Immediately calling the company, we were told they delivered what was ordered, although we disputed that claim. Completely unlike what their written online policy says about them contacting the restaurant in an attempt to correct a wrong order, this 'manager' said there was nothing he could do. When we asked if it was simply our loss... the cost of meal & delivery charge... he said, "Unfortunately, yes." I then called the restaurant myself. They sincerely apologized & said they would have a new order ready within 30 min & have it delivered to us, which we greatly appreciated, but we said we would instead drive there and pick it up. It's just not worth dealing with a problem should one exist.
