They made a mistake with our order. My wife was supposed to get soup but instead got macaroni and cheese. We called to arrange a refund, which they didn't know how to coordinate. The only solution offered was for is to travel back to the restaurant (not near our home) to pick up the correct item, and they would let us keep the macaroni and cheese (that we did not want or order) for free. I grabbed this for a quick lunch before work. They have heaters on in the drive thru which made it super nice to wait to order. It was sooo cozy. I got a chicken sandwich with no pickles and fries. I also got a Diet Coke with the meal. Their Diet Coke brew is soooo good! The food was good. During lunch they have two lanes for the drive thru all the way to the window. After they realized how long we had been waiting they told us they put our order in the wrong spot and just left it sitting in the doordash area the entire time and was now cold so they threw it out. They also told us they would give us some cookies and brownies for the inconvenience, however only ended up giving us 1 single brownie. Went through the drive thru and found the food to be lacking. Fries were bland and not many were in the box as compared to previous experiences at other locations. We paid for sauce and received none, and the shakes were super runny. The ice cream is harder to control, but I know if I were to return to Chick Fil A, it would not be at this location. read more

This is my favorite location! The vanilla iced coffee is absolutely perfect every time I order it. The staff is super friendly and efficient. Everything is very,very clean with an employee who is attentive to the dining room, cleaning and wiping down the tables every 15 minutes or so. Love myself some Chick Fil A. This one in particular was fantastic (honestly though, every single one I've been to has been top notch). The employees were fantastic and HAPPY! Something I absolutely love. They were quick and made sure my order was cooked to perfection (a chicken sandwich with extra pickles, small fry, water, bbq + Chick Fil A + Polynesian sauce) and there was one lady in particular who was in charge of passing around the delightful mints!! All star experience here! Although there was a long line at the drive thru, the workers moved us through at lightening speed. They took our order and had our food ready right away. The customer service at all Chick-fil-as is always amazing. This location is always busy but I have had some wonderful experiences with the staff. One time in particular: my friend and I had just gone through some rough breakups. We wanted to go get a shake, so we went there, and they gave them to us complimentary. I'm sure on any other day it would've been 5 stars. Not necessarily the staff's fault, but we were waiting in the drive thru line forever. It was about 9:30pm and all we wanted was 2 ice cream cones. We waited for more than 10 minutes in the line after we had ordered. Like I said, I have no clue what the issue was, but everyone suffered because of it. Other than that hiccup, the drive thru itself it not the easiest to navigate. Kind of a strange setup if you come from a certain angle. But for the most part it's alright. The manager basically called us liars and said we salt all our fires. My wife had to literally say "so you just called me a liar" and they gave us new fries. I have been to this location 5 or 6 times now, and the service has been consistently good. The wait time to order is usually less than 5 minutes, except on Friday or Saturday evenings. I have been trying different items on the menu, and so far they are all delicious. The staff is mostly polite, and more customer friendly than similar food chains. I usually eat inside, and the tables are generally clean. My only criticism would be that the restrooms are very small. read more

I have nothing but good things to say about this Chick-fil-A. I've been to this location in Sandy a couple times and there is always someone walking around tidying up tables, handing out mints, and offering to bring water for those of us who forgot to get a drink while ordering. The food is pretty great by fast-food standards too. The nuggets actually look and taste like chicken and the Chick-fil-A sauce is pretty much addicting. Although I have yet to order anything remotely healthy from CFA, I do appreciate that they have been updating their menu with some healthier options such as grilled nuggets and kale crunch. The play area is definitely a big draw for those of us with kids. You can sit right next to it and watch your kid through the window/wall while you're eating, or there's seating inside if you need to be a little more hands-on with a young kid. I'm a late convert to the Chick-fil-A hype, but I'm always impressed when I come here by the overall cheerful atmosphere and experience. read more

I am not sure what I can say about chick-fil-a that haven't been said. They have a decent selection of chicken products. Some healthy some not so much. I haven't had a bad meal from this restaurant. The signature sauce is addictive, and you'll eat more of it than you should. The employees are al super friendly, and the place it almost never dirty. I like the grilled chicken club. It has bacon,cheese, lettuce, and tomato. I am pretty sure everything comes without condiments. You have to ask for and apply your favorite sauce. I enjoy the honey mustard on my sandwich. They're closed on Sundays. Like a lot of things in Utah. I am still getting used to this, even after living here for years. read more
