One night I had left work and ordered potbelly's through the app like normal and I was going to normally be arriving at around 9:45 pm - 9:55 pm. However around the forum area, a lot of construction is happening, and it added about 25 mins to my route. The est time I was going to arrive was 10:20. I called them and told them that I was going to be a little late and how sorry I was. Skyler, who picked up two of my phone calls, reassured that it was no problem at all and I would receive my food. What a hero!! I hope the management team at forum location for potbelly's recognizes Skylar willingness to put extra effort forward for some guy like me.
