Chick-Fil-A has the best chicken of any fast food restaurants. It's always very busy and always very consistent. I've however never have gone inside Chick-Fil-A, drive-thru has always been fast and easy. The only thing I dislike is the fruit parfait. But I know many people do. read more

I'm not sure if I've had more messed up orders by all the other chick fil a's I've been to in this country, as I've had at this particular chick fil a. I've been here roughly 15 times now and I think at least 10-12 or them my order has been messed up in some way shape or form. Whether it's the wrong size I ordered and paid for, or missing condiments after they repeat it 3 times and I confirm. Or even the complete wrong order all together AFTER they repeat the correct order and confirm it at the window and it's still wrong. Simply amazing. They are always in a rush and miss on the details, which is extremely unlike chick fil a everywhere else in the country. Leave it to Utah to have sub par service. read more

Good food, great service! Chick fil A in general has excellent customer service, but this location is one of the best I've been to. Even with a line of cars wrapped around the building at lunch time, they still manage to get you through quickly AND get your order right. I go to this Chick-fil-A all the time! They recently had an issue with one of their "outside drive thru" ordering systems and the girls were so friendly and positive even under the circumstances. They worked so quick to get the problem resolved and we didn't have any issues going through the drive thru. Quick and speedy as always! read more

I love Chick-fil-A but I had an AWFUL experience there today with the employees and manager on duty. My boyfriend and I went through the drive-thru and he was driving- he passed me the food and I checked the bag to make sure everything was there when I found a napkin written by a woman saying "hey you're cute, text me" with a phone number. I walked into the building and asked for the manager on duty. He told me that he was aware of the napkins being put in people's bags, he was aware of the "game" (as he called it) and stated that the girl and boy involved were just having fun. NO APOLOGY AND THE MANAGER WAS AWARE OF WHAT THE EMPLOYEES WERE DOING. I find this unprofessional and rude. I can't believe employees would do this and I can't believe the manager was okay with it and defended the employees. I have always loved chick-fil-a but I am disgusted with the employees and manager who did nothing to correct this. I don't care to be going back to a company that supports this behavior. read more

During a competition at the Southtowne Expo Center I ran to Chick-Fil- A to grab a bite to eat for my family. When we arrived, the drive thru line was moving so slowly that we decided to park and just go in. Once inside, there was absolutely no order, no line and it felt like complete chaos. Once it was our turn to place our order, our cashier was incredibly distracted. Every single question I asked him, I had to ask twice! He didn't even ask if I needed it to go or not, so when they served my food on a tray, I had to ask for a bag and package my own food. I noticed his badge that said "Shift Leader" and all I could think was "worst shift leader EVER!" Once I got my food, I realized that the nuggets were severely under cooked and "slimy" and the sandwich had the pickles on the OUTSIDE of the bun! There are many delicious dining choices around the Southtowne Expo Center... I would suggest skipping this particular establishment an visiting one of the others who take service and quality seriously. read more

Our credit card swipe does not work, so we asked for them to use the chip. They have no chip reader, and also cannot enter credit card numbers to protect against fraud. Had to scrape together every last penny in our car to even pay. The cashier did not seem to care about our inconvenience. read more

This rating is for this visit/order. We have come here before and it's been fine. My warning is this--DO NOT ORDER SALAD! Or if you do, check your order carefully. We are now 0 for 2. Last time we ordered a Market Salad, we got a Southwestern Salad, with Apple Cider Vinaigrette dressing. Today we got Market Salad with no dressing at all. These are not inexpensive salads either. Stick with chicken and fries and you should be fine. read more
