Was hoping to try a nice sub sandwich - but our local location did not get my order when I ordered from Yelp. I even paid for it online so all my husband had to do was pick up the order. So, my husband went to pick up our order & store was totally clueless, nothing, no such order came their way. And I was just n for our local area. They concluded our order must have gone to their store in New York? Y'all need to either fix links or get in contact with yelp so the customer places the order at their local store will actually get it. Highly disappointed! I always go to the Jersey Mikes in Clemson but because I work in Anderson I decided to give them a try so I wouldn't have to drive 10 minutes out my way on my way home. I ordered 2 giants. This is a picture of one of the end pieces after I took two bites. I've never had a sub with hardly no meat on it like this. Mayo and bread over powered from the lack of Ham. Lettuce looks sprinkled on it. I am a very loyal customer to this franchise I do not eat subs from no where else. Not firehouse, not subway no where. After pulling up my online banking I searched Jersey mikes and since 2017 I've had 94 transactions totaling almost $2000 ($1832.19) this is not including when I use cash so there's no telling how much I've spent here. Beware- absolutely horrible customer service, belligerent, disrespectful employees that don't know the 1st thing about how to treat people or customers. After asking the mgrs. Name, Dillion, I asked the young boy for his name that treated me very disrespectfully and just laughed, he said John Smith, mgr.said I can't give you his name. I asked for store #7075, then called another store to ask who was the owner. He gave me Trent Warner as a name of majority franchise owner, I called. I explained what happened and he said I heard about it and hung up on me. I was told Dave Bockstahler doesn't give out his #. I was told he may see these reviews. If so, please have him call me 830-398-0479. I hope he or someone will hire employees that treated customers with respect and customer service. These employees at store 7075 gave out free food and treated me horribly as a customer. I hope everyone that reads this goes to a different location. 7075 doesn't deserve customers. read more

We accidentally placed our order at another store 30 minutes away. When we realized this we tried to cancel our other order. It was $40 in subs. That other store initially would not help us. This store immediately offered to help us and make it right. ( even though we knew we made a mistake ) Today was a rough day as we just suddenly lost a family member and this outstanding customer service really made our day a little brighter. Angeline who helped us at the counter was super friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back. And of course the subs were phenomenal ! read more

They do it right! Freshly cut meats & cheese on a slicer. Way to go! They're fast, but thorough as don't just throw it together. Will definitely go again, even though it's not cheap. read more

Visited here on July 3rd, 2022 around 7ish. We have been here numerous times in the past with good service and the food is always great. They were particularly busy this time and we had to wait 10 minutes for them to take our order which was fine because we saw that they were busy with online orders as well and we were patiently waiting. The problem is that after we ordered our sandwiches and waiting on toppings the couple behind us ordered theirs, was allowed to walk right past us in line, paid for their order and then the guy putting on the toppings moved their sandwich in front of ours, asked them what toppings they wanted, finished their sandwiches and they were out the door in less than 5 minutes. By this time we had probably been standing there a total of 20 minutes(10 minutes waiting to order and 10 minutes in front of the glass waiting for toppings guy). By this time we were furious and started to walk out but decided not to since we had wasted so much time already. Not sure why we were ignored when it was obvious we ordered first and were standing right in front of the guy. I mean the guy had to literally reach over our sandwiches to grab theirs. I wish I had known if they had an express lane or maybe the other couple were VIPs but that was very poor service and a terrible experience. read more
