal I got back 4.04. We have had 3 people come to our car (after we parked instead of being in the drive thru as we were asked to do) they keep asking us what our order was & trying to give us the wrong food. Drive-thru or order pick-up only during COVID. Food was obviously the same as every McDs. Decent location, but nothing special.

Always a problem in the drive-through and the orders always wrong. condiments, and the workers have the personalities of a dead fish.

You'll never get the right food or you might get extra lol. They're the worst service I've ever seen.

Overall it's an average McDonald's. I eat here manily during lunch hours numerous times over the years. The fries and burgers are descent and are fresh usually because they are really busy during lunch. Apple and cherry creme pies are really good. It's fast food tho, so it will have minor issues every now and then. But it's usually a quick and cheap lunch. read more

Rude staff! After placing your order at the kiosk Lady working there screams out loudly, "it's passed 10:30 we don't do breakfast after 10:30!" I said the sign behind you says otherwise. Went here for lunch ordered 2 double cheese burgers and a chicken sandwich supreme combo for one they did not get the combo part told them I wanted a combo they said I had to pull to the window to fix it cause they already put the order thru. I am one that usually does not write reviews unless it is a 5 star, but today I feel that I need to address an issue that I witnessed at the Seneca McDonalds. This issue happened Between 3:35 and 3:45 just in case someone wants to check the cameras. First, I had to pull over to wait on my combos (Big Mac and Double Quarter pounder) Please know that I do not have an issue waiting on my food, but I do have an issue if my food tastes like someone dumped a whole bottle of salt on my hamburger. I got two combos and two pies, and my total was $26. My husband could not even eat his food. But what I witnessed while waiting on my food was the shocker. I sat there waiting and watching for someone to bring my food out and this male employee came out with someone's food. He handed them their food and when he turned to walk away, he put his vape in his mouth and then started checking his phone and texting. The customer got out of his car to ask the employee a question and he had to blow the smoke out while trying to answer his request. WOW! Just WOW! I understand that we live in a time that it's hard to find good help and /or any help for that matter but to be honest this makes the businesses look even worse. They need to update their hours. In the last month, I've made online orders twice (one after midnight and one after 4 am) and both times it said they were open and allowed me to order, only for me to pull up and be told they are not open. I was also picking up an order in store one day and heard one of the cashiers tell a man they were not "allowed" to take his order because they were so short staffed (they did not look it) and he would have to use the kiosk to order. I just got home from this Mc Donald's, I got an extra coke I didn't order, I ordered sweet tea with the #9 but got unsweetened tea with that one but they gave me sweet tea with my kids meal.
