Vicki told me that wasn't a problem that she would hold onto my ticket and when we were ready to let her know and she would make the cake that I had already paid $182.60. I contacted Vicki in December 2021 and asked that she now make the cake for my mother's 81st birthday party and I received a reply that they were closed due to COVID and would not reopen until January 2022. I asked Vicki for a refund. Did not get it. I've called and emailed Vicki several times. Found out from a close friend that Vicki had moved to the upstate area. I called and left several messages asking for my money back, emailed Vicki asking for my money back, no reply as of today! I am seeking assistance from the local magistrate to get my refund back! Vicki, do the right thing and REFUND me!
