I really appreciate the new model of this chick fil a. They now have a two lane drive thru and instead of pulling up to a window, there's a sliding door where they come to you. These are really young people working there and they are doing a great job! I love pulling up to see them because they are working hard and being kind. The lady today took my order perfectly and when it was my turn to get the food, they all who's the order for so they can get it right. Today i had the twelve piece chicken nuggets and the cobb salad. You can never go wrong with either and a cold vanilla milk shake to wash it down. I ate inside once in a whim and it's very chill inside as well. Even though there's always people there (except on Sundays), it's always clean and they take pride in their restaurant. I love it and I hope they never change. Unless they improve on perfection! Me and my husband went to today to use our free points and also buy a meal ( two separate orders ). They had two separate people using iPads. One lady we took our order with and then we drove up someone else to pay for some reason . We scanned our stuff with the First Lady and the second person didn't tell us our stuff didn't go through and charged us on our card for 1/3 of the free items . Lucky I caught it before we could get charged for the other 2/3 items but it was super confusing and frustrating having to go to two different people . Love chick fil a and have gone to them in different states! This has been the worst one. Staff is clueless the girl taking our order starts to talking to other customers while taking our order. We started to order breakfast but it ended which is fine so we order lunch items then she goes so you don't want the mini chicken breakfast we were like you just said breakfast ended. Huh? Then my deluxe chicken sandwich came out cold bun cold chicken cold cheese now even melted. Got a new one same problem. Like get it together the fries were over salted could not even eat them. I have been here many times in the past, but I have never reviewed them. This Chick-fil-A tastes just like any other Chick-fil-A, but I usually get great customer service. I order UberEats here several times a week with my roommate. Every single time I would get a large and she would get a medium. And every single time, we'd get the same amount of fries. I had read that the "large size" is pointless and to just get a medium. I figured this was true and one day, she got a large and I got a medium. Guess who still got more fries? She did. Usually it's just two or three fries so it's not a big deal, whatever. But come on. Look at this. It doesn't even come past the lip of the container. To management, you know that kids, teens and adults love your food. We do as well yet the service in the drive thru has declined from "my pleasure" to "what do you want". I know that the drive thru is not the ideal place to work, it is hot and busy but the teams working the lines should be aware that they are representing you and your business. This the worst service I have gotten from any other Chick-fil-A!! The order taker was short and didn't ask if I had a preference in size of my combo meal. So- I ended up with a small drink and fry. Total bummer!! I ordered grilled nuggets- I guess this location doesn't offer sauce for those nuggets. Even their customers are rude with zero common sense. Driving As I get to the window- an employee brings me my order and swings towards me as he's busy on his cell phone- probably on social media. He didn't even look at me or say thank you. I did have a question for him. I had to yell out my window to ask if I could get a pup cup for my dog. We were on our way home from the vet- where she has to be there without my presence all day. His response was, and I quote "with don't have that shit here". I wish I could have let me dog at him. Shit??? Wow! Isn't Chick-fil-A a Christian-based establishment? During COVID19, their seating is closed .. drive thru and delivery only. Lots of deliver services available. However, this Chick fila does not get it. One person taking orders in the drive thru when you have two lines you could use and cars backed up onto the road. The road pylons are strangely laid out. They are slow. The food is warm at best when you get it. And for the 2nd time in a row they messed up the order. Name another location that does that .. bet you cannot! read more

Drive thru patrons disregard cones so dine in customers cannot access parking lot. Outdoor employees allow this and refuse to guide vehicles into the correct side of the cones. The drive through here was fine I guess until we got the order. Last time I went to a different chick fil a they forgot the sauce completely for my order of about $50. I went to Heb and bought some because it was too far to drive back. So I looked and there was sauce but we needed extra and asked for it. 2 Polynesian and 2 chick fil a. The person actually rolled her eyes. I ignored it but my daughter saw it. They proceeded to let me know that I could only get 2 sauces per meal. They handed me a bag with what I asked for and I offered to pay for it. Why didn't they just take my money instead of giving me a little lecture about how "next time" I should remember that. They always miss an item, they do a crappy job at making the sandwiches, and the portions of their sides keep getting smaller. An interesting experience.. I would say this is a hybrid fast food with excellent table with friendly staff. Don't expect any hamburgers as they're strictly chicken. I ordered the chicken strips meal and chicken noodle soup. The chicken strips I was expecting them to be a bit bigger (about 4 inches in length) but nonetheless they were tasty. They have some unique dipping sauce and their fries are different (although I prefer mine a bit more crispy). You get a unique popcorn type container and the staff will bring you your food. The folks here are extremely nice. On more than one occasion, I see staff interacting and making funny faces with the kids. I also see staff helping families bring napkins and utensils and also helping the senior folks walk to their table.. A few times, the staff walked by and made sure I was enjoying my food asking if I have enough dipping sauce or if they can bring me more napkins. read more

We've gotten nothing but good service at the Austin Hwy. CFA location. The food is great and yes, the lines can be long sometimes during lunch. (If it weren't good, there wouldn't be any lines.) So plan ahead knowing you might need a little extra time (during lunch hours.) The folks taking my order are busy, but courteous. I'm glad to have CFA close to home and have access to a great sandwich and fries that are reliable and delicious. read more

Chick-Fil-A made the tiniest of mistake by charging my $10 gift card in full and finalizing my order before taking my credit card to pay for the rest. It would have taken maybe 2min to fix the mistake, but they instead went out of their way to refund my card and give us our meal for free. I honestly felt embarrassed as I didn't think we were deserving and they kept telling me "no take it, it's on us" and my girlfriend had to convince me to keep driving in line as the level of customer service was almost to much for me to comprehend.
