I have been coming in here twice a week for the last six months. I must say it's my favorite Quick food place. The people are courteous. The food is great and they never mess up an order, nothing but huge kudos for this restaurant. Actually, I've been coming in here the last 10 years and they've always done a great job! Basically, everything was good. We uses our email Coupons, and it is so yummy. When's we're are driving around, I go to my email to see what is on Special coupons. Service at this restaurant is always fast and they remember I get 2 Horsey and 2 Arby's greater packages. We were in our car, and so (really) got it food fast, faster, and it was fastest. We never would've ended up at this Arby's if we hadn't missed our intended one zooming by on the freeway, LOL. Really impressed by this location. It had a very clean, new feeling, like it had been recently remodeled, but also well taken care of by the employees to keep it clean. Edward, in particular, was quite friendly and quick to assist us with all our needs, fetching us condiments and making conversation. I also noticed him sweeping the lobby of the establishment during a lull in customers taking orders. Big kudos to him! The food was delicious, like it always is at Arby's- that plus the reasonable prices is why we keep coming back! We made note of this location in particular in case we ever want to snag Arby's on our way down or back from San Antonio again, because it delivered superior service/experience. =) read more

Listen, I get it. Good service is hard to find. However, when your management needs serious improvement, how can you expect to have staff that will go the extra mile...or at the very minimum, just do their job? My wife ordered a side of cheese sauce with her meal to dip her fries (I was standing next to her and clearly heard the words CHEESE SAUCE). The order was prepared promptly and was great...except that there was a big container of au jus on the tray instead of cheese sauce. I told my wife it was no big deal and that the assistant manager who took the order most likely didn't hear her correctly due to the exceptionally large, unneeded, and hilarious COVID barrier hanging directly in front of the register. She chuckled and then took the au jus back to the counter for a cordial exchange...or at least that's what she expected. Hehehehe. The assistant manager told her, "You didn't order cheese sauce; you ordered au jus!" My wife said, "Ma'am, I did order cheese sauce, and it's not a big deal, but I'd just like some cheese sauce." The assistant manager then replied, "You didn't order cheese sauce, but I'll get you some." Wow. If I wasn't laughing so hard at the time, I would have been crying for the poor employees that actually choose to come to work under her "supervision." Anyway, everything else was good. Come on Arby's! You can do better than to select certain mouth-breathers to be your management. Promote hard workers who are dedicated to customer service! I didn't get her name because I was laughing too hard, but be forewarned...if you eat at this particular Arby's you do so at the risk of your own condiments. read more

Went through the drive through after work around 5. I don't go to Arby's much. I ordered a double beef and cheddar sandwich with curly fries. When I received my order, I could tell the fries had been sitting, but they weren't cold. read more

The red-head with a long ponytail was stroking her hair while handling our food. YUCK. Anyways, I love Arby's french dip and apple turnovers. This particular location served me tough, crispy turnovers which was a huge disappointment. No complaint except for the hair part...and this particular location doesn't seem to care much about maintaining their lobby. Oh yeah, bring back the jalapeno poppers! Not edible. A soggy soupy double beef and cheddar with musky notes of urine. They added 4 times the normal amount of cheddar and arbys sauce. It was a soggy mess. So i took off the bun to just eat the meat. But the meat tasted like it had been soaked in urine. I didnt go inside, the inside lobby wasnt open. But I could see it was filthy with stuff tossed ontop of the counters and railings. Guess they are using the lobby as storage. read more

Serving up old cold food. My fries were warmer than this brisket sandwich which is mostly fat. Also was given the wrong size drink. There was no line, no one inside and I still waited 15 mins for cold food. I'm not returning whatsoever. read more

Worst arbys ive ever been to hands down the lady in the drive through had to be on drugs or something because she repeatedly got my order mixed up with someone else's and gave me the wrong change twice, by then i was just annoyed so accepted the incorrect change but then had to wait for them to make my order so i had to wait another 10 minutes in the front of the building, the whole endeavor took about 30 minutes smh read more

"Went in to grab the signature food: a roast beef sandwich. When I walk in the 20ish year old cashier is arguing with the manager about whether or not he needs to take the order. I catch the tail end as she walks away telling him that he was just saying he had nothing to do so he could take my order. He eventually makes his way over to the register after exhibiting his passive-aggressive displeasure by moving as slowly as possible to the register. I order a roast beef sandwich. Without missing a beat he tells me, in his best 'explaining it to the moron' tone that they have roast beef and cheddar. I tel him I know, but j want the roast beef sandwich. He proceeds to expand upon the fact that a roast beef and cheddar has roast beef AND CHEDDAR! I, losing patience, tell him I just want a roast beef sandwich. He finally say "OK" with his best nauseated/disgusted look and starts to enter my order into the register. At this point I telos him "never mind. I don't want anything from here." He shrugs in his most uncaring affectation as I leave. I did call the manager as I was leaving and I came to an immediate understanding as to how this moron could work there. read more
