    14" Margherita

First time customer at Crust. My husband and I brought our two picky eaters. The kids meals were perfect for my two food critics. My husband and I ordered a Margherita pizza to share with an appetizer of garlic knots. Gabriel, our cashier/server was very helpful and kind - loved the playful banter we exchanged around ordering. The interior of the restaurant is very industrial and open with TV-lined walls that offers entertainment while you have a short wait for food. The outdoor area has some seating with outdoor games and artificial grass to let your littles run around on.

Holy amaze balls! Where do I start? I come from California, where your fast fired pizzas are a dime of dozen. Blaze, Mod, California Pizza Kitchen. I was disappointed moving to Texas finding out they aren't as popular. My wife then recommended that we try Crust, as it's closest to the fast fired we are used to. The large BYO is actually that: large. You're allowed up to 10 toppings on your pizza, but I stuck with 5 for an easier cook. The lady at the counter had a little trouble entering the pizza order in and had to start over because we wanted to use the counter coupon. Sorry! The Seahawks game was playing while we're eating. The space is large and seating is abundant. They serve it you in a large metal plate and let me tell you: the pizza is top notch! I got thin-crust BYO, and it was cooked simply perfectly. The crust had a nice chew and crunch to it. It was not extremely oily as you may get from other places of a similar nature. I would say a single large is enough for two people, but I almost finished one by myself! Go here, try it! Great BYO pizza place, better than MOD or Brick Oven!

Finally came here to have lunch. Their lunch special didn't disappoint. Until 3pm they gave a pick two & a drink for $12. Wait staff was hospitable & nice. This establishment is definitely family friendly & have spacious seating indoors/outdoors. They have several big tv to watch games. A good food & drink menu. The pizza was delicious. It had the right amount of sauce to cheese ratio & the crust was crunchy/chewy. Caesar salad was good too. Nice to try out different spots locally.

We accidentally stumbled into Crust's grand opening... we were thoroughly impressed with how their team handled the whirl of the crowds. Everyone was having a great time! We ordered the boneless chicken wings with the sweet chili sauce and a margarita pizza. The wings were sweet (as advertised) with a hint of heat... great flavor. The margarita pizza was thin crust (again, as advertised), the sauce was flavorful and not too sweet (I like a bit of spice). The crust was garlic forward, and after chatting with the owner, Jay, he explained they do a light garlic-butter brushing of the crust... yummo if garlic is your thing. The restaurant itself was tidy and had an inviting vibe. The space is good for both large and small parties. In addition, Crust offers beer and wine in addition to Coke products. Highly recommend... cheers!

Came here during their soft opening and man, they didn't disappoint. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Shane Hart, the General Manager. He explained I detail what was happening, how to order food, and everything else. I ended up purchasing the chicken sandwich with chips and it was as good as it looked (see photos). Very friendly and attentive people that made me feel welcomed. Place was very clean and so was the bathroom. There are plenty of tables to accommodate large to individual person. Overall, a very good experience during their soft opening! Note: The official opening will be in October 4, 2025, but they will be training and serving the public until then. So come check them out!

Recommend- Yes I recently visited Crust Pizza Co. in Cibolo and had a great experience! The space is big and bright with tons of windows that let in natural light. There are plenty of booths and tables inside, plus outdoor seating with games, which makes it a fun spot for families or groups. It's an order-at-the-counter setup where you grab your drinks, utensils, and pizza boxes yourself, then take a seat and they bring your food out to you. Even with the semi-serve-yourself style, the service was excellent. Several team members checked on me throughout my visit, which I really appreciated. I ordered a thin crust pizza, half Wyatt's BBQ and half Blanco. The crust was delicious -- perfectly crispy and one of my favorite parts of the meal. The Blanco comes topped with olive oil, mozzarella, ricotta, Parmesan, and fresh garlic. It was good overall, but for my taste it needed just a little extra salt to really make the flavors pop. The Wyatt's BBQ was my favorite of the two. The BBQ sauce had a nice sweetness without being overpowering, and everything worked really well together. Overall, great atmosphere, great service, and really solid pizza. I'll definitely be back

We enjoyed the pizza and the experience. We got a regular Carls King and a personal Mr Potato Head, both were excellent. Pizza is round but cut as if its rectangle, so some crust is all crust and the center, well that's just no crust at all. Not a tropical slice you eat with your hands. But it was fast and good, plenty of tvs to watch some sports as well.

