In one box 4 piece of fried and four rolls. Plastic container had 4 pieces of roast. The sides were dirty rice/ mash, which was inedible. I'll include the photos. So I'm short chicken and sides that should have been thrown away. I go on same mobile app I ordered to lodge a complaint. Mind you this was 7:30 pm. No longer than I hit send my phone rings. It's the restaurant. What happens next was absolutely crazy. The employee says. "I watched the video tape. In one was 8 pc and the other had 4; So you weren't short". I'm almost laughed. I wanted to say if you saw all that you would surely have noticed the rice was horrible but I didn't. She was very certain my complaint was wrong. This wasn't hard to figure out. I asked for 6 pc of fried/ 6 pc of roast. I got 4 pc of fried. Math folks. At this point. I was exhausted. When I mentioned the rice she was more than fine with me driving it back to the store at 8 pm from 35 miles away. I ain't going to lie. I hung up. I'm not arguing over this. I just sent in a complaint not an investigation. Here's the photo of the chicken and rice. Enjoy. Be prepared. If you say one word you will told otherwise and scolded. I will never stop there again. She was just not friendly. Complete opposite from her entire staff. Sad. If this is how you lead by example, you are failing. Thankfully, your staff is superior. It's Bush's Chicken. They don't do food wrong. I've never received a wrong order. Not once. Their chicken is always freshly fried, & they always have fresh warm rolls. They do have good tea, but I cannot drink the sweet. Its is too sweet. But, they brew their tea properly. I always get me a cup of unsweetened tea. Never disappointed. I do not like white meat. Thankfully, I can always order a three piece thighs without any issue. I did just discover they have baked chicken. Although I do not know anyone that has ever got an order. So, if you have, let me know what you think. I'll try it mext some. Opened my to go box & was surprised how old the chicken looks. It is not hot, actually, kinda cool. I came straight home after ordering. This is disappointing. I actually liked this location. But, after going here about once every 30-45 days, not a bad percentage. Which is why I stuck to the four stars.
