I have nothing but good things to say about this Chick-fil-A. I've been to this location in Sandy a couple times and there is always someone walking around tidying up tables, handing out mints, and offering to bring water for those of us who forgot to get a drink while ordering. The food is pretty great by fast-food standards too. The nuggets actually look and taste like chicken and the Chick-fil-A sauce is pretty much addicting. Although I have yet to order anything remotely healthy from CFA, I do appreciate that they have been updating their menu with some healthier options such as grilled nuggets and kale crunch. The play area is definitely a big draw for those of us with kids. You can sit right next to it and watch your kid through the window/wall while you're eating, or there's seating inside if you need to be a little more hands-on with a young kid. I am not sure what I can say about chick-fil-a that haven't been said. They have a decent selection of chicken products. Some healthy some not so much. I haven't had a bad meal from this restaurant. The signature sauce is addictive, and you'll eat more of it than you should. The employees are al super friendly, and the place it almost never dirty. I like the grilled chicken club. It has bacon,cheese, lettuce, and tomato. I am pretty sure everything comes without condiments. You have to ask for and apply your favorite sauce. I enjoy the honey mustard on my sandwich. They are always busy, there is always a line inside and there is always a line in the drive thru, but you don't wait long at all. Multiple times I've chosen the shorter line, only for five new cars to go ahead of me in the other line because the person in front of me takes forever to order. Every time I have went here I have had a great experience. The staff always are fast to greet you and take your order. They ask you all the important questions that usually you have to ask. How much ice would you like in your tea? Would you like any sauces with your meal? These are the attention to detail that make my order the way I want it. Other places I have ask on my own to get things out of their "norm". Lobby area super clean. Plenty of parking. Food is very consistent and flavorful. They take pride I. Their chicken and it shows. I recently rediscovered my love for Chick-fil-A on a recent visit to Utah. I had forgotten how great their chicken sandwiches and chicken nuggets are (we don't have Chick-fil-A in Hawaii - I know, sad right?) This particular location was clean, had lots of seating, and was staffed by a young and energetic crew. Prices are slightly higher than other fast food places, but you're getting a better product (real chicken meat in their nuggets versus processed meat product) and better service (free refills, mints, etc.) read more

I would like to say that the biggest redeeming factor for this location is the high level of service. Everyone always has a great smile on their face and seem to look like they enjoy their job. I enjoy this layout more than the new one in Midvale because its more spread out and its easy to get a table. If you want a picture with the dancing cow be sure to swing by mid day on a Saturday. Chick-Fil-A is hard not to love and is certainly one of my go to places when I want fast food and am in the mood for a chicken sandwich. The spicy chicken sandwich is great and lives up to its name, if that's not quite your thing the regular chicken sandwiches will not disappoint. Add to this waffle fries - they are awesomely awesome and if you ever share these with anyone you will fight over the parts that have the potato skin still on. Lemonade is really good too. Those that know Chick-Fil-A will also know that at most locations their drive through can get pretty crazy regardless of where its at, it's a popular chain and with good reason and just seems to get more and more so. This particular one is not helped by the fact it's near a major shopping center and intersection, but they still handle the drive through with panache regardless and as with any location have friendly and efficient service. read more

I asked for a chick fil a deluxe sandwich with no pickles and they gave me a regular sandwich with no pickles, so I went back around and let them know and then they gave me a deluxe chicken sandwich with pickles after I said NO PICKLES. And they're chicken was dry and so crispy that it hurt my teeth. They also have way too much pulp in their lemonade. AND the fries did not have a spec of salt on them, straight up DRY. read more

Full disclosure, I'm writing this review a few days after my meal. Recently remodeled, the Southtowne Chic-fil-A did not disappoint. The food was given to me as I paid. I was quite impressed with the speed and the girl who took my order was very helpful. Now on to the food. I ordered a number 1 meal with a lemonade. The lemonade was warm. The Chic-fil-A chicken was scrumptious and very filling after having not eaten for most of the day. Their fries were average as always. The only thing that separates these fries from the competition is their "waffle" shape. It's definitely a look but it's not a taste, bland and boring, is how I would describe these fries. Classic Chick-fil-A experience here! Very friendly cashier, and the food was in our hand shortly after paying! The cashier was new, but so well-prepared as I pulled out, not one, but two free chicken sandwich coupons. She handled it with ease and quickly explained how she would do the transaction so that it would go smoothly. That was better than many situations I've had with newbies where they stare at the coupon and their little keyboard for a bit then say, "uh, can someone please come here?" Great service here! We are big fans of Chick-fil-A. Their play places are clean and fun, the food is healthy as far as fast food goes, and the shakes are to die for! (Okay, maybe those aren't healthy but at least their hand-spun!) You gotta love the mints they pass around...and don't mind if you stash a handful in your purse. This location gets pretty busy around lunchtime, so we try to avoid the rush by arriving at 11am so the kids have more room to play. But even when crowded they move people through the indoor lines and drive-thru amazingly quick! By the way, did you know you can order your nuggets without the breading? Not that I would do that because the breading is more than half the fun, but if you're way into the healthy thing, go for it. If you're going to frequent a true fast food chain, I'd say this is the place to go. Chick-Fil-A both delivers in quality and service. I can eat the food and not feel like I'm going to die of a coronary later. The chicken is peppery, sweet, moist, and typically doesn't have those "iffy" chewy spots that you find at other fast food offerings. Sauces are delish. Lemonade makes me happy. Service and cleanliness are also an A+ here. Both inside and drive-thru offer friendly employees who are more than happy to make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your meal. I always see employees cleaning up the dining area and the bathrooms are some of the cleanest I've seen for a chain. read more

I have started coming to Chick-fil-A more and more often lately. I was really impressed with the service here and their food is really good. They don't have a dollar menu which is a bummer but the prices are very resonable. I really enjoy their milkshakes. They have great milkshakes. Which ever flavor you get (cookies & cream, vanilla, or straberry) you won't go wrong. Watch out for parking because that can get a little tricky during the lunch/dinner rush. I was very impressed with how my lunch went yesterday at Chik Fil A. We got there and there was a huge line of cars all the way up the drive through, walking in I was worried about it taking forever to get food. They had something like five cashiers open so that when I got in I could immediately give them my order. Literally 25 seconds after I had paid and got my drink my food was in hand. We love Chick-fil-a but especially love this location because it has a bigger play area than the one closer to our house. It is always packed at lunch time but the service is fabulous and they are on top of it so your food comes quickly. They are always coming around asking if there is anything they can get you as well. I love their salads and the kids love the chicken nuggets so it is a win-win. The only down-side to this location is that all of the silverware/condiments are right in the middle of the busy, busy lunch line and it is hard to get to them without weaving through the line and apologizing to everyone along the way. read more
