I've enjoyed many of the different types of food here. The latest Balsamic chicken greens with grains. So delicious with so many flavors. The service has always been fast and friendly. The Ambiance is fine. Some visits have been chilly on the inside however they have outdoor dining also. I do hope they are looking to redecorate the inside due to the bench seating is showing its age in comfort. But still a fantastic place to dine. read more

Usually love Panera. Sorry, but this location is sub-standard. To start with, the tables were dirty and not bussed. Paid for our food and I got a chicken green goddess salad. It had no chicken, minimal lettuce and had to ask for more lettuce and the "chicken" for my satan salad. My baguette was "stale" so I gave up. No adults running the store, only kids. Not to mention the restrooms dirty with a worker with a cross earring texting in the restroom. Come on now people. This is unprofessional. No pride. Get back to pride! This is my new routine of eating out - Panera! I haven't really eaten there too much before and I'm upset I've been missing out all this time! The food is delicious! I have been pleasantly surprised! Im trying to order something new each time my husband and I go, and everything I e tried has been great. My only disappointment is that I order later in the evening when some items have already sold out for the day. Im really hoping to try the tikka masala soon! Just tried the flatbread pizzas tonight and just as I suspected, they are pretty dang tasty! This location has been nothing but above and beyond on customer service. Each time I pick up an order, the Panera staff are so nice. I thought I got the last 2 pumpkin muffins on this order but was told they might be out when I arrived and asked if I would take something else. I really didn't want something different and told them don't worry about it. They did not take that for an answer...I wanted pumpkin muffins so they made sure I got my pumpkin muffins! The employees were very nice, and it's a Panera so you know the experience. The problems we had were the tables weren't wiped down (and nobody was cleaning the dining room) and we got their Chipotle breakfast wrap and they have no salsa, no hot sauce, or anything for it - it was a very dry wrap and I could barely finish it. Worst Panera anywhere! The staff is very good at developing excuses to justify poor service. The food is typical Panera, so I'll save you that. But the service is awful and the eating area is always unkempt. I suggest a walkthrough every 30 mins to make sure the dining room is up to par. And wipe off the damn seats and benches now and again!!! read more

This is one of the worst Panera locations I've ever been to in terms of service. There is little to no organization once you place your order and the staff was unknowledgeable and unapologetic when I asked where my order was after not receiving it for 20 minutes. The manager was called to give me a refund (because they were "out" of the ingredients required to make my order) and she didn't even greet me or make eye contact during our exchange. You can't have high expectations when going to a Panera but this place is a glorified McDonalds. read more

So today was my first time trying pick-up from them. I usually love this place and never have any problems but today I was a little let down. They forgot my baguette which is really annoying because I'm sick as heck and really just wanted soup and bread so that kinda ruined it for me. The soup doesn't taste as good as usual but I'm also sick so who knows. Could just be me. The bag they put my food in had a huge tear but the food was okay so no big deal. My salad was very small with the pick two and it's a little pricey so another disappointment. It was ready right on time and waiting for us so that's great! They did look pretty busy so it's all understandable. I've worked in the food industry so I know you rush when things get hectic but still... people pay with their hard earned money for your services so they want exactly what they paid for. Stopped in here on a long trip. Located a short drive off highway. The line moved quickly. The service was very friendly; from the cashier, to the person who prepared my order, to the manager who came by and asked how it was. Someone even came and cleared my dishes! The food was great. Obviously all Panera make the same food and I absolutely love the food so that's why i chose to eat here. However, my friend and I ordered 40 minutes ago and are still waiting for our food. There were no pagers available when we got here so my friend and I have had to switch off between standing by the pick up counter. There are numerous employees who are standing around or putting l pastries in boxes rather than help make food. And I have worked in the restaurant industry and understand that employees have different jobs but this is ridiculous. read more

This is probably the worse Panera Bread I have been to. Store was out of strawberries and avocados the day I went in, so I couldn't order the salad that they were advertising. I could understand if there was a shortage, but not the case, the local supermarkets had plentiful supplies of each. Bakery had only a few pastries to choose from. The cashier didn't seem to care. What is always disappointing about this store is the cleanliness. You can never seem to find a clean table. We had to wipe down our table before sitting at it. When I picked up my food at the counter I happened to notice french bread in a clear bag on the floor. This is not the first time I have noticed this. I ordered a bowl of Soba noodles, which looked and tasted like they were over cooked. I asked for noodles with chicken. I didn't see or taste chicken. This is likely the last time I will visit this restaurant. From my experience and reading similar reviews it amazes me that this store stays as busy as it is. read more

I am a fan of Panera, I went through the drive thru and their soup machine wasn't working which I understand is fine, I ordered a vanilla latte which was very good, but I feel that more time needs to be put in the effort of making the sandwiches. I was served a soggy tomato and mozzarella flat bread that had one small tomato on it a thin slice of mozzarella and the box was soaked! After I had asked them to put the sandwich on the press nicely. The young man at the window was very nice, but as much as service sells, presentation keeps people coming back! read more

Had the best customer service ever! Went through the drive thru and when ordering my usual chipotle chicken avocado melt I was informed that there was no avocado. I always stick with that sandwich so I had no idea what to order but the young lady pointed me to a similar sandwich the Frontega and it was amazing! Since it was shortly before closing I guess they had barista closed but my pregnant wife was craving an iced mocha latte so to help out the young lady (I can't quite remember her name I believe it was either Maya or Mia or Mya) got us an iced coffee for a slight up charge with cream and chocolate and even added whip cream and drizzle. Was super sweet at the window and even threw a cookie in for the order taking a little longer than expected. Great job panera! Hire more like her! read more

I VERY rarely leave a negative review but I have had so many bad experiences at this Panera that I feel the need to let others know. The restaurant is not well-kept - dirty, out of paper towels in the bathroom, long waits. At least 3 times we have gotten home with a mobile order and realized we were missing items. Once when we drove all the way back there was not even an apology. When I asked the manager on a return visit if they credit customers for missing items on mobile orders she told me it had to be reported immediately or there was nothing they could do. When I told her I was disappointed after multiple wrong orders she just shrugged. Terrible customer service in my opinion. We have given this restaurant many chances but we will not return again. read more

At this panera I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and a hot chocolate. The hot chocolate was warm but there was hardly any chocolate in it. It was more like drinking hot 2% milk. I went back and asked for more chocolate in it. That helped a little bit but it still didn't have much flavor. The bagel was kind of stale but edible. Got turkey chili in a bread bowl. They brought it out in a cup. When I complained, they put it into a bread bowl, only it was about 1 1/2 inches from the top of the bowl. Why the low ratings? We visited at a busy Friday lunchtime. The place was slammed. But we got in line to order, which moved quickly thanks to 3 Panera staff taking orders. And our order of soups and sandwiches was ready in under 5 minutes, despite the place being so busy. The food was very good, fresh ingredients, seasoned well, just what you'd expect from Panera. We were very satisfied. Panera truly earned 5 stars from us for our lunch. And from others as well, judging how popular this Panera was. The cashiers were not helpful - the menu board is not understandable, and the kids at the counter are not helpful in letting you know what is on the 1/2 and 1/2 menus - which should be better explained on the main menu board. Why are customers not being asked if they want chips or bread or apple as a side item anymore? The past 3 times we were never asked an each time were given stale hard bread as a side. They give out pagers when you place your order, but they don't use them you have to hope to hear your name being called - Personally for the overpriced food, people should get a table top number and have some of those kids that are standing around talking(calling themselves employees) take it to the table. read more
