The food was good. But I didn't get what I ordered. I ordered a 20 piece meal. And it was all most all legs and thighs and only two breasts and one full wing and one part of a wing. I was in a LONG line this morning but it moved fairly quickly. I assumed I'd have fresh hot food with as many people that were going through. That assumption was wrong. The person on drive thru didn't give me a total prior to driving around & then didn't give me a total at the window instead she got on the phone & just held out her hand to me. I ordered a steak biscuit combo with a large sweet tea. The Bo rounds were ice cold & soggy with grease, the biscuit was so hard I couldn't bite it so I just ate the steak inside which was also cold, and she gave me unsweetened tea. I was very disappointed in service since I don't eat fast food often & this was supposed to be a little treat to myself. I won't be using this location again. read more

Very disorganized Management rude will not go back there. I was in my truck pulling a trailer and the parking lot had no room. So I parked on the side away from everyone when I finally got my food the manager told me I couldn't park there. The girl that took my order had to go back and cook my food also she was very apologetic. But management very rude! read more

We went to Bojangles in Seneca SC. I ordered a gravy biscuit and it was terrible. I took it back, but was not waited on. I asked the manager if she could throw it away from me and she said to throw it away out in the lobby she could not take it back in there. I told her the biscuit was terrible it tastes like it had been made with spoiled milk. She did not offer any assistance or anything in place of it. The manager's name was Ashley. I will never go back to that Bojangles again. read more

I have eaten at this location a few times during breakfast and lunch hours. The steak biscuits, bo-rounds, bo-berry biscuits, and biscuits are usually really good. If you get bo-berry biscuits after breakfast hours they usually have to make them fresh but there worth the wait. The chicken tenders are a hit and miss. Overall, I do not like the tenders. read more

People knock fast food for their poor service. This place deserves to be recognized. We rolled through the drive in today and the guy working the drive through had a great attitude and a tremendous amount of positive energy. What a great way to start off the day. Our order was up within 60 seconds and we were off. The food was hot and done exactly how we asked for it. Great job guys! read more

I'm always up for some quick and fast service. I went in to order my food and they had it done pretty quickly. Everything tasted fine and the food was still hot when I got home. The only thing I'd recommend them doing is cleaning the littler food serving area a bit more. There were crumbs scattered along the tray linings and present in the sides (like mashed potato) that shouldn't have crumbs in the first place. read more

We sat in the drive through line along with 5 other cars who had to pull ahead and sit and wait for 30 minutes around 8/9:00 p.m. on Friday, 10/16/20. Very disappointed. After about 30 minutes, a blonde girl worker who also took the orders came outside to our cars and handed each one of us someone else's order. We told her that this was not our simple #1 & #10 that we ordered. SHE TOOK IT BACK INTO THE RESTAURANT!! Gross. I really hope she did not serve it to someone else after we already opened and touched it, especially during these COVID times... Yikes. Management definitely needs to take a look at who's "working" on a Friday night and what they're really doing back there in the kitchen... read more
