    Lunch Pizza with Red Onions

Did you know Crust in Cibolo has Lunch specials until 3pm? Let me tell you as always their service was excellent, the personal pizzas, and tomato soup were delicious! The place felt relaxed and cozy, not like any other lunch place.

Finally came here to have lunch. Their lunch special didn't disappoint. Until 3pm they gave a pick two & a drink for $12. Wait staff was hospitable & nice. This establishment is definitely family friendly & have spacious seating indoors/outdoors. They have several big tv to watch games. A good food & drink menu. The pizza was delicious. It had the right amount of sauce to cheese ratio & the crust was crunchy/chewy. Caesar salad was good too. Nice to try out different spots locally.

Holy amaze balls! Where do I start? I come from California, where your fast fired pizzas are a dime of dozen. Blaze, Mod, California Pizza Kitchen. I was disappointed moving to Texas finding out they aren't as popular. My wife then recommended that we try Crust, as it's closest to the fast fired we are used to. The large BYO is actually that: large. You're allowed up to 10 toppings on your pizza, but I stuck with 5 for an easier cook. The lady at the counter had a little trouble entering the pizza order in and had to start over because we wanted to use the counter coupon. Sorry! The Seahawks game was playing while we're eating. The space is large and seating is abundant. They serve it you in a large metal plate and let me tell you: the pizza is top notch! I got thin-crust BYO, and it was cooked simply perfectly. The crust had a nice chew and crunch to it. It was not extremely oily as you may get from other places of a similar nature. I would say a single large is enough for two people, but I almost finished one by myself! Go here, try it! Great BYO pizza place, better than MOD or Brick Oven!

We enjoyed the pizza and the experience. We got a regular Carls King and a personal Mr Potato Head, both were excellent. Pizza is round but cut as if its rectangle, so some crust is all crust and the center, well that's just no crust at all. Not a tropical slice you eat with your hands. But it was fast and good, plenty of tvs to watch some sports as well.

We accidentally stumbled into Crust's grand opening... we were thoroughly impressed with how their team handled the whirl of the crowds. Everyone was having a great time! We ordered the boneless chicken wings with the sweet chili sauce and a margarita pizza. The wings were sweet (as advertised) with a hint of heat... great flavor. The margarita pizza was thin crust (again, as advertised), the sauce was flavorful and not too sweet (I like a bit of spice). The crust was garlic forward, and after chatting with the owner, Jay, he explained they do a light garlic-butter brushing of the crust... yummo if garlic is your thing. The restaurant itself was tidy and had an inviting vibe. The space is good for both large and small parties. In addition, Crust offers beer and wine in addition to Coke products. Highly recommend... cheers!

Came here during their soft opening and man, they didn't disappoint. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Shane Hart, the General Manager. He explained I detail what was happening, how to order food, and everything else. I ended up purchasing the chicken sandwich with chips and it was as good as it looked (see photos). Very friendly and attentive people that made me feel welcomed. Place was very clean and so was the bathroom. There are plenty of tables to accommodate large to individual person. Overall, a very good experience during their soft opening! Note: The official opening will be in October 4, 2025, but they will be training and serving the public until then. So come check them out!

The pizzas had lots of toppings. We got the margherita and the big don's meat & cheese pizzas. The personal 10 inch and a bit of salad make a perfect meal. We had plenty of leftovers for the next day. The cashier welcomed us and offered advice on choices. They have lots of seating inside and outside. There was water spilled on the floor near our table, but they had a caution sign covering. Not a big deal for us.

Great spot to grab lunch after church & watch football. This is a new location that just opened up in Cibilo. Nested in the corner of a shopping center. It has both indoor and outdoor seating. Great place to bring your family with lots of room to move around. We loved the large TVs and the friendly staff. Couldn't have been better. We started with an appetizer of garlic knots. Not only were they delicious. The presentation was fantastic. Tied like little bows dusted with garlic and Parmesan, these little soft, delicious knots We're absolutely perfect dipped in a side of ranch or marinara. For pizzas we tried the Don and the Madelyn. We got the double crust. Well not a deep dish or thick pizza, it was still delicious. I'm guessing they're regular crust is probably very thin. The pizzas are cut into squares not the traditional pizza slice. Made it easy for eating and great to share. Looking forward to coming back again soon. Next time we will try the pepperoni rolls. I hear they're wonderful.

