This is a very good sub restaurant. The family and enjoyed it a lot. Tmy wife and oldest got the turkey bacon ranch subs. My youngest son got a ham sub. I would never eat here again; at least until the Health Department paid them a visit and made them clean it up. We went in for two subs. The person who took our order asked if we wanted French fries; we declined. He told us they were very good; we again politely declined. He then went over to the fry bin and pulled out a fry with his bare hand and offered it to us. And if that wasn't bad enough, the person who made our subs had very, very long hair pulled back, and then flopped over his visor onto his forehead. While waiting for the subs to toast; he pulled out his cell phone (with gloves on), entered a few clicks and returned it to his pocket and proceeded to finish the subs. Gross and unsanitary. Same great food like at every Firehouse. Prepared fresh when ordered. Staff was friendly and food prepared quickly. Love their steak and cheese with cherry peppers added and their house pepper sauce. This is the most inefficiently ran sandwich shops I've been to. I've been to firehouse subs around the US and this one is brutal. If you order, be prepared to wait at least 40 mins for a sandwich. One person toasts the bread, one slaps the meat on while 3 others stand around. The guy at the end packages and watches tv to pass the time. If you order online, wait at least 20 mins after your scheduled pickup time. May the odds ever be in your favor. read more

The past 6 months the Seneca Firehouse subs has gone DOWNHILL!! It use to be Quick pleasant and fast! Now not clean slower then SLOW! The staff ... the manager wears gloves but never changes them or washes his hands! Goes takes orders receives cash goes back to make subs without washing! Placed order through Door dash. When I received my order the sub was cold and my chips were missing. When I called the store I was told to bring the sub back and they would remake it, I explained to the employee that was getting ready to go on lunch break and could not do that. I was then told to bring sub back after work. I replied "No" you aren't listening to me, this is supposed to be my lunch for my lunch break. The employee with whom I was talking to started complaining to another employee about my issues, a female employee told him to just hang up the phone. When I opened up my container my sandwich was just thrown in the box. I'll be contacting the regional manager regarding this poor customer service. read more

Tried to go in after work stood at the register for 5 minutes and the employee just looked at me, finally one of the employees at the register told us that the girl at the other register could take my order we asked and she had no response acted like we weren't even there. Almost felt like I was being racially profiled because the girl was African American and the man behind me in line was also African American after I walked out he got to order right away. Went into the firehouse at 8:58pm not realizing they close at 9. Google said 10 oops but walked in and Brenda's night crew was super sweet made us fresh sandwiches and quickly even though they were closing up. They didn't complain or anything when we came in. I did ask to make it to go though I work retail and I understand that 2 min till close you walk in and stay can be irritating for the employees. I tried to order online through the app but it said it wouldn't go through.. so I get home and check my account and turned out it did go through so I called the store and talked to the manager about my problem but wouldn't listen to me or try to resolve the problem so I was out $15 and couldn't even get the actual order.
