I've been to this location a couple times, whenever I'm in Salt Lake visiting family. They have always been way fast, and the food has been right on the money. Coming from Georgia this store was terribly operated. The employees were unaware of what was on the menu, ordered three chargrilled sandwiches which none of them came with the honey roasted like they are supposed to. The kale salad was not supplied with the bag of almonds or a utensil. The beverage I ordered did not have a straw either. They are ridiculously bad at making grilled sandwiches. They upsold me on getting a deluxe grilled sandwich which includes cheese. Well first they bring out a fried sandwich. And the second time it's grilled but no longer deluxe. And I know that whenever I order anything grilled, it comes out fried. So I might just have to stop coming here. read more

This place would be awesome if it were about 10-20% cheaper. It boils down to the idea that, for fast food, I actually don't want or need such an incredible level of service. For example, they actually have a "host" who walks around the dining room handing out mints and asking if you need anything such as soda refills, more napkins etc. This is awesome, but I'm paying for this luxury in the price of my food. Would I get my own drink and napkins if I could have a cheaper sandwhich? Definitely. The food is good. I mean, it's great actually for fast food, but again, it is fast food. Why should one pay $8 for a single meal of this type? The kids play area here is nice as a feature, but is about 1/2 as good as the ones at your better McDonalds or Burger Kings in terms of size, ammenities and cleanliness. read more

We don't have Chick-fil-a where I'm from so it is a rare commodity for me. We stoped by this location twice while staying in Sandy, UT, once inside, and once in the drive-thru. Both were fast, the food as good and hot and always, and the service was exceptional! Everything about this place is exactly as it should be, and then some. Went there for my second time. Thought that I would try a milkshake..... I do LOVE a GOOD milkshake. SO I asked the man, " which shake would YOU recommend ? the Cookie or the strawberry?" Chick-fil-A is the best! They have great chicken sandwiches, fantastic salads, delicious lemonade, and the best waffle fries! Ok, most places don't have waffle fries but these are better than most fries. I especially like to dip them in the Chick-fil-A sauce. What a delight! The lemonade is also fantastic. I also like it how Chick-fil-A helps people get through college. They are closed Sunday and some people don't like that but I think it is great! It is nice that they think so highly of their employees. I know some people don't like it how Chick-fil-A has certain moral views. I, however, think it is nice to have a company have something they truly believe in and live by it. It is refreshing. But they also are about helping people and providing great food. read more

One star for the poor customer experience I received last time I went to this store. Chick-fil-A has come out with a new drink called watermelon mint lemonade and it's actually really good. Sadly the large comes in a really small cup. Just the other day I asked if I could get that same drink but in their largest size cup and that I'd totally be okay paying more for it if need be. Their response after checking, "no." Well I thought that was pretty poor customer service so I wrote them an email about it and this was their response. Here was my email: "I really love your new Watermelon Mint Lemonade that you have come out with. The only problem is is that the cup is too small. I asked if there was any way of getting me one in the largest cup you have and they said no. I'm totally willing to pay more for it but its not an option." Here was their response: "Dear Mr. Jensen: Thank you for taking the time to contact Chick-fil-A. You are very important to us and we appreciate you sharing your thoughts regarding the Watermelon Mint lemonade with us. Chick-fil-A is fortunate to have many loyal customers. Many of these fans take the time and effort to inquire about sharing their own ideas about ways they wish to see us improve - whether it is adding a specific new product, service or feature. Ordered through the drive-thru and our order was incorrect. Went back into the restaurant to remedy and it was very efficiently handled. Not only did we get to keep the meals we got in error, but we didn't have to pay for the replacement meal we wanted to get. We love Chick-Fil-a, and this seriously is one of the best locations we have been to! Chick-Fil-a always has friendly employees, but the employees we interacted with today were exceptional! The food was hot and fresh and they had a cute worker who stopped by each table and offered customers mints! When I first sat at my table, She came by and said, "oh, you don't have a drink. Can't really go wrong with Chik Fil A. Even when they are busy the line moves extremely fast and their customer service is unmatched when it comes to fast food. I usually get their spicy chicken sandwhich and cross cut fries with chick fil a sauce. Their fountain coke is amazing and flavorful. read more

Okay, this location is a joke. This is the third time in a row that my experience was horrible. It will be the last. First time, there was a long line and the girls were taking the order in advance. Waited for about 15 minutes and then realized when I got home they completely gave me the wrong order. I take accountability for that for not checking the bags. And I chalked this up to a mistake-no big deal. Next visit, I ordered in and got a sandwich and a frosted lemonade. They brought the sandwich but completely spaced off the shake. I had to go up to the counter twice to ask for it and they giggled and finally gave it to me--I was completely finished with the sandwich. Top that off, the balding middle-aged manager was talking to people at one table the entire time I was there. He didn't even greet anyone or fix my situation-which I knew he heard when I was right next to him complaining. No apologies, no nothing, just an arrogant manager reflecting crappy service onto his employees. I was frustrated at this point, but I like the food so I tried it again. Pulled in today for my regular order. The ladies were out again taking the order and I was informed that their shake machine was out of order. I said thanks and started to back out and she said I couldn't--even though their wasn't a car behind me. So I got to sit through a long line and wait to leave...writing this review as I sit!! This proves that you can have a franchise that has good food but when coupled with crappy leadership that translates to employees who don't care, you are left with the same result....a bad review and diminished business. read more

This was the third time I have had a bad experience at this location I am writing this review now because I thought the first two times were flukes I was so disappointed this time with the service and the food :( I went though the drive though and said I wanted to redeem a medium fry from the app and I have done this many Times with out I issue and the person over the speaker seeemed like he wasn't paying attention so I asked a second time if I could use my point and he said to redeem the frys and so I did and he said they would check at the window, great! But when I got up there I put my phone out of the window with my barcode and the girl at the window barked my total so I gave her the money and asked if that was with my redeemed fry points from the app she handed me my money and said that it wasn't redeem and didn't even scan my points for that ordder and I order about $25 dollars in food and charged me for a medium fry :/ was really disappointed and my daughters nuggets were all fat and no meat. I really like chick-fil-A but after my three times of bad service and underwhelming food. I don't know :/ read more

It seems like at least once a year my kids earn a free Chick-fil-a kids meal somehow, so we're sort of obligated to go. They really like it. To me the food all just tastes like the oil it was all deep fried in. I know Chick-fil-a's a big deal--everybody I talk to loves it it seems, and judging by the lunchtime crowd, I'm alone in my opinion. Just not my cup of tea. The kid's play area is too small and crowded. The counter guy was cool though. Let me redeem both kids meal tickets even though I only purchased one meal. I was really impressed with the speed of the crew at this location. I showed up in the middle of the lunch rush and the place was packed. I was certain I would be waiting for quite a while to get my food. I think grand total from walking in the door to getting back in my car was maybe 2 minutes, absolute maximum. We stopped for a quick snack before jumping on the interstate. The person that took our order was so good. She knew how to put our order in so that we got exactly what we ordered.