This is the second time we ordered from Crust. The Hawaiian and BBQ chicken pizza is delicious. Tomato Basil soup is my favorite soup, so I decided to taste Crusts version. I was disappointed. The portion of the soup is very small for $8. The soup taste like pizza sauce with added creme and something else to make it thick, way too thick for soup. I did not taste the Basil but tasted the cheese. I am not recommending the soup. It is way too overpriced. The featured picture is what I transferred the soup in to heat it up. The round box it came in was the size of a salad bowl. Way too big for such a small amount of soup. At first I did not know what it was because it wasn't a box you usually put soup in. When I opened the lid I thought, what is this .

OMG this Place is ON POINT FOR FOOD & CUSTOMER SERVICE It's Clean and the workers actually like working here. Portions are filling I actually had to take Half home.

Crusted Goat Cheese Salad. Pretty good and picture does not do it justice.

Our visit to Crust Pizza Co. started off great thanks to Stacy, who greeted us with a big smile and was incredibly friendly. She took the time to explain the menu and specials, and even went above and beyond by bringing us utensils when she noticed we had forgotten to grab some. She really spoiled us and set the experience off on the right foot. We started with the Crusted Goat Cheese Salad, which was excellent and had a great contrast of flavors and textures--the picture honestly doesn't do it justice. For our main dish we ordered Carl's King pizza, and it did not disappoint. The crust was perfectly crispy and the toppings were fresh, well balanced, and cooked just right. To finish things off we tried the Cinnamon Roll Dipping Sticks. These aren't your typical cinnamon sticks--they're filled with cream cheese, served warm, and absolutely delicious. I would honestly go back just for those anytime I had a sweet tooth. This place is close by for us and will definitely be in our regular restaurant rotation.

This is our second time coming here and let's just say everything was great. The staff recognized me from last week and greeted me a friendly hello, The lady that took my order understood everything that I wanted and placing the order was seamless. Let's talk about the food now We got the potato head pizza. The bbq chicken pizza, 10 boneless wings 5 BBQ and 5 chili they were the best . The pizza was tasty and cooked to perfection. It's a Chicago tavern style so square cut pizza not to thin and not to thick. Nice balance in between. Last week we got the buffalo chicken and one with all meats. All four pizzas were great. My daughter got the Mac and cheese kids meal last week and this week she got a cheese pizza and her aunt got the sausage pizza. We all enjoyed the food. My wife loved the Dr Pepper, it was nice and syrupy. If you know you know. The ambiance is quite cute , there is a courtyard for the kids to play in, they give you kids pizza dough to play with while the food is cooking if you want. Kids each free on Tuesday. Two kids per paying adult which is nice. They have only been opened for less than 2 weeks and we will definitely be back. With any new restaurant, there is going to be a learning curve and things may arise, but the owner is always willing to fix whatever mistake is made. Just make sure you let him know about it. You won't be disappointed in this pizza place. We ate the pizza so fast I forgot to get a picture. Here is from last week though

The food was amazing here! We completely forgot it was national Pi day! 3.14! They were so kind to us and we were a party of 13! We sat outside on the patio and the ambiance was 10/10! Erin was the best server! She was so attentive to anything we asked for and very thoughtful! We are all prior military and they also do a military discount! I am looking forward to coming back soon! My personal pizza was great! Ask for Erin!

But once we sat down, it made sense. Everything is made to order, and you can taste the difference. There was only one server handling the entire floor, and when a rush hit all at once, it definitely got busy fast. But here's the thing... she handled it with grace. Even when you could tell she was juggling a lot, she stayed attentive, kind, and kept checking in on us. That kind of effort deserves recognition. Now let's talk about the real star of the show... The Texas French Toast. Oh. My. Goodness. Thick, golden, perfectly cooked slices topped with homemade whipped cream and fresh berries that tasted like they were picked that morning. It wasn't just good, it was indulgent in the best way. Sweet without being overwhelming. Rich but balanced. I couldn't even finish it (which says a lot), and happily boxed the rest up. The only regret? I ate all the berries first. Rookie mistake. My husband ordered one of the hash plates and said it was solid comfort food... hearty, flavorful, and filling. He couldn't finish his either, so I'm definitely sneaking a few bites later. Overall, we left impressed. The food feels intentional. The flavors feel thoughtful. It's the kind of local spot you want to root for. And the fact that they serve pork lumpia for lunch? Say less. We'll be back for that.