The pizzas had lots of toppings. We got the margherita and the big don's meat & cheese pizzas. The personal 10 inch and a bit of salad make a perfect meal. We had plenty of leftovers for the next day. The cashier welcomed us and offered advice on choices. They have lots of seating inside and outside. There was water spilled on the floor near our table, but they had a caution sign covering. Not a big deal for us.

Great spot to grab lunch after church & watch football. This is a new location that just opened up in Cibilo. Nested in the corner of a shopping center. It has both indoor and outdoor seating. Great place to bring your family with lots of room to move around. We loved the large TVs and the friendly staff. Couldn't have been better. We started with an appetizer of garlic knots. Not only were they delicious. The presentation was fantastic. Tied like little bows dusted with garlic and Parmesan, these little soft, delicious knots We're absolutely perfect dipped in a side of ranch or marinara. For pizzas we tried the Don and the Madelyn. We got the double crust. Well not a deep dish or thick pizza, it was still delicious. I'm guessing they're regular crust is probably very thin. The pizzas are cut into squares not the traditional pizza slice. Made it easy for eating and great to share. Looking forward to coming back again soon. Next time we will try the pepperoni rolls. I hear they're wonderful.

This is the second time we ordered from Crust. The Hawaiian and BBQ chicken pizza is delicious. Tomato Basil soup is my favorite soup, so I decided to taste Crusts version. I was disappointed. The portion of the soup is very small for $8. The soup taste like pizza sauce with added creme and something else to make it thick, way too thick for soup. I did not taste the Basil but tasted the cheese. I am not recommending the soup. It is way too overpriced. The featured picture is what I transferred the soup in to heat it up. The round box it came in was the size of a salad bowl. Way too big for such a small amount of soup. At first I did not know what it was because it wasn't a box you usually put soup in. When I opened the lid I thought, what is this .

As I was ordering my subs inside they were making fun of the fact that the person wanted it for 7pm and is late. I was in fact there but had to order more subs in person in order to use a coupon. Needless to stay I told them that I was that person that didn't want my hot sub waiting for 30 min before pickup. It was very unprofessional of the manager to give attitude and then make fun of the fact I was still late even though I was there ordering other subs. It was just my partner and me, we ordered the shrimp and chicken Alfredo along with the toasted ravioli--both were phenomenal. While we were there, we heard a few customers complaining about the wait, but we also overheard the owner explaining that everything is made fresh to order. Knowing that, we expected it might take a little longer and waited in the car. After a bit, I went to check on our order, but before I could even say anything, she immediately apologized and explained that she had run out of Alfredo sauce and was making a fresh batch for us. I was completely fine with that and super sweet to her after, who wouldn't want fresh sauce? But what really stood out was what she did after. Not only did she personally bring the food out to our car, but she also included extra bread and a sweet treat to make up for the wait. That level of kindness and care is rare. About a week ago I had a poor experience at Cinnabon. For the record, I hadn't been to a Cinnabon in ages and we don't really even have a massive standalone presence here in SA. Nonetheless the quality was very low. I left honest feedback and in return they gave me a coupon code which was good for a free classic Cinnabon. Now I wasn't about to drive all the way across town again, so I went on the app and it showed there was a closer location at "Cinnabon at Schlotzsky's" as it shows in the app. What I found interesting is you can order ahead though the Cinnabon app and it clearly lists this as a location. So I figure I hadn't had lunch yet so I'll order some food items too from Schlotzsky's and there's an option within the Cinnabon app to scan to redeem. I get to the window and they tell me they don't accept Cinnabon there. I show them the app where they are listed as a location and there's literally nothing that says you can't redeem or earn rewards there. They say we'll try to scan your barcode but our system likely won't take it. Again, it's not even that you do or you don't take the rewards. It's how you COMMUNICATE that. Starbucks, for example, will tell you locations (e.g. hotels or airports) that don't honor their rewards program. You know before you commute that you can't earn or redeem at these locations. Communication. A simple yet powerful idea that so many companies miss. This is also an issue you create when you cross-brand like this. And to add more onto this train wreck of an experience, Schlotzsky's has it's own app and rewards program that's completely separate too.
