DOV: Sat., April 07 @ 6:40am This is the most efficiently run fast food restaurant I have ever come across. There. We could end the review on that note alone. But I'll say more. They move a drive-thru line, which routinely exceeds 15 vehicles, like no other place I know. The same is true for inside/dine-in; they often have a crowd at meal time but you never wait long for your order. This applies to this location as well as the "main" location over on Clemson Blvd which is owned by the same person. I believe the key is in the hiring...he gets the right people in the door and they run a really tight ship, and this is reflected in their attitude and attention to detail and overall customer service. If you bought one of their calendars (or had one given to you like I did) you know about their "Offer of the Month." It's something free every month that you get from buying the calendar. This month it is a free Chick-fil-A biscuit ($2.35 value) You scan it from your phone at the store (phone not required to take advantage of offer) and after you visit CFA several times you get a free treat - in addition to the Offer of the Month. The calendar only costs about $8 so it pays for itself in just a few months. The bad news is that they sold out of the calendar in January and won't offer it again until 2019. I think it should be hard for a business to earn 5-stars, not routine. This place makes it look easy. Definitely recommend. read more

The staff at this location was really great! I had a client last-minute request I bring him and his staff lunch for a delivery of 1pm. On Chick's website the earliest time available for a pickup of my order was 2:15. I did try calling multiple times to see if it was possible to move up the time but they were too busy to answer so I decided to head over there early. I arrived at 12:30 and they were able to accommodate my order to be ready at 1 which was ready at 1pm on the dot!! A staff member even helped me bring everything out to my vehicle. Why do you never open both drive-thru lanes in the mornings (i.e., why don't you staff to allow that when needed)? Because cars were lined up onto the street, I saw a school bus almost get hit because they tried to switch lanes. Please have more respect for people's time and safety. read more

I love Chick-fil-A of course. But I'm frustrated with the set up of the drive thru. I understand people are out there and it gets hot or it gets cold. But they have one agenda and if I need to look at the menu or ask a question I'm made to feel like I'm inconveniencing that person. I'm not really informed on what to do. Like when im supposed to move forward, I'm prompted by them just walking away from my window. Maybe that's not everyone, and maybe I caught some people having a bad day. I live about three minutes away from this chick fil a so I am here often. I LOVE the people at this location they blow the other locations out of the water. The kindness they have is amazing! The service is very friendly, almost TOO friendly, I love the chicken, it's juicy and cooked well. One of my favorite items is their Greek yogurt parfait, I am a Parfait fanatic and this one is great. Went in at 9:10 to grab a biscuit before my app. Next door at 9:30. I was the only one in line inside the restaurant with four people behind the counter and never got waited on. Food is always good, service is always prompt and polite, and the line moves quickly. It is a busy location but no moreso than any other chick fil a. One small tiny gripe is that in the morning they expedite the drive thru ordering further down the line which is great for time but none of the staff carries a menu so unless you know exactly what you want, you're shooting in the dark. I have been very disappointed in the service and courtesy of the Hwy 81 Chick fil a. I called several weeks ago and spoke with a manager about a problem that I had during a take out visit. He got all my information and said that I would hear from someone in a few days. To date I have heard nothing. The phrase that they became famous for "My pleasure" is rarely used. Maybe they have gotten so big that they feel customer service is not important. To tell you the truth if it wasn't for my grandchildren I would never come there. The lady that comes around and asked if she could refill your drink was very rude to me. I had gone into the play area to check on my grandson and had taken my drink with me. I did not see the sign about not taking drinks into the room. She flung open the door and was very hateful when she said you need to put that drink on a table outside of the room.. She then proceeds to sarcasticly show me a table I can use. I am so done with their attitudes. read more

Usually chic-fil-a has great serivce but lately my family's drive thru orders have been all wrong. My husband ordered a #1 for lunch and when he made it back to his job he had an icecream sunday and nothing else...then when I went to pick up my brunch I order a #1 biscuit combo and had no tater tots.
